we don’t talk about plug!eren, who is the perfect gentleman. The one who holds doors open for you, great manners with your folks, best friends with your younger siblings and cousins, your homegirls love him and just an all around good dude. The one who would drive clear across town in the middle of the night to get your favorite snacks, the one who’d hear you stressing and talking about some bill or expense you have and quietly go take care of it. “I already told you, don’t worry ‘bout that, mama. It’s handled.” Or the one who never exposes you to his lifestyle because it’s the last thing his princess needs to concern herself with. He’s so sweet, kind and loving..one would never guess he wouldn’t hesitate to kill a dude who shorted him on his money or supply. Or that just shortly before coming home to you, he probably beat someone unconscious for trying to set him up on a lick. You wouldn’t know a thing..not when he quietly slides into bed, where you’re lying flat on your stomach, in nothing but a t shirt, bonnet and panties, waiting for him to slide them off while he kisses down your spine. Muttering in your ear to just stay still and let him take care of you. “You awake, mama? I missed you..” In the deepest gruff as he delicately touches your skin, appreciating every inch. And you realize just how much he does when he spreads you open from behind, gripping your asscheeks and planking firmly on top you as he feeds you deep, passionate strokes. Slowly drilling you..with those sweet whimpers underneath him. You didn’t even have to move an inch, all he needs you to do is keep moaning and let him claim that beautiful pussy. That spot opening up so nicely after a couple thrusts. His tattooed hand and gold watch placed at the small of your back to keep you pinned down. “Mmm…just like that, baby. You ain’t gotta do shit..daddy got you.”
and he always will take such good care of his girl.

Dating basketball player Eren jaeger.
Basketball player! Eren who has a necklace with your initials, filled with small diamond jewels. Not only that but you have a necklace that his initials, just so everyone knew who was yours.
Basketball player! Eren who doesn’t go to parties, which is unusual since he was the one who would attend all parties that was happening with his friends. Instead, he’s in his dorm room with you in his bed watching some scary movie you begged him to play for what it seemed like forever.
Basketball player! Eren who drives the both of you to his practices. Every day or night, whenever he has practices your coming along for sure. Just so he could see your cute smile sitting on the bleachers, whilst watching him practice to make you proud.
Basketball player! Eren who makes out with you in the hallways infront of anyone who has a crush on him. Just so he could prove to them that he’s only yours.
Basketball player! Eren who looks out for you in the crowd during a game when he makes a shot. Shooting a wink at your direction along with a cute bright smile. He always notices whenever you blow a kiss his way.
Basketball player! Eren who won’t stop bragging about you to his teammates! Whether it would be in the locker room, or in the court while their practicing for their upcoming game.
“Bro, i’m being serious. Y/N is a fucking angel. I love her soo fucking much, did you see how cute she was in my jersey?” Eren rants to his friends, being half naked with a towel covering his bottom half.
Reiner rolls his eyes, and sighs.
“yes eren, i think we know how lucky you are to have a hot girlfriend with an ass.” Reiner blurts out the last part, on accident. Now his eyes are wide.
Eren glares at Reiner.
“I know she’s hot Reiner. But if you stare at her like that i’ll fucking pull up to your neighborhood at three am, i’m not playin’ around.” Eren grunts, slamming his locker closed, sending a strong push of wind towards Reiner who watches his friend leave the locker room pissed off.
Basketball player! Eren who walks you to your classes. Always having an arm wrapped around your waist to pull you closer to him, not letting any male besides the guys he’s cool with close to you. After you both make it to your class, he kisses your forehead and your lips waving you goodbye and to have a good class.
Basketball player! Eren who has you on his lap whenever he does attend a party. Most likely he would go if you wanted to go. He’s sitting on a chair beside the pool whilst interacting with his friends, and teammates going over the next game.
Basketball player! Eren who unfollows any girl who isn’t you. This only happened because you mentioned once about how many girls he was following as a joke.
“Rennie.. why is your following count so low on instagram.” You nervously ask your boyfriend who was sitting on his desk doing his homework.
His hair was out of its bun, freely laying against his shoulders. He looked, utterly focused on his homework that would be due tomorrow.
“Jus felt like it. Why should i follow any other girl when they aren’t my pretty girlfriend?.” His smile gets brighter, sending a heartwarming feeling into your chest. Your lover for him always increasing from his actions.
You grin, walking over and sitting on his lap. Eren chuckles at the amount of kisses your pressing all over his face.
“Mwah! i love you s’muchhh.” You pressed another kiss.
Eren cups your cheek, placing a sweet kiss on your lips.
“I love you more, pretty girl so much more than you know it.
Basketball player! Eren who punches the shit out of any dude who checks you out in front of him. It gets really bad when he needs three of his friends to pull him off of the dude who decided to disrespect you. His girl.
nsfw
Basketball player! Eren who fucks you rough, just because he lost a game for the first time in so long. He has you on all fours, begging him to slow down when his big cock is jamming inside you multiple times. He had one of his hands slither down to your clit to toy with you more, making you arch your back more and cry out his name.
Basketball player! Eren who fucks you against the lockers in the changing rooms after his victory game, just to make one of the players who have a crush on you jealous that Erens the one that’s fucking you. The look on his face never fails to make Eren grin in satisfaction.
His jersey is over you, and is the only thing your wearing while your getting pounded. Your legs wrapped around Erens waist, and him pressing kisses to your cheeks muttering how much he loves you, and how much he would love to have a family with you and marry you.
After that the other player who had a crush on you never showed up to practice ever again.
Basketball player! Eren who gets head from you before a game happens. The both of you are in a small closet, with you on your knees taking Erens cock in your throat as best as you could. Eren, who is standing beside the wall, forcefully thrusting his dick inside your sweet mouth.
Basketball player! Eren who invites you inside his dorm to study, when later on your going to be sitting on his face with his mouth sucking and licking your folds.
Basketball player! Eren who sends the guys who flirt with you a photo of you on your knees giving Eren a blow job. If they manage to piss off Eren more, he ends up sending the boys your guys sex tape just so they would stop flirting with his baby.
Basketball player! Eren who stuffs you full of his cum, and uses your underwear to stop it from leaking out when the both of you are walking bath to a class you both have together. All of your classmates look at you both, noticing how messy you both looked. But they aren’t a stupid, they knew you fucked.
Basketball player! Eren who touches you inappropriately and makes out with you infront of the girls who flirt with him. Never forgetting to introduce you to them, a sad and embarrassed expression playing on their faces as they apologize to you.
“Oh, this is my beautiful girlfriend y/n. Did you she’s going to move in with me once we graduate? Not only that, but did you know she sucked my dick about.. hmm.. 12 minutes ago?” A menacing grin appears on his face.
Basketball player! Eren who cockwarms you whilst you do your homework. It doesn’t take long before you start bouncing on his dick, begging for him to cum inside you.
Basketball player! Eren who takes photos of you filled with his cum, naked with only his jersey on, and on his dick when his cum gets on your whole body. He never fails to keep the photos in his wallet, his binder, and on the mirror in his car.
Basketball player! Eren who always tells you he loves you, and always spills all of his feelings to you whenever you both are having soft, slow, loving sex just for you to feel better whenever you have a bad day.
Basketball player! Eren who makes it clear to anyone who tries interfering with his relationship that you’re his favorite girl. And that you both belong to each other. No bitch is going to ruin that.

Hi anon! I’m sorry I didn’t know if this meant showing them desiring that life w/ each other, or if you wanted to see them actually living it but! since it’s Hange’s birthday I went with the latter bc they deserve it and breakfast in bed is a far better present than the one Isayama gave to them :')

Barista Levi
Barista Levi would look adorable in his apron, it would accentuate his tiny waist. His sleeves would always be rolled up, and he would be oblivious to the fact the muscles in his forearms were distracting.
His eyes would light up when you order his favourite tea, and he would shift with hidden joy when you reveal that you take it the same way he does.
He would slowly get more comfortable with you, the more you come to the shop. One day, he surprised you when he asked how your day was going, then gave you a tiny smile as you recounted the events of your day to him. He would listen patiently, secretly enjoying every detail.
After a few weeks, you would enter the shop, and your tea would be ready, waiting for you; Levi holding it with anticipation shining in his eyes. His eyes would light up each time you walk through the door.
Barista Hange would tease him knowingly, every time you came in. They were a God damn menace.
One day, Hange would scribble down Levi’s number on a napkin and hand it to you; Levi would be red faced and stuttering.
“I’m going to murder you,” he would mutter to Hange, scowling.
You’d giggle, and he would tilt his head towards the sound, his heart pounding. His breath caught in his throat when he spotted your smile, he watched you laugh in awe.
“Thanks!” You’d chime, clutching the napkin close. You were blushing too, smiling widely, “I’ll call you.”
Levi watched you with wide eyes, lips parted in surprise. Still bright red, the corners of his lips would twitch into a smile, his eyes flickering away, “y-yeah… okay.”
Hange would laugh maniacally; Levi would punch them in the arm as you walked away. But secretly, he was grateful.

SugarDaddy!Reiner | 🗯️🔞
cw: 18+ MDNI! (yall seen the title, dont play dumb)
summary: reiner as your sugar daddy, detailed nsfw routines
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media
— forehead kisses
— butterfly and wet open-mouthed kisses on your neck
— nibbles on your ear
— plays with your hair
✦ asks you how’s your day while you are sat on his lap
✦ always let’s you pick the tie he’s gonna wear before going to work in the morning. it’s basically your job to do his tie and he never fails to get a hard-on every single time you do it.
✦ calls you in the middle of the day just to tell you how much he misses you and the way you feel around his cock while he’s at work.
✦ wraps his arms around you and drowns you with his kisses the moment he gets home.
"Did my little doll miss her daddy?”
loves it when you massage his temples while he grinds you up and down the tent of his bulging boxers to the point that the head of his cock slips out and meets your clothed needy cunt, your soaking panties being the only barrier between you two.
doesn’t cuddle, he prefers you seated on his lap with his cock buried deep inside you while watching your favorite tv shows or him just doing work-at-home paperworks as you try your best not to move around and squirm too much+
"behave unless you don’t plan on cumming tonight.”
★ is a menace in the sheets, but could go soft and slow when you ask him to.
★ his favorite position is you under him, but you both know that he cums faster when you ride him.
★ could go on for hours and hours, but it’s you who needs rest and sometimes passes out from overstimulation and pleasure.
🪞
˗ˏˋmirrors.. did I mention that man loves to watch himself fuck you on his bed in the big ass mirror of his room that he bought just for that reason? he needs to see your face when he’s giving you the best backshots of your life.´ˎ˗
★ missionary so you two can continue arguing about the guy from your class who keeps on lingering around you+
"he doesn’t like me! he just needed some notes and lectures that he missed because of his injuries.”
