My thoughts on “Teen Wolf: The Movie”.

So I watched the new Teen Wolf movie. Ultimately. I'm giving it a six out of ten. While there was more I liked about the movie than disliked, I had quite a few gripes.

I didn't see it as horrendous as a lot of fans say it is, but there are a few valid critiques I've seen. Maybe I'm just easy to please.

I think some of the issues could have been fixed if there wasn't such a big time skip; like instead of fifteen years, five years. Maybe instead of raising a teenager, Derek would be raising a toddler. Though I don't think we'd get the same kind of story for Eli that way, especially for this generations teen wolf.

Spoilers below.

1. So I got into Teen Wolf back in high school, and I remember being a die hard Scallison stan back then too. I'm not as big of a Scallison as I was back then, but I am glad to see them be endgame, if it wasn't for one small thing.

My main question is if Allison aged a bit after her resurrection ? Like is she still considered a teenager or is she considered a young adult now ? I feel like this is a nitpick, but some In-Universe clarification would be nice! Feels like something the writers overlooked.

Then again, werewolves are slow to age in the show's lore, so I guess you can apply "Vampire Rules" to these kind of romances. Maybe I'm overthinking it. I mean the show used to tease Parrish and Lydia, in season four; back when she was a teenager, and he was in his 20's. As if over half the fandom wasn’t shipping Sterek.

Actually, while I was working on this post, I read that Allison was eighteen when she died, so that's...better I guess.

2. Speaking of Parrish, his and Malia's relationship...I'm okay with it, more so than Scott and Malia. I mean they didn't do much with either pairing. Maybe that's the Malira shipper in me talking.

With Scalia, it felt like they just slapped them together because Scott needed a love interest for the final season. You could make the argument that a lot has happened over fifteen years that we didn't see.

With Malia and Parish, it feels like there's a whole ass story we didn't see, but y'know, show, don't tell.

3. While I'm on that, the movie leaves a lot open ended, that it felt like it was setting up a follow up. This is were most of my problems come from. I was thinking maybe it would tie into Wolf Pack, but I've been hearing that the show isn't meant to be a direct spinoff (or even the same universe) as Teen Wolf.

One thing I'd like an explanation of is Eli's mother, which again feels like they're saving for a follow up. Speaking of Eli, he became an instant favorite of mine, and someone I wouldn't mind seeing again.

Also, the cursing and nudity in this movie, I'm not saying it's out of place, and far from being prudish. I like that they’re being more risqué, but I’m also glad they didn't go too overboard with it. Still, “Darkness, you motherfucker” absolutely killed me!

Another gripe I had was that Kira didn't return. Like this is a story where kitsune are front and center, and one of the antagonists is a monster her mother helped bring into the world.

You’re seriously telling me she’s not up for another round ?

We're introduced to a new Kitsune, Hikari, who I have nothing against, but it really feels like Kira could have (should have) filled her spot. Especially since Hikari didn't have a proper introduction for a new player. "Oh, Liam has a new girlfriend who's a kitsune ? Welcome to the team I guess."

4. The villains...here's where I have more of an issue. So the Nogitsune makes a comeback. Which is fine; I saw that coming as far back as the trailers.

But the movie's other Big Bad is Adrian Harris, with no explanation for his survival. I mean sure, a slashed throat/strangulation is an injury you can survive, but the chances are often slim.

I could have easily bought this Big Bad Duumvirate, if there wasn't something that stuck out; Stiles wasn't there.

I can accept that Stiles isn't part of the story. I can accept Stydia splitting up (albeit begrudgingly). But Stiles was the Nogitsune’s primary tormenting victim, and the one Harris had the most beef with. You telling me he wasn't on their radar ?!

You're telling me that even if Harris survived or came back, the first thing he wouldn't do was try to access the speed force and pull some Eobard Thawne buffoonery on Stiles ?

Get out of town!

