Yes, S.C. came 2 days in a row. This time she was on time (almost) and joined the workout.

Robert came. I had hoped he was out of town for the entire weekend but apparently I was in error. He is hosting a Basketball Tourney watch-party this coming weekend (Friday ??) using his famous WALL OF TV'S. He will be buying tons of food, but if you want Kosher Pizza (I won't tell it like he did) you have to bring it. Ditto for wine, although he claims to have a high-end bottle left over from when he and Amy got married.

Ed and Tim did a few unsolicited fix-it chores. They cleaned out the rats-nest in the corner behind the Wreck-Bag bin. No rats. Then for the N-th time they cleaned up bird-poop that accumulates in the corner at the end of (and on) the Med-Balls. Once again they engineered a device that they hope will inhibit the roosting of birds on the over-head wires in that corner. Stand by for results.

The Goodrich's returned from a ski trip to Park City and landed at BNA 30 minutes before our 1 PM start time. Sugar had a fall on a mountain bike and bruised her elbow and a large area below her waist on her back-side that she was surprisingly eager to show everyone. Faith had no injuries until she Push-Pressed her upper lip and nose, but it didn't delay her time. Tripp was cool.

Tuesday at 4 PM. Before that we will experience the first of Nashville's usual late cold spells, the one my Mom called Saucer Magnolia Winter. There are usually 4 more Winters after that even though Spring officially begins this Tuesday. The Climate Change Catastrophic Climax predictions have produced no changes to my Mom's (1915 to 2200) predictions.

a - age: 25

b - biggest fear: Err... right now not getting a job in my chosen field. I’ve put so much time and energy and heart into it, and it’s very discouraging to see the value of conservation and science so questioned these days.

c - current time: 9:38am

d - drink you last had: Drinking coffee with milk and sugar right now.

e - every day starts with: Hitting the snooze four times, scrolling through Tumblr, then rolling out of bed to get ready for the day.

f - favorite song: I don’t really have a favorite. As long as I can sing along with it, I’ll probably like it. I really enjoy Disney songs for that reason.

g - ghosts, are they real: Sigh... I don’t know. I can’t entirely dismiss the possibility, and I do believe in an afterlife, so I think it’s a possibility.

h - hometown: A smallish town in Iowa.

i - in love with: No one romantically, but I have a few friends that I love, and my family of course. I’m also in love with prairies, glaciers, and bats.

j - jealous of: I try not to get jealous, and usually don’t. I’m generally pretty happy with myself, and I’ve been successful relative to a lot of my peers. I am currently jealous of one of my best friend, but only because she already finished her masters and doesn’t have to write her thesis this semester, haha. Sometimes I’m a little jealous of others I see who are thinner or in better shape, but those are all things I could achieve myself if I got off my butt. Also, I’m still happy enough with my body to not let it get to me. I do, however, get a little jealous of my sister sometimes, because she received some genes that I wish I could have gotten as well (like not going gray, having clearer skin, not growing excess hair on her chin... like, come on parents, spread the love to me!). But again, my self-esteem is healthy enough, and I know those are vain things to be jealous of, so I actively try to get rid of those thoughts when they turn up.

k - killed someone: Nope. Many an invasive plant have fallen by my hands, however.

l - last time you cried: Haha, like five minutes ago. I was watching a show and someone died and I teared up a little. I probably cry at least once a week, because of shows, or songs, or fanfic, or just because I think of something angsty...

n - number of siblings: 3. Two younger brothers and a younger sister.

o - one wish: That I can get through my Master’s program. Just a few more months!

p - person you last called/texted: My mom, asking for money, haha. I think I last talked to my advisor on the phone.

q - questions you’re always asked: When is this due? Can you read my assignment? How was your weekend? Idk, normal stuff for a TA.

r - reasons to smile: My friends and family, comments I get on my fic, questions I get about my fic, prairies, learning, good food... everything!

s - song last sang: Top of the World by Tim McGraw in the car this morning.

t - time you woke up: 7am, hit snooze a couple times and got out of bed at 8.

u - underwear color: A sort of tannish color.

v - vacation destination: I love going to the mountains, like Colorado or Montana. A dream vacation would be going to Australia and New Zealand.

w - worst habit: Procrastinating. Also touching my face too much when I’m breaking out.

x - x-rays you’ve had: Dental x-rays of course, but also my hand once when I thought I broke my finger falling down the stairs.

y - your favorite food: Potatoes in any form. But I really like spaghetti, tacos, pizza, and chicken!

z - zodiac sign: Virgo.
