❖ AARON ;; as soon as he heard your question, he was a little surprised; but he wasn't going to refuse an offer like that. He would bend down a little to fit you perfectly in his arms, surrounding you with protective warmth. Maybe his grip would be a little tight, but not so tight as to overwhelm you, just perfect. One of his hands is on your waist and the other on your head, stroking your hair gently. "Are you okay? Do you need to talk?" It would help you clear your head in the comfort of his embrace, no matter if something bad had really happened or you just needed the hug. He definitely has a quite attractive natural essence that can easily remind someone of the forest and nature. Secretly, everyone in the manor loves Aaron's hugs. Ivan is the one who hides it the least, always hugging Aaron every time he sees him. Bear hugger, definitely.

❖ BELIATH ;; "What a subtle way of saying you want to touch me" He would mock you just with the intention of teasing you a little. No doubt he opens his arms and welcomes you into them. Beliath doesn't hold back with physical contact, and even more when you're the one asking for it. Hugging Beliath is a strange experience, it's not comforting or warm but it does lift your spirits. "No need to ask, if you want to hug me, just do it. It won't bother me at all" He murmurs against your hair, his hands caressing your back. To cheer you up a little more, he'd sway from side to side, reciting some comforting words, sometimes going so far as to say things so out of context that it would make you laugh.

❖ VLADIMIR ;; he’s not the type of person who is into hugs, even though he needs them, he is not used to them and prefers quality time. Anyway, you asking him makes him realize that he also needs to take refuge in someone's arms, so if you are alone, he would hug you and let you see a vulnerable side of him. His grip is firm and quite possessive, that no matter how hard you try to break free in a minute, you won't be able to. Vladimir's hugs are long, in a silent atmosphere and simply enjoying the warmth of the other. You already know that Vladimir is not the kind of person who can properly express his affection with words, so that hug was enough for you to notice the affection he has for you.

❖ RAPHAEL ;; "Yeah, sure, come here" is a hug lover, he enjoys every hug as if it was the last one. Along with Ivan, he’s one of the stickiest huggers in the manor. He initiates the embrace naturally, making you feel welcome and comfortable in his company. He is very gentle, holding you carefully and being patient for as long as you want to hold him. His head rests on your shoulder and in a soft voice he asks "how was your day?", being casual. Raphael is more than willing to listen to you, meanwhile his mind creates different ways to make you happy with whatever he can.

❖ ETHAN ;; a soft laugh would come out of him despite the cruel urge of saying "no" to annoy you. "Maybe, but it's not free" he would say as he gives you a half hug, placing his arm over your shoulders, but finally laughing and completing the hug. Maybe it's a little awkward, as Ethan is all about giving quick hugs and back rubs. If it's in a slightly more delicate context, he'd try not to make some joke that could be misinterpreted and quietly embrace you, letting your head retreat into the hollow between his neck and shoulder. One of his hands would be caressing your back and the other would firmly hold you by the waist.

❖ IVAN ;; he may seem uncomfortable with hugs, but in truth he is simply shy and needs a push to release that clingy side of him. "YES" and he leans towards you to give you one of the longest hugs you've possibly ever been given. He tends to sway from side to side and hum a song if he really has confidence in you. If something really bad happened, he would opt for the tickle method, making you laugh until you cry. Regardless, whether it's a comforting hug or just wanting physical contact, his cheeks would be tinged with a reddish color from happiness. Ivan is happy with hugs.

❖ NEIL ;; he freezes the moment you ask him that, do you really want a hug from him? No but like- really? He would look at you perplexed, and without saying a word, this is the very first time someone has asked him for a hug. He would open his arms and let you melt against his chest, in a somewhat awkward embrace. Neil doesn't know what to do, so he just pats your shoulders. In a polite way, he would keep silent, letting you talk so he can listen to you or just enjoy the warmth of your body. It may be a short and awkward hug, but that doesn't mean he doesn't love you, far from it.

