And here’s a little description if you want one!

Okay so the character are kinda in a age order: up are the elders, then the adults, young adults, young young adults/teenagers and at the bottom are the kittens/kids. Horizontally they are not in any particular order, just what was convinient for me when making this! So the headcanons, let's start from the left:

-Gus is the father of Asparagus Jr, who is mated to Jellylorum. They have five kits together (from oldest to youngest): Plato, Admetus, Tumblebrutus, Etcetera and Pouncival. Cettie and Pounce are the same age (from the same litter?? don't ask me how this works), but Cettie surely won't let Pounce forget that she's born just a bit earlier that her baby brother. Admetus is a teen (again, these are humanoid cats, don't @ me) while Plato would probably be somewhere in his early twenties. He is mated to Victoria. 

-Victoria and Misto are twins and about the same age as Plato. Their parents died when they were only kids, so their mother's older brother Bustopher Jones has pretty much raised them. BJ himself isn't part of the Jellicles, but in good terms with them, so that's how the twins have ended up in the junkyard. Maybe when they were kids, their uncle bought them to play with the other, same aged kittens a lot? Btw, I like to think that Misto and Tori's mother is Griddlebone or at least a cat named Griddlebone. In the musical (if the song isn't cut) Griddlebone is a fictional character played by a fictional character, but she's also mentioned to be Macavitys spy hmm?? Maybe she was somehow related to crimes (via Macavity?? Does the timeline match???) and she and her mate got killed for that? Easteregg: Cat Morgan (from T.S Eliot's another cat poem) is Misto and Tori's dad??

-Mac, Munk and Tugger are the sons of Old Deut: Probably the most agreed upon headcanon when it comes to Cats. Macavity is four years older than Munk, who in turn is two years older than Tugger. Macavity, being the oldest, was originally supposed to be Old D’s successor, but that title was given to Munkustrap when Macavity was banished. Macavity has had unexplained magical powers since childhood which turned sinister when he grew up, later backfired somehow and Mac was kicked out. He holds a grudge towards the Jellicles, especially his family, and is deep in the cat-criminal-underworld-idk. Okay I really should draw more of this particular family, since I think their possible dynamic is so interesting!! When it comes to Tugger, I don’t actively ship him with anyone/headcanon him as someone’s mate, but both Tuggoffelees and Tuggerina have my blessing! Misto and Tugger’s age difference would be only couple of years, since Tugger is the youngest Deut brother. 

-Demeter and Bombalurina are Grizabella’s daughters. Deme is the same age as Tugger and Bomba the same age as Munk. Grizabella had Bomba when she was very young and later started to miss her glamorous past so much that she up and left, leaving her daughters to be raised by the other jellicles. The girls’ father/Grizabella’s mate died tragically when Deme was just born. Jenny and Skimble acted as the girls’ surrogate parents, but they never actually called them mom and dad, since they were both old enough to remember their actual parents. Deme and Bomba were good childhood friends with the Deuteronomy brothers, Deme especially had a huge crush on Macavity, who was an older rebel guy. Later they started to date and when Macavity was banished from the tribe, Deme actually left with him. They lived years away from the jellicles, Macavity getting into crime circles and stuff. By the time their relationship started to change into a abusive one and Deme even fell pregnant. She managed to escape and return to the jellicles, who took her back with open arms. She had Jemima and is raising her with her current mate, Munkustrap. Jemima doesn’t know who her biological father is, she’s also the tribe’s youngest member at the moment. (If you didn’t already know, I have made a full on animatic about my headcanons surrounding Deme’s backstory!) When Grizabella returns, Bomba is the most hostile towards her, because she feels like she had to grow up too quickly after her mother left her and her sister behind. 

-Jenny and Skimble are mates, Teazer, Mungo and Electra being their kids. Skimble “works” in a train station and Jenny is a very motherly figure to everyone, not just to her own kids. Mungo and Teazer are twins and about the same age as Admetus, so teenagers. Electra is the same with Tumblebrutus. 

-Cassandra and Exotica are sisters, Exotica being the younger teenage sister. Cassandra is the same age as Bomba and Munk. She and Munk were a “thing” when they were younger, it didn’t work out in the end, but they are still good friends. So much so that Cassandra is today mated/dates Munk’s best friend and second-in-command Alonzo who has joined the jellicles later. Alonzo might be somehow related to Misto, Tori and BJ (maybe the twin's older half-brother whom BJ really doesn’t care that much about?) but I didn't have a strong enough opinion about it, so I didn’t include it in the family tree.

-Tanto and Cori are twins. Short and simple.
