I’m still angry that the bedrock edition, on all ports, has NO subtitles. No closed captioning, nothing. That is an exclusive feature to bedrock. 

Especially with the addition of the warden and all the very sound sensitive aspects that came along with the deep dark. 

Java players get the ability to see when a warden moves or sniffs or starts to attack. They get the ability to see if they’ve set off a distant sensor. Things that are so vital for this update. 

Bedrock players dont have subtitles at all, and somehow this isnt a priority for them to add? Bedrock has been out for ages. Java has had subtitles for ages. 

Arguably, with Bedrock platforms being consoles and phones, it’s harder to see or hear things and would need something like subtitles. 

But the fact that such a vital accessibility feature is continuously ignored on these ports of the game is absolutely insane, especially with how big of a userbase minecraft has.

I just went and killed a lot of cows got 1 stack of raw beef and then panicked because I thought I didn’t have enough jungle wood to craft 1 Enchanted Jungle Wood I have almost 4 stacks and I also just noticed that I have 24 Enchanted Jungle Wood and also I just went to put the leather in my animal chest and I have 12 stacks of raw beef XD

Enough, An homage to the game that rocked me to sleep.

If every wave in every field—

If every cave and travel yield—

Were much softer here than they were… 

Before...

If I traveled as far as the maps could take

still no one but me saw the flames on the stakes,

Then perhaps, the air—

around me— would have been 

enough to calm my thoughts… 

Drifted endlessly...

But the world felt so small.

What place could there be?

where the walls were warm red… 

And the sky was pitch black,

so I jumped into bed, 

In an impulsive act

that freed a whole nation, from the God they called me.

The torches in the dark, were

Stars in the sky, but

Every tree–

Every castle, 

Every boat— 

And every saddle, gave ne’er enough stars to fill my pockets.

Which were to the soul, 

As hands are to fingers

And all of the sand,

And every grain of earth, 

Fell to them and through

Like heavy, worthless hearth.

As kings construct empires

The fools be who smile—

I stop in my sun, skies,

caves and rivers...

Yet none of my smiles compared to the jest.

An eternity of life 

Is a second to the bird, 

with no flock to split

 The cost of freedom, is worthless.

Every diamond, and every gold bar–

I wasted on shoes that ran without soles,

I wasted on swords that swung without hilts,

And realized with each speck of snow on my skin,

That I couldn’t die till the day I was buried—

In the fields, in the ocean

In the caves, in the hells

In the sky, in my home,

In the void which told me that I could be love,

That my world was worthless

bereft the beat of others

How was I to think

This hell could be enough?

Each place I would go,

and each place I would beg:

Could water fill lungs that yearned but for breath?

But the skies and the woods

The stars and the ivy

The highest of heavens

And the hells would remind me:

I would never breathe a breath

in a land I called mine.

I would always be alone

on an island lost to time.

More info on outdated mods will be at the end of the post. I originally used this mod list with 8GB RAM PC (dedicating 4GB in MC). But I've recently switched to a 16GB PC, dedicating 10GB to MC, so going forward from 1.18.2 you may need to dedicate more than 4GB.

Mixin Bootstrap: No longer needed since the mixin library is already included in FORGE 1.18.

Vanilla Woods: The CurseForge page has been deleted so I assume this mod wont get any new updates.

All mods on this list have been updated and can be used with 1.18.2.

Special Cases:

(12) Torch Slab: The 1.18.1 works for 1.18.2 Forge, so it actually doesnt need an update.

NOTES: Going forward I've decided try to use Rubidium. So going forward this modlist will have to options: to be used with Optifine or to be used with Rubidium The Rubidium version of this modlist only requires Rubidium, but other mods other mods that add missing features from optifine are available. This mods are: Rubidium Extras, for more features like zoom and others, Rubidium Dynamic Lights, for the dybamic lights feature (duh) and Occulus, for shaders.