❖ FARAH ;; I wish I could receive a hug from her… sigh… As a way of showing affection naturally she resorts to half hugs, wrapping one of her arms over your shoulders. At the moment you ask her to do so, a small smile would escape her lips to then embrace you firmly, offering support and protection. Her hugs are useful to relax you, and many times even to make you get some sleep. And if you need to cry, do it, she’s there all the time you need, and while hugging her. She definitely will kiss your forehead and say “I love you.” Beemoov I need you to give me content of her…

❖ LEANDRA ;; “Oh, clingy, aren’t we?” Just like her brother, her intention is to mock you in order to embarrass you and then embrace you ofc -she couldn’t lose that chance-. Leandra is not such a fan of hugs, so maybe it's a short hug, but somehow, one of those hugs that brightens your day slightly. If the hug goes a little longer than normal, she would teasingly bite you or just tickle you.

Vladimir :

Even when he's on his own, Vladimir doesn't take up much space in bed, usually sleeping curled up in a ball on the same side of the bed. It has to be said that he rarely slept alone when he was a child, firstly because he slept a lot with his parents and secondly because once he became a big brother, it was his little sisters and brothers who came to sleep in his bed after a nightmare.

When he starts sleeping with you, he always snuggles up like this at first. This leaves you plenty of room in the bed. But little by little, he'll come and snuggle up to you more and more. At first, it's mainly his back that he presses up against your back or chest. Then finally, he'll turn over and nestle his face in your neck to sleep. He feels very secure in this position, even more so if you close your arms around him.

He doesn't move much in his sleep and he won't fight you for the blanket. The only thing he really wants is to be in contact with you. If he can't sleep in your arms, he'd at least like to be able to hold your hand while he sleeps.

He's a very light sleeper, so he'll notice immediately if you wake up during the day. He tries to reassure you if you wake up from a nightmare. This is one of the rare times when he'll give you a hug so you can go back to sleep. He kisses your forehead and strokes your back until you fall back asleep. He'll also talk to you a lot and offer to make you a cup of tea or hot chocolate. If you feel like it, he'll listen to you talk about your nightmare, but he won't force you to do so. They can also read to you until you fall back asleep. In any case, he won't leave your side for the rest of the day.

He has a lot of nightmares. He's assured you he doesn't have that many, but it's rare for you to go a week without him waking up several times with a start. He tries not to wake you up most of the time, so you may find it hard to notice at first. But you'll eventually feel it because you often sleep very close together. When he wakes up from a nightmare, he really wants to be reassured by you, even if he doesn't clearly ask for it. He loves it when you kiss his hair and forehead. He's unlikely to talk to you about what woke him up, but he'll be happy for you to whisper reassuring words to him until he goes back to sleep.

Beliath :

When he sleeps alone, he really takes up all the space in the bed. He sleeps a bit like a starfish. That's because he's always been almost an only child. When he had a nightmare as a child and went to see his sister to sleep with her, Léandra often ended up sleeping on a tiny corner of the bed while he took up all the rest of the space.

When he starts to sleep with you, he's a little more careful not to take up all the space in the bed, as he doesn't want to make you fall out unintentionally. He usually prefers to hold you when he sleeps, but he doesn't mind if you hold him too. He also likes to fall asleep with his head on you or listening to you talk about what you did during the night.

He's often cold when he sleeps, so he instinctively looks for the nearest source of warmth. So he'll end up sticking his frozen feet up against yours to try and keep warm. If you buy him a hot water bottle, he'll end up sleeping with the bottle on one side and you on the other, or with the bottle in the middle if you're cold too. In winter, he also sleeps with a big duvet that he holds tightly against him, and most of the time during this period you can barely see his hair sticking out of the sheets because he's so bundled up.

He's the heaviest sleeper in the manor, so he doesn't wake up immediately if you have a nightmare, but he doesn't mind at all if you wake him up during the day because of it. He will immediately reassure you by taking you in his arms and kissing your face gently. He won't go back to sleep until he's sure you're all right and no longer scared.