Anyways, the Nogitsune was a serviceable villain, but I feel like Harris could have been replaced with another past antagonist. Say Tamara Monroe, considering she was the series cliffhanger villain, and as of this movie her arc's unresolved. They probably wouldn't have been able to pull any kind of twist with her, but she at least would fit more.

Hell, even Theo Raeken would have been more fitting; the guy such has a proud history of subverting whatever redeeming qualities thrown his way, I still have a hard time buying his “redemption” at the end of the series. Actually, it wasn't even a redemption, it was just the one genuine Pet the Dog moment the guy actually had.

Anyways, Harris probably would have been a better fit in a story that had Stiles in it.

5. Not gonna lie, Derek's death was something sorta I saw coming.

What I mean is, I certainly saw someone in the main cast was gonna die. That's like an unspoken rule in “Next Generation” sequels. But I thought it would be someone else. If not Derek, it would be one of the parents.

Who'd I'd probably have die instead would be Chris Argent. I mean if you're gonna bring back his daughter, you'd think one consequence would be that Chris would die in her place.

Derek's death, I'm more mixed on, but ultimately accept. I would have preferred if Chris was the one with the heroic sacrifice. I still think it would be a more fitting end than Derek’s.

I heard some complaints that Scott and Allison pretty much adopted Eli, but I didn't see it that way. When Scott and Eli interacted, I got more of an uncle/nephew vibe than any father/son thing.

The way I see it, Eli just has a large support system following his father's death; a support system that just now includes Scott and Alison. And let's be honest, there's no way and hell Derek is gonna let Peter raise him.

I've been told this was intended to be the start of a trilogy, so if we get sequels, hopefully they'll fill us in on what we missed.

Chapter 13

MARTIN HOUSE

Reaching Lydia house, you ring the bell her mom opens the door and wide smile grace her face “hey y/n. thank god you’re here” she pulls you into the house.

“This is stiles, my friend can he come in?” you ask while pointing at stiles, who nervously wave at Natalia.

Natalia frown finally seeing the male beside you “honey y/n and a stile here for you” she calls out.

With a nod you walk towards Lydia room stiles following you, Lydia who was in a dazed state perked up when she sees you walking with a small smile on your lips with stiles behind you.

You sat down next to her while stiles awkwardly shift in his feet “what happened I can’t find the queen Lydia here?” you ask.

She opens her mouth only to close and open like a fish her eyes losing focus, you glance at stiles with tilt of your head.

Stiles come towards you both “Lydia something happened last night. What happened?”

Lydia looks up to him with a furrowed eyebrow “who are you?”

You swallow your laugh stiles seems consider introducing himself but stops with a pout on his face.

“Lydia are you alright, you seem out of it. what did you see?

“Something...”

“Something... like a mountain lion?” stiles voiced slowly.

“A mountain lion...” she repeated making you curious stiles shoot you look made you conform what you’re thinking.

“Are you sure you saw a mountain lion, or are you just saying that because that's what the police told you?”

“A mountain lion...” Lydia says again in dazed making you frown.

“You didn’t get hurt, did you?” you place your hand on her shoulder and again that happened.

And something happens. You can see her and Jackson at the shop and then the creature, it is stalking them. The blood, the dead body Jackson and Lydia screams, the werewolf growling and snarling, they both saw the werewolf.

“What's going on?” stiles ask you once he see the dazed look on your face.

“A mountain lion...” she mumbles not knowing you just see that, singing you take her hands in yours.

“it’s going to be alright, don’t worry about it” you squeeze her hand making her look at you intensely a small smile on lips now you turn to stiles “stay with her.”

Stiles eyes widen “where you are going?”

“To check on Jackson, I’ll be right back” you answer before walking away “I text you later” you called out.

First you experienced this what a…. vision? with grams now with Lydia but it already had happened…what you saw was what happened last night. But how though it doesn’t make sense why you’re seeing all these if it happened with bonnie it would be making sense but with you. You don’t come from ancestor of witches; your family line doesn’t have a single witch. What you know about your family is that they were normal people, your left you because she doesn’t know how raise a kid at age 20.

