One night, aspiring shrimp-breeder Dan dreams that his dwarf shrimp are carrying away his body to a hidden shrine in the lake. Now, they share a forbidden secret each night, but he awakens to find a small piece of himself devoured.

As Dan realizes the horrible price that he must pay for the world's knowledge, he struggles to find a way to defeat the shrimp before all of him is eaten away.

A prison break/heist style movie but it’s queer sibling who was closeted and witnessed their sibling (who had the misfortune of being outed by a teacher) get kidnapped by the conversion therapy camp group their parents paid for.(they actually do that in real life complete with black bag on the head, so you know reparative therapy camps are pure evil).

Knowing now the utter danger their sibling is in, they put together a crack team to break them out of conversion therapy camp and get them someplace safe. Gotta do the whole shtick introducing The Getaway Driver, The Security Expert, The Hacker, the Muscle and all that.

After that’s done they realize all the other people are still there and they resolve to gradually break them out wholescale, and do this to every conversion therapy camp in the country, with the implication these freed queer teens become the backbone of an underground network of resistance.

Ok now listen. Sapphic Christmas love story. We get Katie Mcgrath as an evil lawyer who is trying to bulldoze Piper Perabo's flower shop and take her land. We get tension, we get cocky attitude, we get sweet sarcasm and half hour into we have them dancing aggressively at a Christmas ball. Just as their faces get closer and closer bham....suddenly the picture starts to fizzle out and we see that this is an actual movie. We zoom out to see Katie McGrath and Katy O Brian as zombie survivors watching this movie . "I can't believe you used to act in this cheesy shit" we hear Katy O Brian's character say before she locks lips with McGrath. Yup they are girlfriends in the zombie apocalypse "Hey it was adorable" Katie's character counters

"That's what I thought as well. Now what the hell are you doing at my home" and bham. Piper Perabo appears with a shotgun and of course she didn't just play McGrath's love int erst in the movie they also had an affair behind the scenes before the world went to hell Yup. It's a sapphic love triangle zombie apocalypse Christmas movie

Had an idea for a teen movie where the protagonist is some archetype nobody new girl, but the twist is that she’s watched Mean Girls too many times and goes in intending to mark out a trio of archetypal popular girls and take them down. But then there’s another twist where it turns out the popular girls are just normal fucking people who don’t give a shit about the hierarchy and the circumstances that led to the protag viewing them as the ultimate alpha bitches were all presented to the viewer completely out of context. The second half of the movie is the exact same plot but from their perspective as they watch this absolute lunatic new girl attempting to destroy their social lives with a bunch of fabricated rumours. I think that would be funny. It could be called ‘The Salem Bitch Trials’.

List of solo transformers movies that I would have loved to see but that will never happen...

"On The Trail" a prowl and jazz buddy cop movie taking place in 90's Hawaii. prowl has found a new lead on one of his old cold cases, jazz helps him figure out who done it (it was barricade)

"Spark Eater" a classic sci-fi horror inspired movie following a motley Crue of Autobot supply runners that have to deal with a monster that has broken into their ship.

"The Wreckers" follows the origin story of how the group was formed. A hand full of autobots and decepticons are thrown into Overlords "Pit" to hunt and fight echother to the death for the entertainment of the decepticon elites. But a small alliance is formed of friends and foe alike to take the fight up to them.

"Caminus" a post-apocalypse/political intrigue movie following the city speaker Windblade on a mission to save her home and titan from a mysterious disease that is affecting the last city.

"Drift" A classic ronin inspired flick taking place in modern day Japan that follows the origin story of the ex-con turned noble wandering warrior.

"Elite Squad" a war movie about Elita One and her squad desperately fighting on the home front of Cybertron. Sabotaging shockwaves plans at every turn. Will they find a way to contact Optimus? Or more importantly will they be able to hold out long enough for his return?

Oppenheimer makes me want the following movie to exist:

A three-hour-movie that is entirely about the discussions in the Japanese leadership during the last months of WWII. Cold opening shows the text of the telegram that informs Truman that the Trinity test was successful from July 17, then title, then the Japanese leadership getting read the Potsdam Declaration from July 26. The movie goes through their discussions and decision making from that point until the announcement of the surrender on August 15. Epilogue scene can be the signing of the surrender on September 2.

Cast is almost entirely Japanese, we get the Supreme Council for the Direction of the War ("Big 6"), the Emperor's inner circle, and the leadership of the Japanese Army/Armies in mainland Asia. If this was a TV series, there would be room for on the ground perspectives, both in the zones with fighting and in Hiroshima, but if it was only a movie, that would take away from the main focus, which is how the leaders of Japan decided to surrender.

The movie should be shot in Japanese, but a high quality English dub should exist.

Maybe there is already a movie like that? If you know something, please tell me.

If they made a film adaptation of Animal Crossing I would want it to basically follow the opening plot of New Lead up until the plane ride to the island wherein disaster would strike and the plane would crash and the survivors would be forced into some lord of the flies type scenario.

ok, so you know the generic Hallmark Christmas movie plot of "business woman from big city goes to small town for business reasons, and falls in love with the most generic man you have ever seen, ans learns the true meaning of Christmas"?

What if someone made a horror movie out of that, where the town is clearly a cult. similar to midsommer.

Like its all still cheesy holiday hallmark garbage for a first little bit of the movie...but... something seems...off. and at if goes on it gets more and more cult like (because no real life cult starts recruitment by advertising it's a cult. In fact, cults hate being called cults.)

and slowly through the course of the movie the more cultush stuff is revealed, but with each thing the main character is already far to into the cult to realize or see any red flags.

and also it ends with the main character fully joining the cult and moving to the town and quiting her job and cutting off all connections from outside the cult.