“oh I bet, doll. and the only injury that little shit’s gonna get is my fist in his punchable face.”
“he’s a twink!!”
“Jaëger’s lil brother is not gay.
tell him gone or I will.”
❥ loves to tease you with how needy you are+
"beg for it, doll.”
“tell me how bad you need it.”
"what was that? you want my cock?—where? c’mon use your mouth, slut.”
🎀
takes off your panties with his teeth before diving into your soaking cunt, his big arms caging around your thighs. handprints that will definitely leave marks you love to send him pictures of when he’s away.
★ loves it when you give him head as if his dick is the only left thing in the world and his cum is water in the desert (his words).
★ fucks you senselessly until you gush over and over, bed is soaked and his goal is to make you squirt; which you did three times.
★ rolls his hip into you faster when he sees your legs shaking from pleasure.
🛌
ends the night with you screaming his name and his cum painting your insides white. he fills you up soo good that seeing it leak out of your hole makes your heart ache+
fucks it back into you slowly until he cums again and doesn’t pull out for awhile, you are both crazy with the feeling of him inside you.
🛁
showers with you and you both clean each other, whispering sweet nothings in your ear as he dries your hair with a towel.
loves to rail you in his bathroom, your back against the wall as he pummels his cock in and out of your cunt. your legs hanging in the air with his arms hooked under them for support.
🌃
sleeps only with his boxers so he can easily slip his cock inside your wet cunt in the middle of the night.
🌤️
loves to wake you up in the morning with his head locked between your thighs as he eats you out for breakfast.
grabs a handful of your ass before rubbing his half-hard dick between them while you’re making breakfast.
🧺
makes out with you while doing laundry.
bends you over and pulls down your underwear only to have his fingers fuck you instead of his cock. his big fingers alone are godly enough, but you’re desperate for his cock+
“you know how it goes—“
“words, doll. need’a hear’em.”
🥘
loves to rub his hard-on behind you while you do the dishes.
🧸
makes you beg for his cock until you cry when you’re being a brat.
secretly loves it when you’re being naughty by not wearing any underwear, your naked figure being the only thing underneath his sky blue lacoste that is three times bigger than you.
📲
makes you ride his cock while you try to explain the previous lecture to Eren on the phone (that guy doesn’t just get the message)
"aah umm yes! I sent it to Armin, ca\~l#*?¥—"
“sorry? I didn’t get that last part. Are you okay?”
“Eren! I need to g-go.. bad cramps! and phone’s uu-hh dying aa—“
**line cuts off**
“ohmygod yes! fuck me daddy!!”

Manager!Levi x Fem!reader; modern au; corporate setting
minors dni! voyeurism; dirty talk; crude sex; pure filth
Tumblr media
“Fucking knew you’d feel this good,” he said, his voice tight and wanton.
You released a high-pitched cry, and it drove him faster, releasing his hold around your neck and pulling his body up, both his hands clasped against your hips, his nails digging crescent moons into your skin. He pulled your body back to meet his thrusts, his eyes pinned on the way he slid in and out of you, his cock wet from your arousal.
“Levi,” you moaned. He buried himself deep. So deep you could feel him in your throat. Your head hung low, and your senses overwhelmed. “Yes, yes, yes Levi.” You were barely able to speak coherent words, your voice high-pitched and so lewd you barely recognized yourself. He gave you no room to breathe, ramming hard and fast. “Oh fuck, fuck.”
“Fucking love those noises,” he spoke through gritted teeth. “I’ll fuck you all night just to hear you scream my name like that.”
You were sure he wasn’t even aware of the words leaving his mouth. You knew he had a sharp tongue, though you didn’t think it would be so filthy – and fuck if it didn’t turn you on. One of his hands grabbed the back of your hair to pull you up straight, and you gasped, your back colliding with his front, his teeth latching onto the back of your shoulder. You met his gaze on your reflection, your breasts bouncing with the harshness of his thrusts.
“You had to smile at me,” he breathed against the shell of your ear. “Thought about that mouth of yours for days.” His teeth nipped at the sensitive spot under your earlobe. “How pretty it would look sucking my cock under my desk.”
— we're all alone, ride it on ao3 (Explicit)

The finale of your favorite tv series was a bittersweet end. As excited as you had been to see how the producers would wrap up the story, it saddened you greatly to ‘say goodbye’ to your favorite character’s actor; Levi Ackerman.
But with the end of the show came a new beginning for you. One that starts at the casting crew’s first ever meet and greet.

══════════════════════
Part 2 | Part 3
══════════════════════
At first, you thought it was merely a joke. Perhaps a fellow fan’s attempt at crafting a reality they desired to live.
Squinting your eyes at the screen in your hand, you read over the post another couple of times before feeling satisfied this wasn’t just some fan’s shit posting. How could it be, with the post having been shared by so many already?
As you checked the account’s page for validity, you nearly let your phone slip through your fingertips.
It was real. This was happening…
Your phone screen shone brightly in the dark living room, illuminating your shocked expression to yourself in the simple mirror hung on the far wall. With shaking hands you scrolled down the page just one more time. How could you sleep soundly tonight without making sure this was absolutely legitimate?
Lo and behold, you confirmed to yourself for the nth time that, this official page was, in fact, the one you had been following religiously for the past several months.
Your favorite show’s director was holding the casting crew’s first ever live meet and greet, held in a city only a couple hours drive away from your quaint apartment.
With your breath stuck snugly in your throat, you swiped off the social media platform and checked your bank statements. The meet and greet was expensive, as you’d have expected, but was this really an opportunity you could just pass up on? A chance to meet the people behind the show that had indirectly changed your life for the better?
I’ll just make the money back with my next paycheck…
You felt light headed as you finally loosed the breath lodged in your throat and returned to the official page with the intent of purchasing your pass. Thought the process took much longer than you had expected it to, you couldn’t find it within yourself to complain about the shitty wifi connection hindering your transaction. Never once in your life had you been this gleeful to spend such money in one sitting on yourself, but everyone deserved to treat themselves every once in awhile, you reasoned to yourself.
And on an experience such as this one? You would have gladly spent double your total. As the payment went through, you sighed to yourself in relief. Your rainy day fund you took money out of your paycheck for every two weeks finally did you some good.
Glancing back at the bright screen, you couldn’t stop the giddy grin that spread across your lips at the poster image located just above your e-receipt featuring the main protagonists of the show, all but one grinning and smile at the camera.
Of course, the odd one out would be your favorite.
Typically, when developing a fictional crush in your past, it remained just that; fictional. You often fell for a character’s complex story, and merely kept your fixation based around the actor’s part in the film. But with Levi Ackerman, your fictional crush blurred the lines between character and actor.
It all started when you decided to watch through all the deleted and extended scenes of the show, finding a laugh in Levi’s crude humor on set towards one of his cast mates, and they way he always managed to stay in character even during the blooper reels. Well, mostly anyways.
Soon after, you took to scouring the internet for every piece of behind the scenes footage you could get your hands on, just to see him.
His interviews, his bloopers, his day-to-day rehearsals on set with the crew, his mostly inactive social media accounts. The list was ever growing.
The lord only knew how many times you’d had to purchase more storage for your phone with the amount of saved footage you’d created folders for.
Now, with the chance to meet the man himself? To speak with him and his cast mates just after the finale aired? Your heart raced in your chest erratically with all the possibilities and imaginative scenarios in which you’d learn more of the man from his own mouth.
Once more you checked your phone for the time.
One week, at noon…This is going to be the longest week of my life…
════════════════════════════════════════
Finally, after many restless nights spent worrying over and obsessing over the meet and greet interview, the fated day had arrived.
Checking your phone one last time in the threshold of your apartment door, you couldn’t help but chuckle at the texts lining rows on your home screen. Throughout every shift that week you’d made it known to every one of your coworkers the event you would be attending that weekend. Your friends weren’t victimless either; listening to you ramble and drone on about your love for this show and its cast.
By now they nearly had the show memorized from your retelling, but that never stopped you from explaining your hyper fixations further.
Slipping into your car, you placed your well worn key into the ignition and grinned as the engine hummed to life. After placing your bag in the passenger seat, you quickly read through the well wishes of luck texted to you by your closest of friends. They may not harbor the same obsession as you, but their support warmed your heart.
Reversing out of your parking spot, you squinted your eyes up at the rising sun. It was better to arrive far earlier than the event time, you reasoned, to avoid the crowds that would soon follow you into the building and find a decent place to park.
And so off you went, turning out of the complex and onto the highway.
════════════════════════════════════════
Finding a decent spot somewhat near the building, you parked. For the hundredth time now, you felt the need to check your phone’s map to reassure yourself you were, in fact, in the right spot. At the right time. Again your calendar reminded you; Today, noon.
Releasing a shaky sigh you hadn’t realized you’d been holding, you released your grip on your phone and tucked it away. After grabbing your bag and turning off your car, you slowly opened the driver’s door and stepped out onto the pavement.
All around you were vehicles pulling into the parking lot. Horns would sound as a driver tried their hardest to find a place to park in a hurry, while in other directions some muffled shouts arose from the still morning air from excited fans having made their arrival.
You checked your outfit over, smoothing out any wrinkles and bunches in the fabric before you felt satisfied enough to make an appearance.
Today was the day, and by god were you as ready as you would ever be.
The moment you stepped foot inside the lobby, you became aware of just how large the crowd had grown around you. Many pushed through the doors, some wearing fancy attire while others adorned merchandise from the show. You smiled to yourself at the sight, wondering briefly if you were perhaps underdressed or not dressed quite enough. Shaking your head, you decided you looked as fine as you could in what you had chosen for the day.
At a desk sat before double doors at the end of the hall, you showed the guards your e-receipt on your phone, to which they merely nodded with a curt smile and allowed you entrance to the room beyond.
Upon entering, you took note that the room was still filling up, forming lines towards a wide table taking up the space of the back wall. You’d seen enough live interviews on the web to know the cast would soon take their places there, so you hurried into line, praying against all odds Levi Ackerman would be set at the chair near the end of the line you occupied.
Half an hour later, you sighed with relief as your silent prayer had been answered. For at the head of the line, behind the pristine tabletop, sat the actor himself.
Shifting anxiously from foot to foot, you felt you could barely contain your excitment and nervousness.
Despite having rehearsed many a time in your mind what you might say to the man you idolized, you worried it would be quite right. So once more, you preformed the act of your simple speech to yourself, pray in you wouldn’t fumble to harshly when you got to talk to him.
It seemed to take an eternity to move only two paces ahead of your spot, but you reminded your impatient self that this would all be well worth your time.
Eventually, when your turn came up to greet the man, you merely froze as the spot ahead of you opened up.
Seeing him up close in person was much more humbling than you’d imagined it to be. No matter how close to the camera you had seen him through before, nothing could have prepared you for how it would feel to be the person only feet away from his presence.