Beliath hardly ever has nightmares. But, that was before his mother tried to murder him. Since then, he's had them a bit more often. He tries not to wake you up so as not to worry you, but sometimes he does when he's feeling really bad. Most often in these cases, he'll rest his head on your chest to listen to your heartbeat or hear you breathe. You can stroke his hair to help him calm down quickly.

Ivan :

When he sleeps alone, he also takes up a lot of space and moves around a lot. He always finds himself in strange positions when he wakes up at night, and if his mattress is on the floor, it's because he never stops falling out of bed during the day.

He finds it very hard to break this habit when he sleeps with you. Either you end up sleeping on a tiny bit of bed, or he takes the whole blanket from you. He wants you to wake him up though if he does this. He's not doing it on purpose and he doesn't want you to have a bad night because of him.

Whether you hug him or he hugs you, it's all the same to him. He likes both and will adapt to what you want. He sleeps with a cuddly toy. He was a bit ashamed of it at first, so he waited until you fell asleep to take his cuddly toy out from under the mattress. He was worried that you'd laugh at him, but he really can't sleep without it - it's an old stuffed dog from when he was born, and it's very damaged, but he finds it very reassuring, especially since he arrived at the manor (that's when he started sleeping with it again). He'll eventually admit it to you when he realises that you're not going to make fun of him.

He doesn't always wake up on his own when you have a nightmare, but he wants you to wake him up. Ivan wants to be there to reassure you and help you get back to sleep, and will do everything he can to make you feel better. He will usually hold you and wait patiently for you to go back to sleep. If you ask him to, he'll make you a hot chocolate or tea. He'll also try to make you laugh if he thinks you're really scared, but in any case he won't go back to sleep until he's sure you're feeling better.

He was very reluctant to wake you up after a nightmare, at first, when you started sleeping together. But he eventually did because he really needs to be reassured. This happens quite regularly because Ivan is a very anxious person, but he goes back to sleep very quickly when you start to reassure him. Most of the time, all you have to do is talk to him a little and give him a hug, and he's already starting to feel more secure.

Aaron :

Even when he sleeps alone, he doesn't take up too much space in the bed, despite his imposing build. Admittedly, he's used to sleeping with other people. So he instinctively takes up very little space so as not to disturb.

When he sleeps with you, he's always careful not to take up too much space, so he always starts sleeping on the edge of the bed. He prefers to hold you in his arms when he sleeps, whatever your size. But sometimes he doesn't mind swapping places. He finds it pleasant to be held by his partner from time to time, especially when the night has not gone well.

Even though he doesn't take up much space when he's sleeping, he still moves around more than average. He tends to move towards the middle of the bed during the night, which isn't really a problem if he's holding you, as you're just following him. He also sleeps with a lot of pillows, at the limit, he may agree to leave the blankets for you alone, but he really can't sleep without pillows.

He often wakes up before you do when you have a nightmare. He's quite used to reassuring others in this kind of situation, so he knows exactly how to make you feel safe. He'll hug you and whisper reassuring words to you, and he may even sing a little if you ask him to. If you feel like it, he can also go and get you something to drink. He'll even agree to take a walk around the manor to check that everything's all right, if that will reassure you and help you get back to sleep.

He very rarely has nightmares when he's asleep, and the few he does have are usually to do with the safety of others in the manor. So if he wakes up because of a nightmare, he's sure to go round the rooms to check that everyone's all right before going back to bed. He knows he couldn't forgive himself if he went right back to sleep and something happened to someone. So you won't be able to persuade him to stay in bed, but he won't protest if you follow him on his rounds. Once they're back in bed, they love to lay their head against you to go back to sleep.

Raphaël :

He's another one who takes up a lot of space in his bed when he sleeps alone. More than just taking up space, he moves around a lot when he sleeps, not as much as Ivan but enough to regularly fall out of bed.