But you don’t think about that at all. In fact, your fine with the truth. Right?

WHITTMORE HOUSE

You knock on Jackson house front door after a couple of you hear Jackson cursing murmuring something.

Jackson opens the door with a piss offed look ready to cuss out derek but pause when he sees you standing on his doorsteps.

“What are you doing here?”

You cross your arms Infront of you “what I can’t check in my friend?”

Jackson frown when he sees your offended look “we are friends? Since when?”

“When I tripped you on 5th grade when you insulted stiles” you roll your eyes “are you not gonna invite me in?”

Jackson silently moves aside letting you in, Jackson watches you look around his house “are you going to tell me why you’re in my house?”

“I heard what happened last night, I thought I could check on you. Lydia said she saw a mountain lion” you confessed.

Jackson sigh sitting down on sofa “why do you care so suddenly?”

“Maybe the fact that you saw a dead body and it could be traumatizing for teen” you said thinking back how you saw Laura body at the woods. Jackson huff making you sigh and sit next to him “you are jerk there is no denying in that but still you’re my friend.”

You turn to glance at Jackson “so how are you, Jackson?”

Jackson hunched a miserable look on his face “I don’t know…...there was lots of blood….and that’s thing seems so huge” he glances up to see that he has your attention focused on him “the thing seemed more…...clever…it is stalking me kind of.”

That when you see the marks on the side of his neck “what happened? Did you got hurt?”

He touches his wound shrugging “No. I don’t remember how exactly I got it. funny how you and the crazy dude worried about my wound.”

“Who?” you frown thinking who else that person might be “wait…was he tall dark hair, pale with leather jacket with a permeant scowl on his face.”

Jackson gives you creeped outlook at your perfect description of derek “Yeah, do you know him?”

“Yeah, that’s derek hale. He can be creepy and an asshole.”

Jackson, give you amused smile “glad I’m not the only one on your list.”

you and Jackson stay silent for a moment “can I ask you something?” he asks, and you nod “what juices does scott take?”

“What? Why do you wanna know that?” you tilt your head at the strange question “I don’t do their groceries; he does like orange though” you answer.

Jackson groan hands on his face murmuring your name in an annoyed manner “go home now.”

“Did I tell you; you’re jerk?” you huff standing up walking to the door to leave.

Jackson let out laugh “I will see you in class” he calls out leaning back on couch.

“Yeah, take care Whittemore.”

As you step out the house you were taken away by someone so suddenly with yelp that jackson inside the home look at the door and call out your name but gets no response. He goes to his room take out a phone and sends you text just in case.

you collect yourself when you feel no longer moving blinking you shake your head glancing down, you look up to see derek stand Infront of you.

You smack derek on his chest making him look where you hit without any change in his stoic face “A waring, a warning alright. What if I throw up you asshole, in leather jacket” you brush past him.

Derek sigh “why are you here?” he walks up to you.

“How do you even know that I’m here?” you question him.

“I caught your scent after I was done talking to Jackson” he answers and stop walking when he sees you stop as well glancing at him with weirded out, look on your face. “What?”

You shake your head “nothing sometimes I forget you’re a dog.”

“I’m a wolf, a werewolf gets it right” he said with low snarl.

You nod “yeah and I’m a unicorn and I’m hungry not the best combo” you start walking with derek by your side suddenly you pause turning to him “were you threatening Jackson?”

“What? No, I was just talking he saw the alpha” derek said frowning when he sees your disappointed look.

“I may only know you for a couple of days but that enough. You can’t go around threat people let alone a teenager who is traumatized enough.”

His frown quickly changes into anger snarling at you his eyes changes “Well I can’t just ask him if he and the alpha had evening chat at the store, can I?”

You walk closer to him “you behave like this and expects scott to help you, it’s not going to work like that derek.”

Derek eyes glow dims slowly turning back to normal as he gazes at you, sighing you turns and walk away derek curse softly watching you walk away.