You hesitantly stepped forward, absentmindedly scolding yourself from not bringing a beverage with you to wet your suddenly dry throat. The moment you stepped forward and raised your hand in awkward greeting, Levi met your eye through thick inly bangs.
His eyes lazily drifted up your form, briefly stopping to glance at the way you nervously gripped at your own hands and bag strap, before meeting your eyes. Immediately, his gaze seemed to almost soften, eyelids covering less of his pupils and his brows became less furrowed while he evaluated you. For a moment, his gaze held something akin to interest, as though you were the spectacle of this event rather than himself.
But with a rapid blink of your eyes, the look was gone. Now, it felt as though his eyes were searching your very soul for something to judge. You gulped silently, feeling more nervous now than you had when you first parked your car in the lot.
“H-hi, I’m Y/N,” you greeted softly with a nervous smile. “I uhh…I love your character in the show, as-as well as your acting.”
“I’d introduce myself to you, miss Y/N, but I doubt that’s necessary, given the circumstances,” Levi drawled out, in a tone near bored. But his eyes…his eyes told a different story than the one his tone conveyed.
Shifting on your feet, your emotions fought between nervousness and excitement. Your mind couldn’t quite make itself up on which emotion to convey as you watched the handsome man sat before you, so instead you decided to shake the invasive thoughts clouding your mind and simply speak.
“I uhh, I’m not sure how much time you have per fan, but, well… I love your part in the films. Both your character and your acting. The way you keep in character, even off set, is really impressive.”
Levi glanced around the gathering, mentally counting through the many heads bobbing through the lines towards himself and his cast mates. He hummed to himself, seeming to contemplate what he was about to say.
“I have plenty of time to answer your questions. You all paid enough to be here, the least I could return is ample time for conversation. So thank you, though I get that one often.”
He shifted in his chair, regarding you with an air of curiosity. With a fist on his chin, he glanced you up and down once more.
“Doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate it, though. I believe the reason I fit the role the way that I do, is because this is just how I am in general.”
At his response you couldn’t help but grin and bite at your lower lip with giddy excitement. God, his voice, the nonchalant vibe he carried about himself, the sharp yet soft eyes…even the way he sat in his seat with one leg crossed over the other as he leaned forward over the table towards you. You could have sworn you saw the slightest upturn in the corner of his lips as he regarded your statement.
“Well you’re a perfect fit, in my opinion.” You gushed, daring to take another step closer.
“I love watching you. Well, what I mean is, I uhh- You’re-you’re nice to watch. But I don’t mean…I…”
And just like that, your composure broke entirely. Any concentration you had before fell at your feet in embarrassingly jagged shards.
The sound of a muffled chuckle brought you out of your mental spiral, making your eyes dart back up towards the man. In all your deep web searches of the man for content, you’d seldom heard him chuckle, much less muffle his laughter. The sound caught you by such surprise you barely registered the words he spoke next.
“I’m-i’m sorry…what did you say?” You mumbled, daring to look him in the eyes.
“I said you’re adorable, really. It’s fair to be nervous, but surely I’m not that threatening off set. You’re flustered.” He spoke smoothly, never taking his eyes off yours. Again you drew a blank, this time understanding him but still at a loss for words. The minute smirk perched on his lips was ever present, making you shift uncertainly in your spot.
“I’ve just…Well, I’ve looked forward to this all week. I had everything planned out to say but…You’re so…” You trailed off, slowly coming back out of your shell once more. Or at least, you attempted to, before Levi suddenly pulled out a pen.
“Tell you what, brat. I’ll sign you a paper, and maybe add in a number off to the side. Perhaps you’ll be more coherent over the phone, when you don’t have to gawk at me.”
Stunned into silence once more, you intently watched as Levi drew out his unique signature, and after a pause in which he looked back up towards you with contemplation, add a series of numbers scrawled out just under his name.
“Yeah…yeah sure, I can do that,” You managed to squeak out, shakily taking the paper from him once he offered it up.
With a smile, he glanced once more around the room before standing from his chair and leaning across the table towards you.
“This shitty event ends around 5pm. I suppose you’ll have your phone on hand around then?”
Before you could answer, one of the set’s guards motioned towards the both of you that the next fan was in line and ready, so you merely gave Levi an eager nod while clutching the paper in your hand close to your chest.
As you walked back towards the row of chairs to take a seat for the interview to begin in an hour’s time, you raised a hand towards your own face and felt the skin of your cheeks was quite warm. Glancing back down at the note Levi had written you, you memorized the digits there and immediately put them into your phone as you took a seat.
With shaking hands you returned your phone to your pocket, only to look out across the room and accidentally meed Levi’s eye from the table. Catching your look, he shot you a near smug, subtle smile.

I am salivating at the idea of jock!reiner, who everybody is intimidated by. Not so much because he’s a bully or has a mean streak but his stature. His physique alone is enough to ward off anyone..broad shoulders, six foot four, three hundred and thirty pounds of pure muscle and incredible strength.. but for those who know him, he’s nothing more than a gentle giant. As docile as they come and the sweetest guy you’d ever meet. Some would even describe him as a bit naive or gullible at times. His kindhearted nature, some believed, would be his downfall. Even so, that doesn’t stop the guys he plays football with from watching themselves when they see you come into the room…arm latched onto his as you two navigate through the party his team was hosting that night. A get together for newly recruited first draft picks for the NFL. He was proud to be attending and with the most beautiful woman nonetheless. It was far more laid back, and a pool party nonetheless..so naturally, when you came strutting through the courtyard; white bikini and fishnets covering your decadent skin and curvy frame, a belly button ring glistening from your tummy with your stretch marks on display, curls coiled atop your head, heels strapped around your smooth legs and white toes to match, everyone’s eyes was adverted onto you. As is his. He’s always gushing over his lady and it’s easy to see why. You’re always wearing revealing outfits and dressing provocatively. Titties out, ass always showing and never covering up regardless of the conditions. He never really pays it any mind but it’s not until one day that his friends pose the question: “you don’t have a problem with your girl dressing like that?” And with the widest smirk on his face, your man simply shrugs, and replies just as calmly:
“..not at all.”
mainly because he knows that no matter how many wandering eyes watch you or how many whispers he gets about your appearance…he’s the only one with the honor of getting to strip you out of said ensembles. The only one who gets to grope you from behind with those large hands and circulate his fingers on your clit as he marks your neck with kisses. He’s the one person who can make you come twice in a matter of mere minutes. And he’s certainly the only one with the privilege of getting to glide in between your thighs, bending you over with a hand laced around your throat as your colliding bodies stand before a mirror and his cock thrashing around inside of you..your juices dripping all down his pelvis and shaft as he forces you into an orgasm because the tip of his dick is perfectly stabbing at your sensitive core. “I’m the only one that can make this pussy squirt like this, isn’t that right, baby? The only person who can make you feel this good..” fish hooking those large digits into your mouth as he tugs you back with those plump ass cheeks clapping against him. “Yes daddy, this is your pussy..”
no need to be insecure over what’s rightfully yours <3

Modern!Alpha!Levi Ackerman x Omega!GN!Reader || Tea Shop AU
Word count: 6.3k
So this is the first fic I’ve written in a while, and I cannot remember the last time I actually watched AoT. But my thirst for Levi can never be tamed. I hope this does him some justice. Also, I’m on my iPad. So the formatting may be a little weird.
Companion Art: [1] [2]
☕️📚
The Stem and Spine was the shiney new bookstore/tea shop opening on the corner on Prescott and Main. It seemed like ages since anyone had tried opening a store there. It was such a quaint spot. The historical building had detailed moldings, uneven red bricks, and chipped, dark blue paint. Six large, angled windows gave a panoramic view out to the bustling streets in your little college town.
It was the perfect spot to stop, drink tea, and people watch.
You were looking forward to opening day. You’d spent months crawling through every bookshop, online and in person, as well as every thrift shop trying to find one specific book. No one seemed to know of it’s existence. So you were silently begging the universe to cut you a break and let this new bookshop carry what you were looking for.
You’d only recently discovered their grand opening. An awkward omega gave you a flier. They were handing them out as people were leaving the grocery store. You were really excited, but maybe that was your inner bookworm talking.
Since the shop was right down the road, you decided to walk there on opening morning. You weren’t really expecting any sort of crowd. All of the college kids had gone home for the summer, so the streets had emptied out some. You enjoyed how quiet the summers were. So the long, winding line leading from the door of Stem and Spine was definitely a surprise.
You didn’t need to look for the book that badly. You could come in a month or so when things had died down some. You were going to head back home when you heard the people by you talking:
“I heard the guy running this place is hot as fuck,” said one.
“Did you hear what that girl in our study group said?” asked the other. The first shook their head. “Apparently his scent is like, super strong.”
The friend grinned, running their tongue over their teeth. “I can‘t wait to find out.”
Oh no, you mentally groaned then took a nice deep breath. The scents came one right after the other. A mangled mash up of pheromones. This line was almost entirely betas and omegas. And they were here for that alpha. You were never going to be able to shop there at this rate! As an omega yourself, you just knew they all would come from miles around until this guy was claimed.
You decided it was better to queue up, then maybe you’d actually get a chance to set foot inside. You waited for hours. You were sure those ahead of you would linger as long as possible and try to make an impression. That meant everyone had to stand in line longer.
By the time employees came down the line and told people they were closing for the night, your feet were killing you and your phone battery was nearly dead. All day and you’d only gotten a quarter of the way to the door! You could still see the spot you’d started from. A few people tried to get rowdy, complaining it was unfair that they’d been waiting all day. But their steam fizzled when employees threatened to call the police.
For two weeks, you checked the line for Stem and Spine. Day after day the line seemed to get longer. You saw a lot of returning faces, they must’ve been desperate. You even saw a handful of people getting escorted out by police! You also heard more and more rumors about what everyone was lining up for.
I heard he’s one of those hot, stoic types. I’d love to break him.
I heard that if you’re a beta or omega, just the guy’s scent is enough to make you jizz in your pants.
I heard he doesn’t like needy omegas, good thing I’m not like the others.
I heard he’s starting an entire harem - I’d love to be a part of that!
This is my eighth time going. I swear, I’m on the verge of making him my mate!
The rumors went on and on, getting more and more absurd. You wondered what this guy was really like, if he was really worth all of this. You weren’t interested, you just wanted a book! If anything, this was annoying. You figured it was probably annoying for him too, especially if he just wanted to do his job and not have to worry about anyone throwing themselves at him.
Finally, on a Sunday afternoon, you were able to set foot in Stem and Spine. It was quiet. No three block long line in sight. Sure, it was still busy but these people actually wanted books. They were all glued to the shelves, actually talking about books, and showing each other covers.