When he starts to sleep with you, he prefers you to let him sleep next to the wall. He's less afraid of falling out of bed that way. After all, he's already hit his head on the shelves several times and Ethan has often fought him over it. When you're asleep, he prefers you to hold him. He feels very safe this way, usually with his back to you, but sometimes he will turn over during the night and hide his face against you. He sincerely believes that this is the best position for him to sleep in.

There are lots of cuddly toys on his bed. They're all gifts from the other members of the manor. There's a stuffed cat given by Ethan and another by Vladimir, an Evoli given by Ivan, a bear by Aaron and a unicorn by Beliath. He puts them at the foot of the bed to sleep most of the time, but sometimes when he feels like hugging something in his sleep he chooses one to sleep with (and feels a bit guilty about abandoning the others).

Raphaël is a fairly heavy sleeper, but he usually wakes up very quickly when you have a nightmare and if he doesn't wake up he absolutely wants you to wake him up. He wants to do everything he can to reassure you and help you get back to sleep. More often than not, he'll take you in his arms and kiss your face, whispering reassuring words. He'll hold you until he's sure you're better and feel safe. If you ask him, he'll even agree to sleep with you in his arms.

He always wakes you up when he has a nightmare. On the one hand, he feels a bit guilty because he knows that you need to sleep to feel good, but on the other, he can't imagine ever going back to sleep without you reassuring him. He always snuggles up to you and doesn't mind telling you what he's been dreaming about. He really wants to be reassured by you kissing him and telling him that everything's fine until he goes back to sleep.

Ethan :

He doesn't take up much space in bed, even when he sleeps alone. More often than not, he rolls himself into a ball before pressing his back against the wall and hiding under the covers. He feels quite safe this way. However, he moves around a lot during his sleep and has woken up sitting at his desk when he was asleep in bed.

When he starts to sleep with you, he likes to keep his place against the wall, because that's where he feels safest. However, he will move away from it to sleep closer to you. It doesn't really matter whether you're holding him or he's holding you, and he'll do as you please. The only thing he really wants is to be able to stay in contact with you while he's asleep, whether by lying against you or simply holding your hand.

He doesn't fall asleep easily, so he usually falls asleep after you. While he's waiting to fall asleep, he'll watch you or play with your hair. It's something that reassures him a lot and that's why he ends up falling asleep.

He's a very light sleeper, largely because he has a lot of nightmares and finds it hard to sleep, so he hears immediately if you wake up because of a nightmare. He makes it his duty to do everything he can to reassure you at such times. He can't stand the idea that you might be as distressed as he is because of a nightmare. He'll hug you to reassure you, kiss your forehead gently and reassure you that you're safe. If you need it, he can even put on some soft music to help you get back to sleep or fetch you something to drink from the kitchen.

He also has a lot of nightmares when he sleeps. But he's been trying really hard not to let you know. Firstly because he hates waking you up when you seem to be sleeping well and secondly because he feels appallingly stupid every time. There is, however, one case where he always wakes you up and that's after sleep paralysis. Despite his best efforts, he's incapable of calming himself down in this kind of case and he really needs you to be there to reassure him. At times like this, he'll snuggle up to you without wondering any longer if he looks ridiculous. If you ask him, he'll tell you what he saw or heard during his paralysis. You can kiss his face or stroke his back until he goes back to sleep. He won't ask for it, but that's what he's waiting for.

Neil :

He really does take up a lot of space when he sleeps alone. He's spread out all over the bed like a cat having its best nap. It has to be said that he's not really used to sharing his bed with other people.

He tries to be careful when he sleeps with you, but that doesn't stop him from pushing you a little while he's asleep to take up a bit more space. He really doesn't do it on purpose, and he'll apologise if you point it out to him - after all, he has no desire to knock you out of bed or force you to sleep on a little piece of mattress.