BENNETT HOUSE

When you reach home, you were surprised to see Issac sitting on grams porch with grams beside him. “What are you doing here?”

Issac smile at you nervously “we have project together, I texted you the due day is tomorrow, so I thought …”

“Oh…. I’m so sorry I totally forgot about that Danny also told me you looked for me sorry for making you wait” a guilt smile on your face, you glance at your grams who watch the scene with a grin on her face “did she troubled you?”

Grams feigned a hurt look turning to you “I did no such thing I was just asking why a young other than scott and stiles was here looking for you.”

You cross your arms “are you saying I don’t have any friends beside them?”

“I didn’t, you did” she shrugs her shoulder.

Issac was watching you both with a longing look and smile as you both playfully fight “come on Issac, let get this done.”

You lead him towards your room and starts doing your work, during that time you both talked getting to know each other better. For what it felt like eternality you finally get it down leaning back you sigh “that was exhausting”

Issac let out a laugh while closing his laptop “you tell me” Placing away his things he leans back with you as well resting his back on the bed.

You turn your head to side to look at him “so how is everything with you?”

“Good” he said briefly not wanting to talk too much in case he makes you annoyed if he talks to much but the genuine curiosity about wanting to know about him relaxed. “I’m thinking about trying out lacrosse.”

“Yeah, I remember you and Camden playing back then” you said softly.

Issac's chests tighten the mention of his brother, the emptiness, void in his life that will never be filled. Your hand raised to console the boy stop in midair when you remember the ability you have, something makes you hesitant you wanted to console him get know him without any help of whatever you have.

“I’m sorry if I upset you, that wasn’t my intention” you murmured softly, and he knows that to.

“it’s alright, I’m surprised that you remember him” he half smile on his face.

Frowning you rest your chin on your palm pulling your knees to your chest “why are you talking like that?”

His smile slipped at your words did he make a mistake again was he also a disappointment to as well.

“You’re talking about yourself as If you aren’t worth remembering like you don’t deserve it anything regarding your life doesn’t matter.” you explain after seeing the puzzled look on his face “don’t do that, I don’t know what made you think like that but that not true okey, you might fell I’m lying because we just really started talking few days ago.”

Somehow the pissed off look on your face amused him he understands what you’re saying it is comforting to see someone getting pissed off for him not at him.

“Did you know that I wanted be your friend, but stiles scare me…not scary, he was obnoxious” he said slowly seemingly in a daze.

“Oh” you give him sad smile but pause “…. wait did you just called stiles obnoxious?” you asked leaning forward with a playful glare making him grin you shake your head at him.

“Sorry…. don’t tell him that?” he requests his posture now relaxed not all cautious around you know. “I wanted try out but I don’t think I make it?”

You tilt your head to side “oh trust me you will get it just need some hard work” you said while inspecting him playfully.

He narrows his eyes at you a teasing smile on his lips “you sure?”

“Mmmm Hmmm, coach said there is a shortage in player and why not give it a go” you press your lips together leaning back glancing at him.

Issac mirrors your position “do you think he would like that?" his voice just above whisper, after his brother death he never really talked about him out loud.

“I don't think I know he would be happy for you” you said with a smile “and I’m sure he and your mom be proud of how far you come” you state sincerely.

The tenderness in your words made Issac inside warm like how on the cold winter a cup of homemade hot chocolate would.

“Wait I remember I have something for you” pulling yourself up you move towards your table and take out some printed copies. “Got it”

You sit on your bed and pat the side beside you inviting him to sit next you, Issac watches you shuffle the paper and arrange them neatly and hands them to him.

“What is this?” he asks looking through the paper “is it...?”

“Yeap. This cheat sheet of paper has every important note and question and answers we study.” you give him a lopped grin “sometimes you have to work a little smarter not harder.”

“That’s why you always have good grades than scott and stiles” he hums looking up to you.