Inside was better than you’d imagined it. Everything was cream, gold, crimson, and navy blue. In one half was the tea shop. There were shelves of tea and accessories that lined the walls; loose leaf, prepackaged, diffusers, tea pots, honey sticks, spoon rests. As well as a long barista counter that had a large chalkboard and sizable drink list that was nothing but tea. There were a small handful of metal tables and chairs, and you remembered seeing some outside with umbrellas as well.
The other half of the store was the bookshop. There was row after row of books. Mostly fiction from your first glance. There were also displays for local authors and a shelf of new arrivals. You couldn’t wait to spend the day combing through. The entire vibe was cozy and the scent of jasmine wafting around was relaxing. You did wonder, however, how you were able to get in. Had the alpha been claimed? You didn’t smell anything overwhelming.
“Aaawwww, what do you mean he’s not here?!” You heard a girl whine. You were just starting on the second row of books.
“Mr. Ackerman isn’t here,” said the employee, irritation clear in their voice. “And no, I don’t know if he’ll be back today.”
The girl groaned loudly, but you didn’t hear her complain anymore. You figured she must’ve left. You wondered if she was the one who’d managed multiple visits.
“This has really gotten out of hand,” you heard the employee down the aisle say. They’d been stocking more books. “Great for sales, though.”
“That bad?” you asked. The employee looked at you, she looked tired. Her name tag read Mikasa.
“You have no idea,” she sighed. “I like working here. Levi is my cousin and a great boss, but these fangirls have just been too much. You’d think the fact that he ignores them would be a turn off. But they just keep coming.”
You didn’t realize you’d spent your whole afternoon in Stem and Spine until Mikasa came around to give you a five minute heads up. You were disappointed you didn’t find what you were looking for. But you still managed to find a couple hidden gems you were excited about. Maybe what you wanted was just too obscure.
You brought your books to the counter. As they rang you up, you noticed a clip board with a paper that read What Books Would You Like to See at Stem and Spine? Under that was a long list of handwritten titles and author names. You quickly scribbled down the book you were looking for. At least now there was a chance for it to appear.
Over the next month, you managed two visits to Stem and Spine every week. You and the employees actually started to recognize each other. You also started to see titles you recognized from the list. The mysterious Mr. Ackerman, however, still managed to escape your sight. Every time you went, there was a small posse outside just trying to grab a whiff.
It wasn’t until your first visit of the following month that you finally laid eyes on him. You’d just finished a series and were looking to start a new one. So you wandered over to the new arrivals section. You’d been there about half an hour when a heavy wave of lavender hit you. It filled your head, murking up your thoughts. You figured this had to be him, and the rumors were true - his scent was another beast entirely.
You shook your head to focus your thoughts. You liked this store, so this was something you were going to have to get used to if you wanted to keep shopping there. But you were also extremely concerned - if he was here, then that long line and hoard of omegas and betas would be too. You wanted to leave, but you were stuck between two books with money only for one.
You probably should’ve noticed the scent getting stronger. But you were so focused on reviewing the synopsis on both and thumbing through that you were oblivious. You didn’t wake from your stupor until there was a flutter of movement beside you. You glanced to your left to see a dark haired man in a white collared shirt with the sleeves rolled up. He set down the few boxes he was carrying.
This man, you realized, was where the lavender wall had come from. This was the infamous Levi Ackerman, owner of Stem and Spine. Mikasa had told you a bit about him in previous weeks. You liked talking to her whenever you came in.
“It’s rude to stare,” he said in a surprising tenor. His back was still to you. You cursed under your breath and turned back to the shelf. That was one way to embarrass yourself. You began musing between the books in your hands again.
After a long moment of silence, a voice said, “I’d pick the one in your right hand.”
You looked over to meet a bored pair of silver eyes. “What?”
“I’ve read them both. The book in your right hand was far more interesting.”
“Oh cool,” you said slowly. “Thanks. I would’ve been here for ages.”
You quickly placed the other one back in its place and scuttled away. You were just going to have to take his word for it. You didn’t want to hover anymore than you had. At the front, they packaged up your book and you were swiftly out the door.
Levi had been right, the book was very good and you were excited that there were four more books to follow with a movie planned. The next time you tried to go to Stem and Spine it was packed again. There was a line down the block and you just didn’t have the time to wait. Your shift at work started soon, and all you’d wanted to do was thank him for the recommendation.
You decided to head straight to work instead. Luckily, you didn’t have to wait long to see the bookstore owner again. The wall of lavender hit you before you saw him. You watched everyone around you turn to stare. It didn’t seem to phase him in the least.
Levi came to the counter and briefly talked with your coworker, who couldn’t seem to keep a straight face. When they disappeared to look for someone, Levi waited at the counter. This was probably going to be weird, but you really did want to thank him for helping you find a new series you absolutely loved.
“Hey,” you started, the book in your hand. He glanced at you briefly. “I, uh. You probably don’t remember me, but you recommended this book to me last week. And I, uh, I just wanted to say thank you. It was really good.”
“I told you it was better,” he stated. “I remember the other one you had - the author writes shit. It doesn’t have any good character development and there were a few glaring plot holes.”
“Oh, that’s good to know - I’ll definitely take that off my reading list.” You laughed awkwardly, carefully tucking the book away in your bag. “I was, uh, I was going to stop by the shop earlier. See if you were there - so I could thank you. But that line was just - woo!”
“I’m going to have to do something about that.” You weren’t sure if that was directed at you, but Levi seemed lost in thought.
Your coworker soon came back with someone in tow. They talked for a minute and then Levi and his intoxicating scent were gone. Afterwards, your coworker could not shut up about him. There was no way you were going to tell them about the bookshop.
In the days that followed, the line to get into the shop shrunk. But there was a continuous crowd that flurried around. A few employees you recognized seemed to be doing crowd control.
“I don’t care that you want to see him,” said one. “You don’t actually want a book or tea! It’s clogging up the shop.”
So Levi was doing something about the outrageous line. You were looking forward to being able to shop there again. The employees inside seemed less stressed when you went in and, at least, you weren’t brushing shoulders with anyone.
“Hey, [Name]!” Mikasa called as she spied you. She waved from her spot at the book counter where she was talking with Levi. You waved back at her, accidentally met Levi’s eyes, and then shuffled off into the book aisle to grab the next installment of the series.
You paid for your book, then went over to the tea shop. You didn’t know much about tea, but you figured you might as well start trying the different blends. There was a small display set up that recommended different teas for certain books. Like a nice citrusy Lady Grey to go with Pride and Prejudice.
“I don’t think that tea pairs with your book.”
You knew that voice. You turned to find Levi there with you, hovering, observing as you skimmed through the tea bags. You looked down at the pouch of English Breakfast Tea in your hand.
“You don’t think so?”
“You’ll want a black currant tea.” Levi reached just above your head and pulled down a paper bag with a raven on it. “I’m partial to this one.”
You took the bag, turning it over in your hand. You put the original pouch you grabbed back. Awkwardly, you smiled at him. “Uh, thanks. Guess I’ll go pay for this then.”
You weren’t sure what to make of it, it was probably nothing. But this encounter left you with a strange feeling. There were a few more like that to follow too.
“You’ll want a different tea for that,” he said as you picked up the third book.
“I can’t just make the black currant one?” you asked, baffled.
“Each book has a flavor that it pairs with. This one is more of a mint. If you pick wrong, you'll ruin the whole damn experience.” Levi turned the full power of his eyes on you. You were frozen under them. “Just like each person has their scent. Each scent has something that pairs nicely with it. For example, mine is lavender, yours is more of a sage. The two go well together.”
“Oh,” was all you could manage. That was the first time you felt the little flutter in your chest.
Every time you went to Stem and Spine to purchase a book Levi was there over your shoulder. He’d direct you to whichever tea he felt best went with it. He even started talking about the nuances in the flavors. How the aromatics helped, which shape of tea bag was optimal, ideally how long to steep it for. You became very knowledgeable about tea in the following visits. You were sure you'd be an expert by the time you went to pick up the last book in the series he showed you. But nowhere near as knowledgeable as Levi.
The next time you went, you saw Mikasa at the counter speaking with Levi.
"You can have the days off. Just fill out the request form," Levi said as you walked up to them.
"You're going on vacation soon, Mikasa?" you asked.
She turned her eyes to you. "My mate is going into his rut soon. I always make sure to take those days off to help him with his nest or anything else he needs."
You smiled at her. "That's really thoughtful, Mikasa. I hope, if I find someone, that they're like you."
She raised an eyebrow. "You don't have a mate?"
"No." You shook your head and shrugged.
You could've sworn you caught Mikasa giving Levi a nudge and a sharp look. Levi gave her a brief glare back. Then his eyes turned to you, his gaze relaxed.
"Why?" he asked.
You laughed humorlessly. "No one's ever really stuck around or I broke up with them. One guy tried to get me to sell my book collection. He said that they were just a waste of time and money. So I decided that he was a waste of my time. There's nothing worse than someone who doesn't understand your hobbies."
Levi said nothing but hummed in response.
"Do you have a mate out there in this big wide world, Levi?" you asked.
"No," he spat curtly.
You didn't mean to gape, but you couldn't deny you were shocked. "Really?"
"What?"
"I'm just surprised, ya know? With your strong scent and how handsome you are... I just figured by now someone would have come along. That's all."
Levi looked away from you. "My scent is more trouble than it's worth. All it does is draw shitty little brats."
You chuckled. "I can see that, considering the long line the first month you guys were open. I also noticed the growing wall of banned people. – Well I just came in to grab something really fast before work. My shift starts soon."
The college students were starting back up for the autumn semester. The streets began to fill up with cars of fresh faces, new dreams, and overstuffed suitcases. You had a feeling there'd be a new influx of people at Stem and Spine.
The hunch was correct.
Before you knew it, the store was once again filled wall to wall with people seeking Levi's attention. He seemed increasingly agitated every time you saw him. Then he once again disappeared for a few weeks, causing the crowds to thin.
“I heard the author is writing the final installment,” Mikasa said as she rang you up. “It’s supposed to be out in a few months.”
“Really? I thought this was the last book?” You raised an eyebrow. You weren’t upset, just surprised. The story felt like it could easily be wrapped up in one book. You hoped it wasn’t going to be one of those strangling the plot lines scenarios, where the whole series goes down in flames right at the end.
“Nope, one more.” Mikasa shook her head. “I’m sure Levi will be upset.”
“Does he really like this series?”
“No.”
You met her with a curious gaze. Her eyes gave you nothing in return. You’d never really noticed how similar she and Levi looked until then. Both with silky black hair and unwavering grey eyes.
"I don't smell him around today. I take it he's still in hiding? I guess I'm on my own to find a tea, then," you laughed.
Mikasa handed you your bag, it was brown paper with a dark red book and tea leaf stamped onto it. You had a small collection you kept folded under your sink and used for various things.