He prefers you to hold him while he sleeps, even if he's unlikely to say so frankly, especially at the start of your relationship. If he holds you while you sleep, he'll end up burying his face against your neck to fall asleep. If you hold him while he sleeps, he'll do the same. He likes to sleep in this position as much because you are close to him as because in this position his face is hidden and if he has sleep paralysis it prevents him from having visual hallucinations.

He's more attuned to your emotions than he looks, and if you wake up from a nightmare he usually wakes up at the same time as you do. He will take you in his arms to reassure you and kiss you gently, telling you again and again that you are safe with him. If you want to tell him what frightened you, he'll listen without interrupting; if you don't, he won't insist. In any case, he will do everything to reassure you and help you go back to sleep.

He often has nightmares and sleep paralysis. He'll never try to wake you up because of this, but you'll usually feel it. If you don't wake up, he'll simply move a little closer to you before going back to sleep, trying not to wake you up. If you do wake up, he'll take the opportunity to come and sleep in your arms. In any case, he never talks about his nightmares because he thinks that will help him forget them more quickly, but he appreciates it when you kiss him or stroke his hair until he goes back to sleep.

Léandra :

She was so used to having a mini-squatter in her bed when she was looking after Beliath that she hardly takes up any space when she sleeps, despite her wings. She usually curls up in a corner of the bed and stays there throughout the day without moving.

When she starts sleeping with you, things change a little. She starts to take up a bit more space and, above all, she tries to get closer to you during the night without realising it. She particularly likes to sleep on her stomach, using you as a pillow. She also prefers to hold you as she sleeps. She doesn't dare be the little spoon for fear of hitting you with a her wing while you're asleep. They tend to move slightly when she's dreaming, not enough to hurt you but enough to wake you up.

Like her brother, she seeks warmth when she sleeps, so she'll be very happy if you offer her a hot water bottle to warm her up or let her snuggle up to you under the covers. Because of this, she can sleep without pillows, but not without a blanket. She continues to sleep with a duvet even in summer.

She finds it very difficult to know how to react when you have a nightmare. It's not that succubi don't have nightmares, it's just that they generally don't care enough about other people to try and reassure them. So she's a bit confused at first when you wake up scared and she doesn't know how to help you. However, if you ask her to give you a hug, she'll do it without a second's hesitation. If this happens often, she may even start offering to hypnotise you after a nightmare so that you fall asleep quickly in an atmosphere that suits and reassures you.

She has very few nightmares and the few that she does have are mainly about your safety or that of her little brother. What's more, she never thinks of waking you up after a nightmare, it's not that she's ashamed of it or anything like that, but she's so unused to sleeping with someone who could reassure her that she doesn't even think about it. If you wake up at the same time as her and try to reassure her, she'll be a bit surprised at first. But she'll go along with it; she likes it when you hold her in your arms and whisper reassuring words to her. She's not really used to simply feeling safe with someone, but she may start to enjoy it with you.

Farah :

She almost never sleeps alone. The pack is always with her and in winter they huddle together for warmth, so she hates sleeping alone. She gets cold and doesn't feel safe at these times.

In general, you both sleep close to the rest of the pack, far enough away to have your own cocoon but close enough to see and hear everyone. This reassures Farah, because she knows that even if she doesn't hear the danger while she's sleeping, another member of the pack will.

She loves holding you when you sleep together, more than being held in your arms. When she sleeps on her side, she'll hold you whether you're facing her or with your back to her. More rarely, she may try to sleep in your arms, but this is mainly when she's had a bad night and wants to be comforted and safe. Most often at these times, she hides her face in your neck to fall asleep.

Because she's a very light sleeper, she almost always wakes up at the same time as you when you have a nightmare. She knows very well how to react in this kind of situation, it's something she's used to. She'll hold you to reassure you and whisper comforting words, if you need it she'll fetch you a bottle of water and she'll even take you for a walk if you need to get moving. In any case, once you're ready to go back to sleep, she'll snuggle you and won't go back to sleep until she's sure you feel safe.

