hi! just a few notes about accessing support for your previous anon, from a current cambridge student. if you haven't already, it is probably worth getting in touch with your tutor at your college. if you want to go forward with therapy as suggested, you should see if you can get funding from the crane's charity medical support fund (https://www.cambridgestudents.cam.ac.uk/fees-and-funding/financial-assistance/medical-support-fund-cranes-charity), which (as i understand it - i haven't used it myself) does take a certain amount of application but could then cover the cost of some form of counselling, and/or a private ADHD diagnosis if that's something you haven't yet pursued and would like to! your college might have other financial resources available too. hopefully you've already been in touch with your director of studies about the issues with your research etc, but if you haven't then that strikes me as something you should definitely be doing (although as an undergrad i'm not entirely sure what that relationship should look like in an mphil context!) above all, take care of yourself <3
Really helpful, thanks for sharing! Anon, hope you find this useful!
