What is the sheet music on the back of Steven’s phone case from? I noticed it in the first panel of On the Fence, but his hand covers most of it. ”CORE” is the only bit of it I can read.
I love little details like this one. They add so much character to a work
Ah, that's a little fun thing for music peeps
The red part is a Nokia ringtone, meant to potentially be a reference to a phone ringtone interrupting the NY Philharmonic orchestra back in.... I think it was 2012?
Original comic (and others like it) are available on http://euge.ca! It's a treasure trove of fun for musicians.

So I created a playlist with a bunch of my favorite songs that will get stuck in my head. This morning I put it in shuffle and there are like 9+ hours worth of song options there and it decided to give me Bella Ciao by Chumbawamba followed by Work It by Missy Elliott. Just wow Spotify.

Les Misérables de la Nature
A Les Mis + Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild parody. I hope to replace the lyrics in every song in Les Mis with words sung by characters from BotW.
Cast (so far): Link = Jean Valjean (probably will switch to Marius at some point), Zelda = Cosette, Rhoam = Fantine (😂). I think some others will line up like this: Mipha = Eponine, Purah = Madame Thénardier, Robbie = Thénardier, Ganon = Javert. Others? Dunno yet! Just doing this for fun.
Les Link ("What Have I Done?" - "What Have I Done?")
At the End of a Century ("At the End of the Day")
Les Rhoam ("I Dreamed a Dream" - "I Fucked Things Up")
Les Zelda Luminescente ("Castle on a Cloud" - "Castle's Topmost Room")
A Dropkick of Love ("A Heart Full of Love")
Yes, the French grammar in the post titles is wrong.

So we've all heard of the "I Want Song" genre in musicals.
But what about the "Let's talk about the bitch behind their back like they're not in the room" song, or "singing s*** behing a bitche's back". There's a surprising amount of them.
"Belle" from Beauty and the Beast
"Scrooge" from Muppet Christmas Carol
"Maria" from The Sound of Music
"Look at Me I'm Sandra Dee" from Grease
"You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" from How The Grinch Stole Christmas
"Jackass In a Can" from Galavant
"Phony King of England" from Robin Hood
"Stepsister's Lament" from Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella
"Non-Stop" from Hamilton
And, of course, the man, the myth, the legend...
"We Don't Talk About Bruno" from Encanto
You can learn a lot about a character and story from what they sing versus what other people sing about them.