"Hey, before you go," Mikasa started. "I'd like to consider us friends."
You nodded and smiled at her. "I'd like to think so."
"So then would you like to hang out when I'm not working? I was thinking about going to see the movie for this, it comes out soon. Would you like to go? I'll buy the tickets."
"That'd be awesome! I can pay you back."
Mikasa laughed, then waved her hand dismissively. "It's no issue, don't worry about it. Give me your number, and we can pick a date."
You exchanged numbers then wandered over to the teashop. You were only a little upset to be tea shopping alone. You were so used to having company. You wondered what type of tea Levi would recommend. You had to admit, you were starting to look forward to your shopping visits more knowing he was there. You were happier to see him than Mikasa most days. You were grateful for your newly formed friendship, so it made you feel a bit guilty. But you couldn’t deny that there was something soothing about listening to Levi’s passion for tea.
You thumbed through the pages of the book. Skimming without trying to spoil anything for yourself. You were just trying to get the feel. What flavor would this book be? Something dark and fruity, like a black currant? Or something a little lighter, more classic like the mint? You settled on an orange bergamot, this would have to work. You paid and then walked over to your job.
About half way through your shift, a familiar tsunami of lavender smacked you in the face. Levi strode casually through the lobby looking bored as ever. He had a bag in his hand. You wondered if he’d been out shopping. You met his gaze, immediately diverting your own back to your paperwork.
“Mikasa said you were in the shop today,” he said, the scent rolling off of him was strange and heavy.
You looked up, getting sucked into those silver pools. “Yeah, I came to get the next book in the series. I figured you were still keeping your distance. - Did you need my help with something? Did you need John again?”
“I wanted to make sure you didn’t pick a shitty tea.”
You scrutinized his face. It held absolutely nothing. He really came all this way to ask what tea you picked? Well, it was just the next street over. But he still had to go out of his way to see you. He didn’t have to do that. Your heart fluttered.
“I skimmed through, but I’m not sure I picked the right one.” You handed over the bag of tea you bought.
Levi rolled his eyes. “Tech, don’t spoil it for yourself, idiot.”
He took the bag, examining it thoroughly. He considered the ingredients for a long moment. You could practically see the cogs turning in his mind. Finally Levi handed it back over to you.
“Interesting choice,” he started. “But it works. I’m impressed.”
“Thanks, I really tried to put your lessons into practice,” you laughed. There was a long stretch of silence. “I suppose you’re probably going back to Stem and Spine, I won’t keep you any longer. But I appreciate you stopping by, I didn’t think you remembered that I worked here.”
Levi stood a moment longer, then placed the bag he’d been carrying on the counter. It was from his store. “I brought this in case you picked wrong. - I’d still like you to have it.”
You stood. “No, I couldn’t -”
“I insist.”
“At least let me lay you for it. Or exchange it for the one I bought!”
Levi was already walking away. “Just take the fucking thing. I picked it out for you.”
Then Levi was gone, but his lavender scent still swam in your head. You took the bag from the counter, peering in to inspect its contents. You were so curious what he picked. You pulled out a white bag of loose leaf tea with a rose stamped on it in pink. The name read The Start of Something Sweet, it was made with strawberries and rose. You couldn’t help but smile a bit to yourself.
Later that night you made yourself a cup using what you remembered of Levi’s impromptu tea lessons. You couldn’t keep the little smile off your face. Not even as you talked with Mikasa about your movie plans. You picked a date two Saturdays away. You were really excited, you could only hope that the movie did any sort of justice.
A few days later, you made another trip to Levi’s store. It was restock day. As usual, you beelined for the new arrivals section. You were disheartened to find your requested book had still not made an appearance. You groaned. Maybe they couldn’t find a distributor either. That’d be just your luck.
“Looking for anything in particular?” Mikasa asked, stopping beside you. “You look disappointed.”
“Yeah,” you sighed. “I’ve been on the hunt for this one book and no one has it. I’ve checked everywhere! I even put it on your recommendations list when you first opened. It’s just getting annoying at this point.”
“Maybe I can track it down for you and get you a rush order?”
You smiled at her gratefully. “You’d do that for me?”
Mikasa shrugged. “It’s no problem. I don’t see why not. What’s Levi going to do? Fire me?”
“Sweet, thank you so much! I’ll text you what I’m looking for.”
“Hey, I’m actually about to go on break. Do you want to go get something to eat with me? You have off today, right?”
You agreed and hovered by the counter while Mikasa grabbed her things from the back. You chatted idly with a few of the other employees. They were complaining about how busy it’s been since school was back in session. You hadn’t been surprised, of course. They did build the town around the university after all.
Once the scent of lavender began wafting in, everyone became tense. You noticed something was off. It was sharper and so sweet it was almost bitter and very dense and heavy. Levi stalked in, looking irritated. He gave a sharp glare to his employees, but didn’t say anything. Instead marching through the door that said employees only on it.
“Something must’ve happened,” said one of the employees you were talking to. “He was in a good mood this morning.”
You wanted to go after him. In fact, your feet even began to pull in his direction on their own. But you stopped yourself, embarrassed. Tea aside - you didn’t know him all that well, after all. The last thing he’d probably wanted was a random omega tailing after him.
You had a thought, a reflection of something he told you - a book and a good cup of tea always made his mood better. He told you in passing, he probably didn’t even remember saying it. You knew you’d seen your favorite book somewhere in the store. With any luck, it was one he hadn’t read. You swept through the shelves, quickly finding it, then went to find a matching tea. You’d already had one in mind. Mikasa emerged just as the cashier was packing it all up for you. You had them wrap it in brown paper.
“Did you find something after all?” she asked.
You felt warm. Did it get hot all the sudden? You looked guiltily at the items in your hands.
“Actually,” you started awkwardly. “These are for Levi.”
“Levi?”
“Yeah, he seemed pretty mad when he came through a few minutes ago. Could you - I don’t know - could you give these to him for me?”
“I think it would be better if you gave them to him yourself, he’s still here.”
Mikasa didn’t give you much of a choice as she steered you towards the door he’d gone through. She forcefully shoved you down a small hallway and into Levi’s office. He was furious when he heard the door open. The sharp scent was even thicker in here, nearly suffocating. But you couldn’t help your overwhelming urge to calm him.
“[Name],” Levi grumbled, pinching the bridge of his nose. His eyes were shut tight. “I know you can fucking read, the sign says employees only.”
“They have something for you, don’t be an asshole,” snapped Mikasa.
You thought you heard Levi mutter brat under his breath. He looked up at you, eyeing the items in your hands curiously. You smiled a bit. Avoiding his gaze, you admired how neat his desk was. You were sure, if you had a ruler, that everything would be evenly spaced apart.
“You seemed upset when you came in,” you said, swallowing thickly. “I remembered what you said and thought maybe a book and some tea would help? This one’s my favorite and I picked something that I thought went with it. - I promise I paid for it.”
You placed the items on his desk and slowly backed away. You tried to slip away now that your peace offering had been given. Mikasa, however, wouldn’t let you leave. Levi picked up the book, turning it over his hands. He studied the cover and read the synopsis. Finally, after a long minute, he hummed and turned back to you.
“I haven’t read this one,” Levi said. You stifled a sigh of relief. “You make interesting choices in tea, thank you.”
“You’re welcome,” you said quickly and Mikasa finally let you out the door.
Mikasa didn’t bring up the incident over lunch. You, on the other hand, couldn’t stop thinking about it. Why did you do that? It was incredibly impulsive, but also inappropriate. That was basically the equivalent of screaming out how much he made your heart race and your palms sweat.
You tried not to dwell on it. But over the course of the week, you found yourself reflecting. You had hoped, more than you realized, that he would like what you brought him. You wanted his approval, not just his thanks. But you hadn’t been able to find the time to stop by the store and see if he’d read it. You’d been too busy with work, along with some plans with friends.
The next time you saw Levi was at your work again. He came bearing another bag. You were worried your coworkers would start getting the wrong idea. An alpha giving an omega gifts - how must that have looked to them? Then again, it was awfully presumptuous to think that the bag was for you.
But you were certain that Levi would never court you. Did you want him to, even? You hadn’t put much thought into the idea. But you didn’t hate the thought of getting to know him better. All you knew was what little he’d revealed in your chats while you picked out books and tea. Along with a little of what Mikasa had told you.
“We have to stop meeting like this,” you joked as Levi stepped up to the counter.
There was a certain air about him today. Maybe it was the way he’d slicked his hair back neatly. Or how starched the collar on his shirt was where it came out of his camel colored vest. He even seemed a touch more rested than usual.
Levi placed a bag on the counter. “This is for you.”
You couldn’t stop the sound of delight that came out of your mouth as you took the book out of the bag. It was finally, finally in your hands. After countless hours of fruitless searching, the damn book was finally in your hand.
“Holy shit,” you cried. “You found it! How much do I owe you?”
“It’s on the house this time.” Levi reached in and pulled a small brown pouch out of the bag. He smirked, which sent a chill down your spine. “Cinnamon, something spicy to go with that dirty fucking shit you’re reading.”
You froze mid celebration, oh shit. It was indeed a book with a good chunk of smut in it. Your friend had let you borrow her copy, that’s the only reason you knew about the book in the first place.
“You read it?” your voice came out hoarse.
Levi clicked his tongue. “The important parts, to figure out which blend would go along with it. It’s no wonder you couldn’t find it, no self respecting bookshop carries porn.”
“It’s not porn!”
You were not expecting him to read it. But of course he would only read the spicy scenes. No context to the story or anything else. You were devastated.
“Mhm.” It did not sound like he believed you. With that, Levi turned and began to walk away. He called over his shoulder to have a good day, followed by the pet name they used in the book.
You felt warm all over, tingles chasing from head to toe. You stared after him until he was gone. Then you sat flustered in your seat with your cheek against the cool desk. You could feel a scream burning in the back of your throat. You were so glad there was a half wall so no one could see you.
When you finally got up the nerve to crack open the book you found an envelope. Your name was written in beautiful cursive on the back. Cautiously, you cut it open. Inside was money and a little note in the same scrawl.
I won’t hold this against you. I know your entire taste in literature isn’t trash. Here’s money back for the stuff you gave me. I can see why it’s your favorite.
L. Ackerman
PS. Don’t even fucking think about trying to give the money back.
It was a short note, but it was enough to bring that flutter back. You couldn’t help reading it over and over again.
Before you knew it, movie day was finally upon you. You dressed casually and were so excited that you got to the theater an hour before it started. There was no Mikasa in sight, so you sat on a bench and read. You didn’t start to worry until there was only fifteen minutes before the movie began and she was still nowhere to be seen. Not even a text.
You: Hey, just checking if you’re close by.
Mikasa: Sorry, I’m not going to be able to make it. Enjoy the movie, you’ll have to tell me what I missed.
