I genuinely, in my heart of heart, believe that the actual best ending for Rhea is to travel around Fodlan and beyond after all is said and done. Better than living in Zanado, a place that has been deserted by life and holds so many memories of grief and pain for the Nabateans.

Traveling and wandering without having any of the heavy responsibilities she has carried for centuries. Getting to actually do things without having to think about the future and how to best protect her remaining family and herself.

Without the anger that accompanied her during the War of Heroes. Lessening her grief and her trauma. Letting her get to heal from them.

Getting to know the world again ! ... and getting to make new friends, new connexions, get to meet again with her family, and okay probably have a huge fight with Macuil but that's just part of family bonding ?

I just find the ending when she's in Zanado a little... sad. Unless she does it only for a time, to recover from the emprisonment in Enbarr, and then gets to wander and live and get out more, it just feels. Bleak ? For her to establish herself in a place so full of ghosts and blood
