there is no shame in being a queer man. there is no shame in being a femme, a butch, a bear, a twink, etc. there is no shame in doing drag. there is no shame in being an intersex, trans, gnc, or nonbinary man. there is no shame in having sex traits that are deemed "female" as a man, or lacking one's deemed "male." there is no shame in not feeling attraction as a man. there is no shame in having multiple partners as a man. there is no shame in being gay, lesbian, or multisexual as a man. the list goes on and on.
all queer manhood is beautiful. all queer manhood deserves celebrating and visibility and protecting. there is so much joy and freedom inside us, and our existence makes the world a better place. we are not shameful - not in the slightest.

There's always reassurance that a Traditional woman serves her spouse, but I want to emphasize how the husband also serves us, it is not at all a one-sided relationship.
Ways my husband serves me
~Working hard to afford everything.
~taking charge of most of the driving. ((I'm a passenger princess most of the time))
~Handy around the house, he knows how to fix about anything. He's redone our flooring, fixed leaks, replaced sinks, repaired walls, constructed our bed frame from scratch and other things.
~A wonderful father!! Sometimes he's a better parent than I am. Since our daughter was born he's always taken over for me especially when I get tired.
~Does most of the lawn care.
~Knows how to change the oil, tires, and other basic car maintenance that I haven't a clue about.
~Always loyal, and grateful for me.
~He cooks in this household, because it's one of his passions. He cooks more than I do actually.

The idea that feminine men who like cutesy things won’t be liked or loved or whatever is bullshit. Like, that was no joke the main thing that attracted me to the person who’s now my long-term best friend.
I fucking love getting pictures of flowers and desserts and little doodles from him, I love seeing the silly videos he makes with his cat, I daydream about going shopping with him and looking at different clothing and art supplies and stuff, I adore that one day when he doesn’t have to worry about living up to expectations, I can get him cutesy treats every once in a while and we can watch baking shows together, and we can just enjoy being ourselves, whatever that means

healthy masculinity exists and it's beautiful. i love when men are able to open about their emotions. i love when men cuddle together. i love when men are confident in their gender and know in their heart that nothing can make them any less of a man. i love when they do "traditionally masculine" things because it's what makes them happy, not because they feel like they have no choice.
and i love when this healthy masculinity is shared with others. i love when a man's vulnerability gives others the chance to be vulnerable too. i love when men become hair stylists and make-up artists, giving others the joy of self expression. i love when fathers teach their sons to be caring and gentle, and allow them to engage in "traditionally feminine" things. i love when men are able to be the representation they needed to see, and find comfort in how just their existence helps others.
i love when men are truly happy - especially marginalized men. there is so much joy in manhood and masculinity - people just need to be allowed to experience it.

i love being a man
i love being man adjacent
i love being a man who is connected to girlhood
i love being seen as a man
i love the idea of having a full beard
i love the idea of having a flat chest
i love the idea of having a deep voice
i love the idea of being a father
i love the idea of being a husband
i love the idea of going on testosterone
i love the fact that one day i will get all those things
i love the fact that even though i am not where i want to be in my transition, i am still a man
i am a man
and i love being one
i love loving men and i love being a man who loves men
there is nothing wrong with loving being a man or loving loving men
im hopelessly full of joy and pride and love for men and for my own male identity everytime i go online and see myself addressed as such, or every time my sister calls me her brother, or everytime my mom mentions im going to be an uncle, or whenever my brother brings me into doing inherently men related tasks in my household
and nothing will stop me from spreading that joy
manhood and masculinity are experiences that can be, should be, and are full of joy and love and positivity
i love being a man, and i love loving men
dont derail this post or reblog it changing what i said. this post is about men. nothing you say or do will change the fact that this post is about being a man and loving men!

shout to men who struggle with anger. the men who beat themselves up without letting anyone else know they're in pain. the men who try to put on a tough facade, and it exhausts them. the men who just want and need someone to protect help, and support them.
to the men whose anger hides their sadness, shame, guilt, and loss - whose anger denies their need to be loved, vulnerable, and safe. and to the men who have yet to realize how much they're struggling - not knowing they are held in all these words:
you do not deserve to be in pain. it is okay to feel emotions. it is okay for others to hear your thoughts, and support you through your worries and woes. you deserve to be supported, and protected when you're in danger. and i promise, it won't be this way forever. there is hope. there are people who will care for you - genuinely.

I love men who take amazing care of their wives and children. I love men who are super involved and proud of their family. The men who open doors, pay for every date their paycheck allows them to; Men who drive safely, and only have eyes for you. ღ

Just a quick reminder:
IF YOU MAKE GRAND, SWEEPING STATEMENTS ABOUT HOW MEN AS A COLLECTIVE ARE TERRIBLE AND AWFUL, YOU ARE NOT A FEMINIST; YOU'RE A FUCKING BULLY AND YOU DESERVE TO BE PUNCHED IN THE FACE
Stay the fuck away, terfs: This user is nonbinary
