𝗜𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗪𝗔𝗦 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗔 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗞𝗬𝗥𝗜𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 — it would undoubtedly be the place where she now stood - at the center of an almost too pristine lab surrounded by whirring, chirping instruments and the blue glare of too many computer screens. Hearing Jane’s voice - she froze, hands hovering over the keys of a computer, itching for just ... a LOOK -- 

Turning around slowly on her heels, the Valkyrie pulled her gloved hands away from the keyboard and presented them palms up as a sign of ... PEACE, a sheepish smile slowly exposing the shine of teeth that seemed twice as bright in the semi - darkness. 

“ I came in through the bathroom window which - by the way - was left UNLOCKED, ” the Valkyrie rocked back on her heels, palms still up as if afraid Jane might shoot. “ -- you’re ... welcome ? ”