You playfully roll your eyes “Not only that stiles mix up exams even if I corrected him a hundred times and scott doesn’t study at all” you poke at his chest “And you better do your part and if you still didn’t get it ask me alright?” you chided him.

“I will” he gives you wide smile agreeing with you.

“You got your custom for the Halloween party planned?” you ask as you walk him out.

Issac frown tensing a bit “No, I don’t plan on coming.”

“Well, if you change your mind text me, a little fun won’t hurt anyone”. You said not really pushing the subject as he seems to be tense in his place.

“I’ll see you in class, bye y/n” with that Issac leaves.

the most unbelievable part of the teen wolf movie was when Scott said that shit about not having been back in beacon hills in years. you’re telling me certified mama’s boy scott mccall isn’t home to visit at LEAST once a month?

So I finally sat down and watched the Teen Wolf movie, but it's been out long enough that I feel like it's okay to talk about, but just in case... 🚫*spoilers ahead*🚫

WHAT THE ABSOLUTE FUCK WAS THIS?!?!

1st complaint: literally every single romantic relationship for Malia has felt incredibly forced, even in the show, but none more than whatever the hell she and Parrish had! I might except some arguments for Stalia, but I always knew Stydia would be endgame...

Speaking of Stydia... let's talk about my 2nd complaint which is that trash throw away ✨️reason for Lydia leaving Stiles✨️ "idea" are you- are you really telling me, the girl that was able to convince a whole group of people and HIS FATHER that Stiles even existed after everyone forgot him and was able to bring him back into existence would just... leave him after a DREAM?!?! She fought against everyone telling her she was crazy for remembering someone who supposedly never existed, but she wouldn't fight for a reason to stay with the love of her life??? Cause that's not the Lydia I remember! She was stubborn, brave, and most of all she believed in her ideas cause she knew how smart she was! This just seemed like the "must use woman's pain to further plot" trope. On top of having a reason for Stiles not to be there since Dylan couldn't be in the movie.

3rd complaint: did none of the relationships the show workout or something? Like... why did Scott AND Argent not want Melissa to know they were in town? Argent and Melissa were so cute! She helped him heal and move on, he actually liked and let her be the strong independent woman she always was. I don't particularly care that Allison came back, I wasn't crazy about how they handled it, but whatever. I think Allison would've been happy to see her dad happy again after how he was after her mom died and then eventually her... instead of lonely and grieving his life away.

But no, Melissa and Argent gone.

But also Stydia... gone.

Scalia... gone.

And from what little I gathered Ethan and Jackson are... something. But Jackson is apparently comfortable just being gone and lying to him about why.

Speaking of being gone... onto my 4th complaint! ALL OF PETER HALE'S CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT WAS JUST GONE!!! Like they had me in his first scene with the blow torch, that was just regular old sassy Peter, but then he was just all Gung-ho for killing Allison and right back to his revenge filled ways. He was so protective and ready to finally be a dad for Malia at the end of the show, granted he still had a long way to go, but he was finally fighting with the pack and mending his relationship with Derek. When Scott is monologuing at the end of the final episode he says "Now we have allies who used to be enemies. We have protectors." And it cuts to a clip OF PETER FREAKING HALE!!!!! Like I wasn't expecting perfection, Peter was always a bit of a d*ck, but for all of his progress to just be gone was heartbreaking. Only redeeming part was the cigar and blowtorch bit because it had so much Doc Ock 2004 vibes.

And finally Derek... I just- I can't... I know it's cliche and cringey to say, but this movie is not canon for me. Because if it was, that means I would have to admit all the garbage I just watched was real. And I will not accept that. Most of all Derek's fate... Just no.

Anyway... I could continue, but I would be going on forever with complaints. The way I see it is, I still love the show and I will still watch it. This movie doesn't exist and the characters are all still out there together living their best lives as they should be.

