I finish my first and last Scandal watching.

Unusually, this is the first time I finish a series hating everyone.

I do have some sympathy towards Millie, but I truly dislike everything, everyone. Olitz is toxic as hell, Olivia Pope is a disgusting manipulative human being.

Quinn is a hypocrite self-righteous, she killed and tortured so many people and act like she was still pure…

They couldn’t decide if Cyrus was a good man or just pure evil, every episode he was a different character, than they made him kill David! And all that for what??

Everyone is fucked up… nobody saved the show!

I would prefer the killer Huck over that whiny judgmental fool😫

Abby lost her tender!

Fitz is a cheater, blind man, who let be manipulated by his lover… god help if someone says no to the little spoiled and entitled prince… such a waste, he was terrible towards Mellie, his lover had to talk some sense into him for gods sake, his lover had to ask him to be better for her!

If I heard “I’m the president of United States,” again, I swear, I would thrown my laptop on the wall!! Seriously, how annoying, he said that like a mantra. So annoying.. gezz 😒

I definitely hate Jake Ballard! Marionette Ballard.

Olivia was always coming from Fitz to Jake arms. Jake arms Fitz, sometimes at the same day! 🤮

What a mess! 7 seasons of Olivia coming from Fitz to Jake, from Jake to Fitz, or some random assassin that her father sent to fuck his little girl 🥱

It was impossible to ship any couple, because nobody were able to be faithful, loyal. The friendships dynamic were all awful! Olivia treated everyone like they were things to be used and yelled at! Nothing saved!!

No one moment of vulnerability, a REAL moment, those rare moments were meaningless.

Redemption who? Don’t make me laugh!

Mellie hates Jason but Jason is literally the Air Guy and she is a Cloud Girl, but Jason can't stand Hedge despite them being War Guys, but Hedge LOVES Piper and Piper gets exasperated but she's fine with him but Hedge thinks Leo needs to stop being a wimp and Leo avoids his gym classes like a plague but also Hedge is the first one to fall victim to Leo's nonsense, and Hedge can be a victim to a prank and hed just bellow VALDEZZZZ!!!!!! despite the true perpetrators being Jason, Piper, and Chuck, who btw loves Piper and thinks Jason is cool and loves trying to kill Leo (playfully), to which Leo doesn't really mind but prays Chuck and Harley never meet, but in the meantime, Leo thinks Mellie is a snazzy lady and tells her constantly "youre so awesome and you fell in love with HEDGE?" and she laughs it off and gushes about hedges muscles and gardening skills, to which Piper is a little weary of but they get along well... Where Calypso gets along extremely well with everyone outside of Leo (lol) and Jason (LOL) who is always like "why does Calypso hate me 🥲" and hedge gives an answer that is actually pretty accurate and Jason is just "😐🙄 anyone else." And Mellie who is super nice calls Jason the worst things u have ever heard and lists every thing wrong with the guy, and Jason's spent the last couple of years trying to make this woman like him but she just doesn't

Fitz and Olivia are super hypocritical by being upset about Andrew and Mellie. I understand Fitz is upset because his wife used to push him away and said shes not a sexual person buts he's the one who started having an affair. If he really felt guilty he wouldn't have continued having an affair in the first place. Olivia is upset because of the potential ramifications knowledge of the affair could cause which I understand

Y'know I've been thinking about Nico as Chuck's godfather

Thinking about him essentially being the 'gay uncle' that comes around every christmas and birthday and spoils him with presents because he doesn't have any kids of his own.

Say Chuck starts getting picked on. Mellie tells him to tell a teacher, Gleeson tells him to give them a kick in the nose, and Nico would tell him he doesn't need to jump straight into fighting. He can just intimidate them with highly specific threats like 'I'll yank your teeth out one by one and force them down your throat' and they'll be to scared of you to throw the first punch.

Say Gleeson gets hurt somehow, and he entrusts Chuck in Nico's care. He's afraid, he's not sure if he can be this kid's surrogate father, but he tries anyway, and he's so much better at it than he ever thought he would be.

Or if Nico asks Gleeson if he's sure he wants Chuck hanging around him. He obviously wants his son to be a fighter, he named him after Chuck Norris for crying out loud, and Nico... He's not like that. He's not the big burly macho man society wants him to be. He's not hyper-aggressive, he couldn't give less of a shit about sports, he never yells or fights unless he has to. And although he doesn't say it... He's not straight. And isn't he scared that his son won't be either? Isn't he scared Nico is gonna turn him into a sissy?

And Gleeson reminds him that he went through hell. Twice. He charged into battle with his father at twelve and guarded olympus from the ravenous monsters outside. He dragged two other people and an entire statue halfway across the world and was still able to charge into battle at 15. He tells Nico he's the biggest badass he's ever met, and there's no one he'd rather have his son look up to. Not even his namesake. Not even his own father.
