Aufregung am Morgen

Ja, die hatte ich heute wirklich. Beim allmorgendlichen Gang in meinen Garten entdeckte ich auf dem angrenzenden Küchenboden eine (vermeintlich) kleine Biene - ganz geschwächt fiel sie immer wieder auf ihren Rücken und hatte anscheinend auch ein Problem mit ihren Hinterbeinen. Besorgt tröpfelte ich Wasser auf den Boden, konnte aber nicht erkennen, ob sie trank. Schnell waren ein paar Fotos gemacht und in der Wildbienen-Facebook-Gruppe gepostet, mit der Frage, was ich noch tun könnte. Dort wurde kurz diskutiert, doch schnell stand fest, dass es eine Schwebfliege ist - also weder Biene noch gewöhnliche Fliege.

Mir wurde dieser Link zur Übersicht der Schwebfliegen empfohlen, der eine sehr gute Auflistung der unterschiedlichen Arten hat. Ausserdem noch diese Wildbienen-Info-Webseite, die sehr einfach erklärt, wie man Wildbienen von Schwebfliegen und anderes unterscheiden kann.

Noch nicht einmal gefühstückt und schon so viel Aufregung und Erkenntnisse gehabt. Das Thema Wildbienen ist komplexer als ich gedacht habe und wie sagt man so schön: je mehr ich weiß desto mehr weiß ich, was ich nicht weiß. In diesem Sinne werde ich meinen heutigen freien Tag wieder mit einer ausgiebigen Recherche verbringen.