Farah often has nightmares, always about the safety of her pack and yours. She usually can't get back to sleep after that, so she stands guard while she waits for everyone to wake up. You can stand guard with her if you like, but she'll just be happy for you to stay next to her as you sleep. If you ask her, she'll tell you about her nightmare, otherwise she won't tell you because she doesn't want to bother you with her bad dreams.

I still love Ivan, after all I'm a dirty little apologist. Although, under these conditions I doubt Ethan would be willing to treat Pheebes wounds.

I'd love to replay their routes, but I kinda don't want to buy coins ... or wait an eternity to get through them with the daily coins

Vladimir :

You didn't tell him about it at the beginning of your relationship and you kept it to yourself. You didn't feel comfortable with your breasts, but you felt even less comfortable broaching the subject with Vladimir, after all your vampire babbles and blushes as soon as anything remotely intimate is broached.

The subject came up one evening when Vladimir was denigrating himself, and you were both sitting on the bed against each other. He confessed to you that he thought he was too small and not manly enough. Then he whispered that he couldn't understand what you found so beautiful about him that you fell in love with him. You replied almost immediately that he was by far the most handsome man in the house and that you wouldn't accept any criticism on that score. He didn't know how to react to so many compliments and his heart swelled with happiness.

Then you told him about your complex. He was silent for several seconds. He thinks you're beautiful, of course, but does he have the right to tell his partner that he thinks her breasts are beautiful? He doesn't want to say something inappropriate or make you feel uncomfortable. And in his time… no, clearly, he would never have dared say that to his partner in the 19th century, it's too intimate. However, he doesn't want to say nothing to you and he tries to answer you without daring to look you in the eye.

"But… I think they're really pretty…" His cheeks turn red at the end of the sentence, but he continues. "I don't know how to say this," Vladimir whispers, "but I think you're really beautiful. I'm sorry if what I'm saying is incomprehensible, I really do love you, I've always found you beautiful. So much so that I don't know how to say it clearly."

Béliath :

You didn't know how to broach the subject with Beliath. After all, he's never given you the impression that he has a complex about anything, even though he often comes to you or the other members of the manor looking for compliments. It's always quite amusing to hear Aaron say to him in a weary voice, "Yes, Beliath, that new shirt suits you very well, you're beautiful like that". Usually, Beliath comes up to you a few seconds later to say, "It's true that I'm really handsome!"

You finally told him though, after he'd given you a new dress for one of the parties he was organising. It was a beautiful dress with a large neckline and you clearly didn't feel like wearing it that evening. Beliath was a little surprised when you told him, he hadn't thought for a moment that you might have a complex about your breasts.

"What are you blaming them for?" asks Beliath after kissing your forehead. "You're very pretty."

"They're far too small," you mumbled.

-Do you really think so? I think they're perfect," says Beliath.

You're only saying that because you love me," you retort, before moving to put the dress on the bed. My breasts are so small, that's all people will see. I'm afraid they'll laugh at me.

-First of all, I say you're pretty because it's true. They're beautiful and you're beautiful. Secondly, if anyone dares to criticise you, they'll have to deal with me. I'm not going to let anyone criticise my partner without doing something about it."

He came to you and kissed your cheek.

-Maybe, you mumble. But I don't feel comfortable wearing this dress tonight…

-If you don't want to wear this dress tonight, that's fine. There's plenty in the wardrobe and I'm sure there's another one that will suit you. The only thing I want is for you to feel comfortable. We'll go clothes shopping together next time.

You turned to face him and he smiled at you.

"I love you. You're beautiful. I can't get enough of looking at you."

Ivan :

You talked about it one night when you both weren't feeling well. You were lying on the bed looking at the ceiling. When Ivan started talking. It has to be said that Ivan is very complex about his looks, even more so when he compares himself to the other members of the manor, all of whom he thinks are much better looking. He began by comparing himself to Aaron, praising the wolf's bulging muscles, immense size and simply Achilles-like good looks, before telling you that he wasn't as virile as Aaron. You immediately reassured him that Aaron's muscles had not, after all, appeared out of thin air and that the wolf had been training hard to get them for years. You assured him that with the same training he would be as strong as he is.

