I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you hate a character solely because of a ship/ships, you're a childish fuck who needs to log off the internet and go touch grass. It's so annoying to see some of my favorite characters either reduced to who they're paired with or demonized because of said pairing. Fans really do take the fun out of shipping, especially on Tumblr and TikTok. And what gets me is that y'all aren't only loud with that bullshit, but you're wrong with it too! Like, damn, so and so, which, let's be real, is usually a girl, being shipped with the main character really lodged a stick up your ass, huh? If you don't like him or her or whoever, that's fine! If you don't like them because of shipping, stop making that everyone else's problem because I'm sick of seeing my faves personalities twisted and diminished just because you take shipping way too seriously.

Side notes // I had this sitting in my notes app and thought I'd share it here, I will at some point draw them in this au along with ACTUALLY making a fanfic for them, at some point..but for now this is more or less just ideas I threw together at 2am

Keigo and Rumi but Keigo as a demon and Rumi and an angel, demon and angel au thing!!, but Keigo isn't the typical asshole demon he's fun to be around, cheery he just don't give a fuck as normal, Rumi is similar to him where she's not overly kind like most angels she's a bit snarky, yk how she normal is in the manga and anime, so they are chilling out on earth instead of in their lil dimension, or whatever and that's where they meet, Rumi is somewhat cautious of him because she thinks he'll like attack her or something, she isn't scared more on guard and ready to kick his ass if he tries something but to her surprise, he's very mellow, he thinks she'll start spoutting some nonsense about "oh what's a a demon doing here in a holy place like this!!" (They are next to a church) but she doesn't she asks him what hes doing down here, “i could ask you the same thing, but I have a guess of to why your here.“ she huffs at him, they sit down together and just have a nice talk she asks questions about demons, he ask questions about angels, ”wait!, is that seriously what they told you about demons??” he asks, laughing at her she threatens to kick him. ”woah, easy there cotton tail, no need for any of that, I just think it's funny, how much misinformation was spread to you about demons”

Shes taken back by the nicknames he calls her but he remarks he was never told her name, and they give each other their names, they start to hang out more Rumi would be Keigo's first real friend, and later on lover

I also have designs for them planned in my head I just haven't gotten the motivation to actually yk..draw them LMAOO
