thinking abt the happy pills arc again but mostly importantly at how many references of brazilian history was there during forevers lives specially the music... like the clothes ccforever was using the video of rio in the 50s the references to vargas era and bossa nova. i saw an artist making an animatic of him using "construção" by chico buarque which is one of my fav songs from the anti ditactorship era along with "panis et circenses" and my brain got rewired as well. gosh it was soooooo so good and so well done you can even make a video essay about it ccforever rlly poped off with that i never felt so hyped with an arc bc im an history nerd AND seeing brazilian history implemented on a multilingual server was just *chefs kiss*

finally reading Renegades and every Nova chapter is just her being so unbelievably traumatized and badly adjusted and starved of human connection and plotting the destruction of everyone around her. and then every Adrian chapter is like “wow. Nova is so cool. i hope she likes my superhero suit. i’m gonna draw something for her <3 <3 <3”

I need someone as obsessed with the Renegades Trilogy as me to rant about it 24/7. Omg I read it three years ago and I haven’t enjoyed a book series so much since I read that fucking trilogy.

About the teacher sisters; when they're all throwing stuff at Marie, I noticed one had a ponytail while the others had identical haircuts?
Actually, they're more diverse that that
I didn't like the ''all look the same'' idea, specially in a school with little children, the idea of having all 8 teachers looking the same sound horrible. So each of them have different traits but basically the same model, to make the children feel more safe with them.
Now, about their personalities, they keep the teacher persona really good with the children, but when is not school hours they all used to fight a lot; just like irl sisters, things like fight for using the other's stuff what a daily event, the insistence in one to be the ''oldest'' aka the one to be charge was something they could get even physical at moments (in paper, Koko was the first to wake up, but they didn't knew that, only knew they all meet at the same time and were supposed to be all sisters), and the worst one of them could say to the other was that the children ''like her most''.
Play.co liked how useful they were with the children, but the fights between them were dangerous, and expensive (remake their faces and parts when the fights got hard was at least something they had to do monthly).
So what did they did? Put a peacemaker in the school, something that would calm them when they start to get angry or that would make them worry more for their safety that for their grudges. Or in other words-
-a pet.