You groaned. You did not want to see this movie on your own. Though, you supposed it wasn’t so bad. Lots of people went by themselves. You’d just been looking forward to some bonding time with your new friend.
“So this is what that little brat was up to,” said a voice behind you. You turned to find no other than Levi. His scent was just beginning to wrap you up in a field of flowers. He had two travel cups with him, and looked as attractive as ever. No white collared shirt today. That was replaced by casual clothes and tight fitting jeans.
“Mikasa?” you asked, forcing yourself to look away.
He rolled his eyes. “I should’ve known, she didn’t even read the damn thing.”
You stood in silence for a moment. You had to wonder if this was as weird for him as it was for you. You had to admit, you did not see this coming. You could only wonder if he was disappointed to see you there.
You cleared your throat. “Look, you don’t have to watch it with me. We can sit in separate rows -“
“Don’t be stupid. Here.” Levi held out a cup to you. “You didn’t get to read the first book with anything. - Let’s go see if they fucked our shit up.”
Levi grabbed your wrist, tugging towards the direction of your theater. Your skin tingled where he touched you. You weren’t surprised by the amount of stares, but each set of eyes you passed was still unnerving. You were glad to be in your seats where it’d be harder for them.
“I heard they’re already filming the next one,” Levi stated after a few moments. He wasn’t looking at you. He concentrated almost too hard on the screen, you thought he was going to bore holes into it. “We should go see it together when it comes out. Maybe grab dinner beforehand.”
“Like…a date?” you asked. It slipped out before you could stop yourself.
“What the hell else?”
You paused for a moment, twisting to look at him. You couldn’t figure out if he was serious or not. His cheeks gained a flush of pink. You smiled at him, then settled back into your seat.
“Yeah, I think I’d like that.”
Levi nodded, but didn’t say anything else as the lights went down. Somewhere through the night, in the tension of the dark theater, your hand ended up enveloped in his.
In the morning Stem and Spine was your first stop. You were there as soon as they opened. Mikasa was doing the opening drawer. You watched as Levi went up and slammed his hand down on the counter. She didn’t so much as flinch.
“Oi,” he said. Mikasa looked up at him. “What the hell was that stunt you pulled yesterday?”
You walked up behind him. “Yeah, you did miss one hell of a movie.”
“I don’t know why you’re both so annoyed, it seems my plan worked,” she said bored, not even bothering to look up from the cash she was counting.
“How did you know we wouldn’t just walk out of the theater and not watch the movie together?” you asked.
“You both like that series too much. Besides, Levi may know a lot about tea, but he’s also stupid. He never does anything for himself. So while he may not have realized what he was feeling, we all could see it. He just needed a little push. And so did you, [Name]. I knew you liked Levi.”
“I never actually told you that, though. I never told anyone.”
“You didn’t have to. You could smell it in the air when you were around each other. Like a call and response. You two were perfect and you couldn’t even see it. I knew from the first day you walked into the shop.”
Levi took your hand. “Don’t look so fucking smug.”
Mikasa laughed as Levi took you to his office. As soon as you stepped in Levi shut the door behind you. He gave you a swift kiss on the cheek as he went to his desk.
“She’s right you know,” he started, intentionally avoiding looking at you. “We are the perfect blend.”
You couldn’t help but wholeheartedly agree.

Levi is the kind of man who will do all of the hard chores, even though you're very much capable of doing so. Shoveling snow is one of those. To be honest, you didn't mind because shoveling snow was the worst part of winter next to having to drive in it. But it means time away from your newly wedded husband, and for that you were sad about it.
On this particular day, Levi awoke to a few feet of new accumulation staring right back at him from the window. The weather forecast predicted no such thing so he grumbles something under his breath, unfortunately waking you up for the day. He feels you stirring and rolls over to see your face half covered from the plush pillow, a sleepy eye peeking over the navy blue cloth.
“Sorry, Love. I didn't mean to wake you.” Levi says softly as he inches closer to you and wraps his arms around your waist just to pull you into him. His bare chest is warm from being under the sheets all night. The gentle beating of his heart threatens to lull you to sleep again, but you remember the grumbling that woke you up in the first place.
“What's wrong?” You ask, muffled from being pressed up against his chest.
“It snowed a lot last night, so I need to shovel. Again.” You can already feel the scowl that pulls on Levi's soft lips.
“No. We're staying inside all day. You said.” You whine back, snaking your own arms around him to keep him close. You wouldn't let him go, not ever.
“That was before I knew the forecaster was a liar.” Levi grumbles yet again.
“The weather is unpredictable, you know that.”
“Tch. If I don't take care of it, then it will just melt and make it worse. Do you want to fall on your ass like last year?”
“That's not fair, I was distracted!”
“A cat running down the sidewalk is not a valid excuse when you could have been paying attention to where you were going.” Levi chuckles and rests his chin on the top of your head before kissing it softly.
“Mean. And to be fair, he had a bow in his mouth and he was really cute.” You whisper, a smile still appearing despite the silly comments.
You both lie there a little longer, the only noises in the bedroom coming from the soft exhales you both made as well as the little wall clock on the opposite side of the room. You're almost about to fall back asleep until you're jostled awake by Levi pulling away from you. You do your best to grab him and bring him back but he's too strong for you. Before you know it, you're staring at Levi's muscular back.
“I won't be long.” He says as he stands up and stretches his arms above his head. His back and arms flex from the movement and you can't help but stare. Oh how you wish you could trail kisses down them right now. But you didn't have time for that.
“I'm coming with you.” You state matter-of-factly as you rip off your sheets in a dramatic show of display. You wish you hadn't as the winter morning air bites at your bare skin, but you had to make a point. Pushing yourself out of bed, you turn and stare at Levi with a look of determination.
“You hate shoveling.” Levi states back. He makes his way over to the closet to grab some winter clothing.
“I do. But you promised me hot tea and movies today and I'll be damned if this stops us. It will make it go faster.” You shrug as you follow Levi's steps.
Eventually, you and your husband are both fitted for the snow. He helps lace up your snow boots and you do the same for him. You look like you're ready for some miscellaneous winter sport, but unfortunately you were heading out for something far worse.
Shoveling sucks. Ten minutes in, you can already feel your arms burning and your back aching from bending at such an odd angle. Levi told you to only worry about the walkway connecting the front porch to the driveway. It's a small section compared to his and yet you're still struggling. You're doing your best to slow your breathing and take your time but you still feel sweat starting to accumulate. This chore is enough to make athletes question their fitness, you think.
About an hour passes until you're both done. You collapse into the snow, reveling in the cool that permeates the cloth beneath you. The sky is a brilliant blue with a few low clouds in the sky, no doubt the traces left behind last night's snow.
“I thought you said you wanted hot chocolate and movies.” Levi says as he steps over to you. His shadow covers your face and all you see now is his pretty features with a sun halo around his head.
“I do! I'm just waiting to see if death is going to take me now or later.”
Levi holds his hand out to you and you take it. He pulls you up like you're air and steadies your body to keep you from falling head first the other way. His nose and cheeks are rosy pink from the cold and you reach up to touch his face with your palm. He really is pretty.
“Something on my face?” His gray eyes almost look blue from the reflection of the afternoon sky and bright white snow.
“Yeah, your face. I like it.”
“You're so weird.”
“Yeah, but you like it.”
“Do I?”
“Well you better. You’re stuck with this forever.” You laugh at his stoic expression with one raised eyebrow.
“Just go inside already. Take a warm shower while I get some tea started.” He shakes his head at you as you start to walk away. He calls your name at the same time you feel his gloved hand wrap around your arm.
In just a few seconds, he pulls you into him and is tilting your chin with his other hand towards his face. His lips meet yours gently, the warmth of it all spreading into your face and down to your toes. Then it's over as it started. His face pulls away as he looks into your eyes earnestly.
“Now go. I'm sure you have a ton of movies in mind.”
Levi’s special tea is done brewing around the same time you step out of the bedroom in a fresh pair of pajamas with fuzzy socks to boot. He had the living room ready for a night in. Fairy lights and candles decorate the mantle of the fireplace that sits ablaze. The warmth of it is immediate as you make your way to the couch already adorned with your favorite blankets.
“You know me so well.” You smile over at Levi who is just now setting a tray full of snacks and tea.
“Being together as long as we have will do that to you.” He says back nonchalantly, though you spot that little smile of his tugging at the corners of his mouth.
The movie you picked out was really good. The tea Levi made was even better. As you snuggle up into Levi's side, you take a few deep breaths of his musky scent. It's not long before you're drifting off to sleep again with dreams of snow-filled adventures and your perfect husband.

There was this utterly riddiculous thing that teachers did. To seat the trouble making kids next to the calm ones. Up to this, your last year at trost high school, you had naively believed that this habit had ended in, like, middle school, and you had been really relieved back then to sit next to your friends in class for once. But your math teacher Mr. Ackerman had had other plans for you: in the beginning of the year, he had made you sit next to notorious class clown Eren Jaeger in math class, and now you had to deal with that- or, more correctly, with Eren.
And Eren- was a nightmare. He was always late and always loud. It amazed you how he was still able to pull through with fairly good grades, since he appereantly thought that building towers out of his pens, exchanging notes with his friends, playing table tennis against his books and covering the table with pencil drawings was more suited for him than following the teacher or the class. But what entertained Eren Jaeger the most, was to annoy you. And he couldn't get enough of it.
For example, he always tried to distract you from working. During class, he always leaned close to your ear and whispered an endless waterfall of words. You desperately tried to tune it out, something that was clearly amusing to Eren, but it was impossible. Also, he was always asking you questions. Not about the subject of the class, of course, but about you. It was extremely irritating when your more than six foot tall table neighbor was asking about your favorite icecream, season, baseball team, movies and shows, color, band and just about anything that came to his mind, out of pure devilish delight to see your face scrunch up, trying to solve a math problem with his annoying voice rambling next to you.
And when Mr. Ackerman called him out on it, he began asking you questions about the class, which was somehow even worse. You didn't have a reason not to answer them, and after all, maybe he really wanted to know, but he was asking them without a pause, amd they were always about stuff you'd done months ago.
When he was particularly bored, Eren began to play with your hair that you kept in a messy bun most of the time, though you liked to have some loose strands that he snatched, twirled around his fingers and sometimes tugged at when he wanted your attention. Sometimes he even took several at a time and braided them into mini braids some of your friends had already unknowingly complimented after class.
All of his incredibly annoying and absolutely not endearing antics had earned Eren a special place on your heart- on your black list. Someone simply bringing up his name made you internally roll your eyes. And maybe you were childish, but he was more childish! Unfortunately, not everyone shared your opinion on Eren. In fact, he was quite popular, celebrated by many of your class mates for being so 'cool' and 'hot'. They encouraged his demeanor and you were sure that they contributed a lot to his massive ego.