When you told him about your complex for the first time, he had no trouble understanding what you were feeling and he listened to you talk about it without interrupting.

"But look at them," you mumbled, looking discomfited. They don't look like anything! I'm sure I'd be much prettier with just a little extra height."

He propped himself up on one elbow to watch you as you continued.

"I don't even know what clothes to wear to fix it. Every time I look in the mirror I don't feel pretty.

-Do you want to try and go shopping together and find you some clothes you like?" suggested Ivan.

-No… I don't think that's going to solve my problem," you sighed.

Ivan gave you a sad pout before leaning over to kiss your forehead.

"I'm sorry you don't think you're as pretty as I think you are. If you could see yourself as I see you, you wouldn't doubt your beauty any more.

You sighed, but he smiled gently at you before kissing you again and whispering.

-I'll always think you're beautiful. You know, when you first fell in love with me, I thought it was impossible and that someone as pretty as you could never want someone like me. I still find it a little hard to believe that you could find me beautiful, but I never doubted that I found you beautiful. I love you so much."

Aaron :

You didn't say anything about it at first, mainly because Aaron doesn't really seem to pay much attention to that sort of thing. He's never given you the impression that he has any complexes, on the contrary. So you weren't sure he understood how you felt. The discussion on this subject came much later. You were sitting next to each other by the water. Aaron had insisted on going to the lake and the two of you had started by having a ricochet contest, discussing everything and anything until you started talking about your complex.

Aaron doesn't immediately understand why you don't like your breasts. It's been years since he's had a complex about his appearance and it takes him a while to remember the discomfort he felt when he started getting more and more scars on his body and didn't dare go out without covering them first.

When you stopped talking and went quiet, he turned back to you.

"I assure you that you're really beautiful the way you are.

-I'm not as sure as you are," you mumbled in a sad voice.

Why is that? Did someone say something about it?

-No, not at home anyway…

-Because people have made criticisms at other times? asked Aaron.

-That was a long time ago… when I was in high school… but I can't get it out of my head that my breasts are too small now…

-Oh. I'm sorry. That must have upset you."

Aaron moves closer to you to kiss you gently before continuing.

-Do you think there's anything I could do to help you stop thinking about it?

-I don't know… I can't seem to feel pretty because of it," you replied.

Aaron looked at you for a moment as you stared at the water in front of you, then kissed you a second time before answering.

"I should start by telling you more often how beautiful I think you are. Then we could go shopping together and find you some clothes you like.

-You hate shopping.

-I could put up with hanging around the shops if it would make you happy. You're really beautiful. I love you and I want to help you realise that."

Raphaël :

You discussed it with him very early on, shortly after you'd become a couple, and it has to be said that Raphaël isn't difficult to talk to - he's a good listener, even more so when it's you who's talking. You were lying in bed next to each other. The sun was about to rise, but you didn't want to go to sleep because you wanted to continue enjoying each other's company. Raphaël was playing with a lock of your hair, twirling it around his fingers.

When you started to talk about your complex, he listened without interrupting, his head still resting against your shoulder, then when you stopped talking he gently kissed your cheek before answering.

"I assure you that you're really very beautiful. If tomorrow, Aphrodite, Athena and Hera came to ask me who was the most beautiful. I'd tell them that none of them could match you in beauty.

He kissed you a second time and you smiled at his answer.

-Given their susceptibility, I'm not sure your answer would suit them.

-Whether they like it or not, it's the truth," Raphaël replied, laughing.

You kissed her before continuing.

"Seriously, Raphaël, do you mind? You think I'm really beautiful, despite this. Or are you just saying it to please me?

-You are beautiful, I know that, it is obvious. You are gorgeous, you have got the most beautiful body there is, and if your body ever changed, you would still be the most beautiful - I think I am the luckiest person in the world. It is a miracle that someone as exceptional as you was able to take an interest in me.

-Raphaël, you're not really answering my question.

-Well" replies the vampire, straightening up a little. You may think they're small, but I think they're beautiful! I like your breasts the way they are because they're part of you, and if you had smaller ones I'd like them too, and if you had bigger ones I'd still like them. It doesn't matter to me.

You smile at her answer before tucking a lock of her hair back behind her ear.

-I'm afraid you're a little biased by your love for me.

-I do love you. But I know I am right. You are beautiful."

Ethan :

You didn't talk to Ethan about your complex. You were mainly afraid that he wouldn't listen. It's not that Ethan doesn't pay attention to you, but he's often tactless when it comes to other people's feelings and you didn't want to talk to him about your complex only to find that he didn't listen.

However, Ethan has bought you a pretty blouse. The kind of blouse that shows off chest. It was really pretty, you couldn't deny that. It was the kind of garment you loved to see on models and would have loved to wear. But you couldn't bear to see yourself in it.

"I look terrible in it," you mumbled, looking at yourself in the mirror.

-Why do you say that?" Ethan asked you. You're beautiful.

-Because it's true.

-Nonsense.

You sighed without answering before looking at yourself again in the mirror. It still didn't fit, of course, even worse, the more the seconds passed the more you felt bad in that outfit. You finally turned away from the mirror before taking off the blouse and throwing it further into the bedroom. Ethan had remained silent while you looked at yourself in the mirror, but when he saw you he got up and came over to you.

"What's wrong? I don't like it when you look sad.

-I'm not… you shrug your shoulders, giving up the idea of protesting before continuing. This blouse looks great, but it looks terrible on me.

-I think it suited you very well. replies Ethan , taking you in his arms before kissing you gently.

You shake your head but snuggle up to him before mumbling.

"No

-Why don't you tell me what's really wrong?

You sighed, but after a second's hesitation you pulled out of his embrace before gesturing to your chest.

-That's what's wrong with it! This kind of blouse looks great on those with big breasts, but on me, I don't look like anything in this blouse!

-Oh, I see. It looked great on you," Ethan assures you again before pulling you back into his arms. But if you don't feel comfortable in it, we can always go and buy another one.

-I don't think that's going to solve my problem.

-You're the prettiest, don't worry. I'll tell you every day if I have to, so you don't forget.

Neil :

Neil has nothing but praise for you. He likes to remind you every night how beautiful and wonderful he thinks you are. What's more, he's a good listener, and you quickly felt confident enough to talk to him about your complex. He understood very well how you felt about it. You have to admit that since he's been out of the cellar, he's not as confident about his body as he used to be. Some of his scars make him feel uncomfortable and he prefers to hide them; other times he doesn't think he's muscular enough.

You looked at yourself in the mirror, attentive to the image your reflection gave you. As always, it was your breasts that bothered you, you thought they were too small, not pretty enough to please anyone and you started looking for different stratagems to try and change them into something you might find acceptable. Neil came into your room while you were trying on a new shirt, hoping it would fit better than your first one. He kissed your cheek before looking at you in the mirror.

"That shirt looks great on you.

-Oh, no, it's not. This is worse than the last one. Look at me, I look like a breadboard.

-No, that's not true at all. You're very beautiful and you certainly don't look like a breadboard.

-I don't think you're being very objective… you retort.

-I couldn't be more objective. You're really beautiful. I mean, look at you. Take a good look at yourself. You're wonderful, really."

You sigh, it's no use, despite Neil's compliments you can't believe what he's telling you, finally you look away from the mirror to look at him.

"I really can't understand how you can think I'm as beautiful as you say. Wouldn't you like me better with bigger breasts?

-I'll always think you're beautiful, no matter how big your breasts are or anything else you might be worried about.

You stop looking at Neil to see yourself again in the mirror, and seeing you do so, Neil kisses you gently before resuming.

"I assure you I'm being objective when I say you're beautiful, my darling, and you always will be."