You could see why people, especially girls, liked him, you weren't blind. Eren was incredibly handsome, as not to say really hot with his shoulder length dark hair that seemed right out of a shampoo commercial. He kept it in a loose man bun most of the time and, with all your critique you had for him, you had to admit that the guy knew what was good for himself- at least look-wise. His height and muscular built only added to the image of a greek god, and Eren sure had style with his rings and earrings that complimented his skin tone, and undoubtedly the most green eyes in the whole wide world.
Aside from that, Eren also had his fair share of charisma, and the much hated goofy grins and flirtatious smirks did something to anyone he encountered.
Yes, Eren was hot, but no pretty face or well placed smile could make up for the annoying little monster lurking beneath the surface. It seemed to be his sole purpose in math class to- well, you didn't really know. Was it to annoy you because he despised you? Or was it only to distract himself because you were just another person he could use for his entertainment? No clue. But you hated to think too much about him.
07:53 am. You mentally cursed yourself and lifted your head from your watch, otherwise you would've collided with the wall. Damn it! You were more than twenty minutes late! Out of breath, you sprinted down the corridor as you mentally panicked. You were never late. In fact, you hadn't been late since middle school when you had a rather formative experience with Mr. Shadis because of it, and now your blood ran cold at the memory. This was bad. A worst case scenario. Shit! The class had started twenty-five minutes ago and you almost stumbled over your own feet, trying to increase your pace.
With a little too much momentum, you ran around the corner and straight into an obstacle. You bounced off of it painfully and landed butt first on the ground. Even worse, you lost hold of your bagpack, and now books and pens were sprawled out on the floor. When you saw the shoes in front of you, you suddenly realized that you had run into a person. Jeez, how much bad luck could one have on just one morning?
"I'm so sorry," you apologised profusely and crawled around on the floor to collect your stuff, but your fingers trembled with stress. Oh god, now you would be even later to class! This couldn't be! And Mr. Ackerman surely wouldn't take it lightly, he was known to be strict, and what if this meant a repetition? What if he'd do what Mr. Shadis had done years ago? Shit, shit shit!
"Y/n?"
Your head shot up as you were met with the sight of those gorgerous annoying green eyes and raised eyebrows. It was Eren. Eren fucking Jaeger was the one you had run into, him of all people. You probably shouldn't be surprised, Eren was notorious at being late- other than you. Normally, you would've given him the cold shoulder or snapped at him for some dumb reason, but you were far too stressed to feel anything put panic and worry right now. Not sparing him another glance, you hurriedly proceeded to pack your things.
Eren was confused. On the one hand, you were late. You were never late, always already there when he arrived, so he didn't quite believe his eyes. But there was no doubt to it, there you were, crawling around on the floor and looking for books and pens as if your life depended on it, as if the devil was after you. And the most curious thing of all was: you weren't angry, you hadn't scolded him for standing in the way. You hadn't even acknowlegde his presence properly, or so it seemed. He didn't like it. And what were you so distressed about anyway? Your fucking fingers were trembling! Not only your fingers, but your bottom lip, too. Were you about to cry? Why, for fucks sake? Were you hurt?
This was one of the rare time you didn't act annoyed or resentful towards him, even though that was probably his fault. But why were you in such a state? Worried, he watched you grip tightly onto your backpack, your pretty little face filled with fear. "What's wrong, pretty girl?" he asked, sounding as casual and teasing as possible, even though the question was genuine.
Instantly, he knew something was very wrong, you didn't even react to the much hated nick name, and you didn't huff in annoyance or tell him to mind his own business, but actually answered his question. "I'm late!" you shrieked out of breath and you sounded as if you were announcing the end of the world. You were completely broken. So devastated, in fact, that you seemed to just forget the grudge you held against him.
"Ah," Eren said confused and continued to watch you as you were on the verge of tears. "So, you're just late"
"I've never been late!" you answered, causing Eren's eyes to widen and a chuckle to leave his lips. God, you were cute. What now, tease you or comfort you? Both choices were tempting. You were just so helpless right now. His year long crush on you told him to calm you down and help you, but the meaner part of him wanted to see you squirm a bit, just a little.
"Never? Like, never ever?" he asked, still teasing but you almost heard some genuine interest. You nodded and he laughed. "I knew you were a good girl but I didn't know you took it this far, jeez"
"Yeah, whatever," you sniffed, in fact at the verge of tears. But then, Eren did something you hadn't expected of him at all. Actually, you thought that he would just stand there, watch and enjoy your misery, all while making fun of you, but Eren actually crouched down in front of you, took your books out of your trembling hands and stuffed them into your backpack. Then, he helped you collect your pens. His hands were steady and calm and actually reliable, and even though he had teased you before, he seemed to genuinely intend to help you.
"What are you doing?" you asked, which was a really dumb question, but you weren't thinking very clearly right now.
"Being your knight in shining armor, pretty girl," Eren smirked, closed the zipper of your bagpack, threw it over his shoulder and pecked your cheek as he pulled you up. With his sleeve, he gently wiped away any signs of the tears you'd almost spilled, took your hand and then pulled you with him. When he suddenly began to run, you, still a bit dumbfounded from the kiss, stumbled a bit before adapting to his pace and let him pull you with him as he sprinted through the corridors. With an almost boyish smile, Eren turned his head at full speed to look at you. "It's time to make some memories!"
God, he really was fast! No wonder he was the star of the football team. With your shorter legs, it was quite difficult to keep up with him, but Eren happily dragged you along, still carrying your bag which didn't seem to bother him at all. Loose strands of his bun flew around his head and his eyes held a weird sort of determination. Still too shaken to complain, you watched him, because when you watched him, you didn't have to think about what might happen as soon as you set foot into the classroom.
All the snarky remarks and you couldn't help to be so thankful. If it hadn't been for him, you'd probably be crying in some corridor now. As you knew yourself, you would've probably just decided not to face the emberassement and quit on school altogether today, which would've been very bad since the next math exam was only a week away. If you looked at it that way, Eren really had been your knight in shining armor- not the one you would've hoped for, but he had seemed surprisingly genuine in his attempts to help you. Actually, he had been very kind. But why all of the sudden?
In no time, you reached the door to the class room and the anxiety kicked in again. Involuntarily, you clutched Eren's hand harder as you stared at the door in fear. What would Mr. Ackerman say? Would he reprimand you, expose you in front of your whole class? Eren looked down at you. Panic was written all over your features as you tightened your grip on his hand. But Eren left you no time to think about all the possible bad outcomes of this situation, he winked at you as if you were old friends and then knocked. The door opened.
When the two of you stepped in, you were met with Mr Ackermans sinister gaze. Clearly, he wasn't happy that you disturbed the class and you felt yourself shrink next to Eren under the glare he sent your way. "Morning," Eren said unbothered, not even explaining himself at this point.
Mr Ackerman glared at him angrily. "Is there a single cell in your body that gives a shit about anything at all, Jaeger? Or are you just a petty, attention hungry little child?"
Next to Eren, you panicked even further as you watched and listened Mr Ackerman scold him. Though Eren didn't seem particularly bothered. Contrary, he seemed to be pretty relaxed about the whole situation, in a strangely good mood actually. He was more of a grumpy guy mostly, but right now, he looked as if he was having fun. Not you though. The more you heard of Mr Ackerman's lecture, the more you wanted to turn around run out of the class room. Or jump out of the window. What would he say to you? How would he punish you? At this point, you'd be relieved if he'd just give you detention, as Eren was getting right now for not being on time for the whole month, and not say anything else. You'd take everything but public humiliation.
You felt sweat on your temple as the class looked at you- specifically your hand in Eren's, who let go of it quickly but waited for you, not yet taking his seat, even though the teacher had told him to. Maybe he could sense that you'd crack under pressure If he left you alone here.
"I'm sorry, sir," you heard yourself say and saw your middle schooler self before your eyes, saying the same thing. "My alarm didn't ring"
"Tch," said your teacher and you panicked internally, trying to appear composed. "It's fine, go to your seat"
A big, big, weight was lifted up from your chest at those words and you almost felt like laughing. Had he just let you off the hook? Really? Relief, sweet, sweet relief flooded through you and you felt like flying. All this worry... He hadn't said a single mean thing to you! You couldn't believe it! You were so happy, in fact, that you showed no reaction at all when Eren patted your back and you followed him to your seat where you quickly sat down to escape the stares of the bored students. Only then you remembered that Eren still had your bagpack, and you were already prepared for him making it a game for you to try and get it, but when you turned around, he simply handed it to you with the proud smile of someone who'd just won a competition.
That was, in fact, how Eren felt right now as you took your bagpack and even gave him a little smile. And there was his prize. A smile. You'd never smiled at him! But he loved it. It was like standing in the spotlight on a stage, and it made butterflies dance around in his stomach. Eren smiled back instantly, still enjoying the high he got from your smile, placed his head on the table to look up a you as loose strands of hair fell into his face and remarked jokingly: "What, you aren't angry at me? Guess you really were serious back there, huh?"
Something was different. The way he looked at you. First, you couldn't quite understand what it was, but then it struck you. Eren was smiling. Not smirking, not sarcastic, not scowling, he was smiling. A real, genuine smile that made his green eyes shine, that made your stomach twist and turn and heart skip a beat.
You noticed you were staring at him when he winked at you and you spun your head around so fast that your hair flew around your head and into your eyes. Emberrassed, you looked away from him as your cheeks grew hot. What had just happened? God, you bet you'd never hear the end of this!
Eren watched you curiously, your reddened cheeks that he could only make out when he leaned over the table. As he remembered the look in your eyes when he'd winked at you, he had to chuckle quietly.
"Watch out, I might still snap," you warned him without properly looking at him yet, trying to overplay your emberassement. It was the first time you'd joked around him and he wanted to cradle you up in his arms and tell you how great you were as he watched you from the table with a lovesick smile. In truth, Eren had had a crush on you for months, hence the reason he enjoyed bothering you so much, because he was, in fact, attention starved. He wanted your attention and your praise for carrying your books - he'd tried before, but you'd snapped at him - but he didn't know how to tell you, how to let you know he was serious, how to push his teasing troublemaker persona aside, so he just kinda did crap, just to get a little huff, a little scrunch of the eyebrow, a little side glance out of you. He wanted to prove to you that you couldn't just ignore him.
In his eyes, you were magnificent. Your intelligence, the fact that you were able to read people, that you weren't shallow at all and not afraid to show it, your kindness to others and the fact that you always hold your head high. He loved every single one of your mannerisms and it also helped that, to him, you were the prettiest girl at trost high school.
You sighed, knowing nothing of his train of thought that was all about you. "Thank you for carrying my books, and your help, I-" you stopped yourself, cleared your throat and got out your stuff for the lesson. Curious, Eren eyed you from the side, but he didn't ask further questions.
Something was different today. Eren was. You would've thought that he'd return to his old ways as soon as Mr Ackerman began to speak again, to annoy you, keep you from listening or doing the tasks the teacher gave you. But, surprisingly enough, he didn't. He was quiet. The whole time. Maybe he was dead. You glanced to the side, but there he was, alive and breathing. Still not paying attention to the class, but also not annoying you. What was going on? Was he sick? Was he okay? What was wrong with him? Why didn't he act like usual? Like he always did, every time you two had math together. But no.
When he realized you were looking at him, he glanced at you shortly and sent you a quick little smile before he focused back on fiddling with his jeans. Confused, you shook your head and turned your attention back to the teacher.
Halfway through the lesson, Eren took your left arm, and soon after, you felt the brush of a pen. He was drawing or writing on it. But he didn't say a thing, just quietly drawing on your left forearm. Out of fear he'd begin to talk again if you asked him about it, you stayed silent. It wasn't so bad. The pen tickled you lightly. Eren's warm hands sent tingles through your whole body and goosebumps appeared all over that arm. He had to have noticed it, but he didn't say anything. In your reflection in the glass of the window, you could see that he was bend over your arm, tongue sticking out of his lips in concentration. You tried not to get too caught up in the sight.
"Now ... tell me," Ymir grinned and shoved an elbow into your side rather roughly. "What were you doing with Eren Jaeger, holding hands and missing out on class?" The two of you were walking down the hallway to get to the cafeteria after English class. The last time you'd seen Eren today was back in math class.
At the implication, your cheeks burned and you hit her back. "Oh shut up! It's not- it's wasn't like that"
"What's not like what?"
Both you and Ymir spun around to be met with the sight of Eren right behind you. You would've almost stumbled due to the shock and your clumsy turn, for the second time that day, if Ymir hadn't catched you. The tall girl glared at Eren who seemed a little nervous under her hostile stare. It was only then that you noticed the change in his expression. His dorky smirk had been replaced by a nervous grin- not much of a difference, one would say, but as someone who knew these smirks better than most, it catched your eye. Eren seemed more genuine as his eyes found your's helplessly.
"What do you want, Jaeger?" Ymir growled, making no effort to hide her hostility. You almost pitied Eren. Almost. The amusement overpowered it. Undoubtedly, you liked seeing Eren squirm a little.
"Uhm," Eren said, "Historia wants to see you. At the basketball field"
Ymir and you shared skeptical glances. True, Historia and Eren were loose friends, but why would she sent him and not just a message? "Are you sure Historia knows that she wants to see her?" you asked with a raised brow and a little grin on your lips.
You could see in Eren's face that you'd caught him, nontheless he feigned innocence and showed Ymir away from you gently and draping a hand around your waist. Ahh. Then, he even had the audacity to pat Ymir's shoulder. "Doesn't matter, she told me, you need to go now, love is great, get your girl"
Both Ymir and you were staring at him aghast. You were so perplexed about his weird behaviour that you didn't even think about getting out of his rather tight grasp, but you couldn't ignore the feeling of his waist rubbing yours and the warmth radiating from his body. Actually, his hoodie was pretty soft and cozy. No wonder he wore it so often, you just hoped he cleaned it regularly. Though he probably did since he smelled pretty good- well, normal. Very normal. God, what were you thinking about again?
"Also," Eren added when Ymir didn't walk away, "Reiner and his team are on the way to the field. If I were you, I'd go and mark my terretory, you know how he is."
Ymir scoffed at him, but she did turn around with one last look at you and left with a frown plastered all over her features. When she was out of earshot, you snorted amused. "'Mark my terretory?' You dog."
Jokingly, Eren bowed a little and lead you down the hallway. It was only then that you realized he still had his arm around your waist, so you tried to wiggle out of his grasp but to no avail, he was just too strong.
"Eren," you said annoyed.
"Hm?"
"Let me go, please"
Sighing, as if it caused him a lot of pain, he let go of you but didn't create any distance. Since you couldn't really think of a reason to push him away, you continued to walk by his side. At first, the silence was quite nice and you wondered if he'd gotten so little sleep last night that he just didn't have the energy to talk, but, after a few minutes, you felt the urge to start a conversation. Shyly, you glanced his way, unsure how to start one. Eren was looking straight ahead and you quickly did the same before you would begin to stare again. It was quite easy to get caught up in the sight.
"Historia didn't ask for Ymir," you said, more as a statement than a question, but, nontheless, he answered.
"No"
Biting down on your bottom lip, you studied his features. He seemed relaxed, cool, as always, but his left hand was fidgeting with his hoodie. This was one of the little things he did when he was nervous, and suddenly you wondered why you even knew that. Sure, you'd seen it somewhere, but why had you remembered it? Why had your mind decided that this was important information? And why on earth was Eren nervous? Since you didn't have an answer to these questions, you asked another one.
"Why did you lie to Ymir? Why do you want me alone?"
"Because I didn't take you as someone who'd like a threesome," Eren joked. You hit him with your bag and he raised his hands in surrender and defense. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry y/n! I was only joking. It was a - ow! - very, very dumb joke, I'm sorry!" Maybe his apology would've sounded a little more genuine if he hadn't been laughing, and even though you wanted to push him into the school pond, a little smile tugged at your lips, too.
Mercifully, you lowered your bag and glared at him, but when he smiled at you, it was hard not to smile back. Huffing, you surpressed it, but you couldn't do anything against the fact that your expression softened a little. What was wrong with you? What was wrong with him? Why were you both like this?
Eren's shoulder bumped into your's as you continued walking, causing you to look at him. He had his hand stretched out to you and, for a confused moment, you wondered if he wanted you to take it before he asked: "As an apology... do you want me to carry your bagpack for you?"
"Nah," you said and rolled your eyes at his disappointed expression.
"Come on, please," he begged and tugged at the strap over your shoulder and at the heartwrenching look in his eyes, you almost gave in.
"Why?" you asked as you narrowed your eyes at him. "Do you want to drown it in the school pond? Do you want to hide it somewhere? Do you want to set it on fire?"
"What're you thinking of me?" Eren exclaimed- he seemed surprisingly genuine. "I just wanna carry it for you"
Well, you may just test him now. For safety reasons, you took your phone, keys, wallet and earphones out of your bagpack and handed it to Eren skeptically. Delighted, Eren threw it over his shoulder and grinned at you. Other than you, he was very aware of the eyes following you two, the students sharing glances when the unlikely pair walked by, and this display - you letting him carry your bagpack, none of the other boys, only him - satisfied him greatly. This was his way of marking his terretory.
When he looked back at you, you looked more serious, in thought. Then, you stopped walking in the middle of the hallway but didn't look at him. He noticed you were chewing on your bottom lip- you didn't know the words to say what you wanted to say. Finally, it broke out of you. "You must think I'm so riddiculous now"
Eren, who was sure that you didn't want the whole hallway to heat this kind of conversation and you surely had everyone's attention, urged you to continue walking gently. "Only a bit riddiculous," he said with a soft little smile and led you outside where you had more privacy. Since you were standing right next to him, he noticed the deep breath you were taking and suddenly remembered the look in your eyes when he'd found you before math class. At the memory, he felt the frustration wash over him for not knowing why you had gotten so panicked and how to make it go away.
When he was just about to ask you about it, you broke the silence, still not looking at him but a little smile tugging at the corner of your lips. "You were awfully quiet this morning"
"You didn't like it?" he replied, only half joking, as he eyed you from the side.
Immediately, you burst out in panic: "No, no, I did! I was just ... surprised, I guess" The shy look in your eyes when you shared a glance plastered a wide grin upon his face and made his heart flutter. Weirdly enough, his grin made you blush and you cursed yourself for getting flustered this easily.
"Well," he said and you looked back at him, or better, up at him. "I figured you'd already missed out on the first half of class so you shouldn't miss the second half, too. After all, we have a class test next week."
Your eyes widened, surprised how considerate he had been- and by the fact that he knew you were writing a class test next week. When you voiced that last thought, he laughed whole-heartedly and you even joined in a little. "You're not going to actually learn for it, I'm sure."
"No," he said. "I know most of the stuff, but if you need help learning..." He had lowered his face so it was only a few inches from yours and wiggled his eyebrows. You pushed him away with a smile, but Eren suddenly stopped and leaned down to your height. You hoped that he just assumed this was your natural skin color by now. "Now, I get to ask a question," he said. "Why the rush?"
A deep sigh left your lips and you hugged your body with your arms without looking at Eren. You felt the urge to tell him, insufferable Eren Jaeger who wasn't as insufferable as you'd thought, about it, but now you felt riddiculous. Finally, you explained: "When I was in middle school - i was new to the class - I was late once to Mr Shadis class. He- I don't know, it's just so dumb, but he kind of scolded me and slandered me in front of the whole class." As you spoke, your voice got higher and rushed. "And, you know, I was kind of sensitive, still am, and I had a bad day and that was just all coming back so I panicked you know? And-"
You fell silent and stared at the ground. You sounded like a total dumbass. What did he think of you now? You felt the tears in your eyes. This was so emberrassing! Humiliated, you avoided his eyes.
"Mr Shadis?" Eren asked, sounding unbothered. "Man, I remember him! That guy really was a pest"
"Yeah?" you asked and looked up at him with wide, glossy eyes.
He smiled back reassuringly. "I still now how he always bullied me in gym class"
"Poor you," you smiled and swallowed the tears as Eren rubbed your back gently.
"You know," he said, "I met him in town recently and he was actually pretty nice- he was propably just not good with kids"
You nodded and sighed a little. Never ever would you have guessed that Eren was this good at comforting, and the arm wrapped around your shoulder made you want to cuddle into this hoodie of his "You're probably right- let's talk about something else before I begin to cry on your hoodie"
"Never thought I'd hear you say that to me," Eren grinned. "It's nice though. By the way, have you looked at your arm yet?"
There it was again; the slight nervousness in his eyes, the fiddling with his hoodie. You shook your head truthfully. "No"
"Well, then do that," Eren said, and before you knew it, he had pressed a kiss on your cheek and had slipped back into the school building. Dumbfounded and blushing again, you looked at the door students walked out of now. They walked past you as you just stood there, not knowing what to do with this. You felt so- good. So weirdly happy that you wanted to hug every single one of them and then Eren. Whatever this weird new thing was- you liked it.
Surpressing a smile, you looked at your arm and your eyes widened. It was full of little drawings, quite simple but really good. You saw a dog, a pen, a braid, a coffe cup and a piece of cake and much more. Amazed by how good he was at this, you ran your fingers over your arm that Eren had turned into a work of art and then noticed the only letters on your arm, in a comic-like font and surrounded by little symbols.
Wanna go out with me?