Some thoughts on the teen wolf movie:

Overall I quite liked the movie, I feel a bit embarrassed saying that after seeing what everyone else thinks about it but I can’t help it lol. I’m not gonna lie I do think there’s both a lot pros and cons to it, so here’s my thoughts on it:

To start off I really loved the time jump it just made sense to me and I love seeing how the character’s ages were now closer to the actors ages instead of them still being in their teen years or early twenties. I didn’t know that was going to happen so I was pleasantly surprised by that. Knowing that Scott still worked with animals and deaton was so sweet to me, Lydia being a fucking was boss was just *chefs kiss* The Hale’s having a family business, awesome. Honestly just having a good portion of the characters back on screen was awesome to me lmao, didn’t realise how much I missed teen wolf til I watched it.

The beginning of the movie was pretty awesome, I never thought that they would open it up to Liam in japan, he’s speaking Japanese and serving customers at a restaurant, this indicates that’s he’s been there a while. Hikari had a cool intro alongside Liam, it’s obvious she’s a badass and you get to see small bits of that throughout the movie. this could’ve been a really good opportunity to create a new strong Asian woman/character that people like me (I’m part Asian) could relate to but instead of making her completely different and new, the writer/s took all of Kira’s traits (Kitsune, sword etc.) and dumped it onto hikari, which to me felt really lazy and probably racist which doesn’t surprise me considering how they treated Arden Cho (go watch partner track on Netflix!!). It’s also obvious that there’s a relationship between hikari and Liam which was also left unexplored because after the intro they were both sidelined throughout the rest of the movie which is really annoying. I’m also a shipper of Liam and Theo as I know others are 👀but honestly for whatever reason, even after only having Liam and hikari for like five minutes I do actually think they’re cute together and if we got to see more of that, I would totally watch it.

I love how malia is still the same when it comes to her thoughts and honesty 😂 glad they didn’t change that too much about her. MALIA AND PARRISH!!!?? I never would’ve guessed they be a thing and I’m not mad about them either, I mean they were pretty hot together but I did find it a bit random and unnecessary.

Derek hale has a son and his name is Eli, I think all The Hale family members seem to have really cool names, don’t ask me why I’m focused on that, I just am lol. Seeing derek have a new family considering he lost all of his other loved ones and his pack got killed made me really happy, I think it’s a logical way to grow his character since we’ve already kind of seen him as a brother and mentor type figure to Scott. genuinely thought we’d only ever see him have kids in fanfics but now it’s canon and I can’t believe it. I am surprised at his death, I was scared earlier on when his neck was bleeding so it was even more devastating when he actually did end up dying later. Tyler did a great job playing Derek and I’m really glad the could get him back for the movie. Derek keeping stiles jeep and fixing it up just gave me all the sterek feels. And the fact that Eli grew up on stories of all the characters 😫

Eli Hale is easily one of the top three best things in this movie for me, he’s a perfect addition and the fact he has so much stiles in him just makes me appreciate his character even more. Maybe they wrote him that way on purpose to fill in for stiles/Dylan but that doesn’t bother me either cos I thought he was introduced really well. I love how they kept stiles part of the movie through Eli with his personality and his obsession with stiles jeep whichleads me to the relationship between Noah and Eli which I freaking adored. I honestly wish after dereks death that Noah would be the one to take in Eli instead of Allison and Scott. I think it would have been better for Scott to just be his mentor and alpha and keep that separate from being a father figure which Noah already kind of is (that’s how I see it anyway). Also Allison tried to kill Eli, so unless Eli’s forgiven her it doesn’t really make sense for them to be a family.

Scott to me felt like the character who changed the least out of all of them which is not a bad thing. I said earlier that I love how he stuck with deaton and dogs, you could see throughout the show his passion for it and I love that that hasn’t changed as he’s gotten older. although after seeing him in the whole firefighting situation at the start, I honestly could see him as a firefighter. He’s got super strength and hearing, like he’d be great at it. I’m glad they wrote it so him and malia were already broken up before Allison came back because I don’t think I could watch malias heart get broken by Scott still being in love with Allison. I thought the reunion between Scott and malia was really funny.

Allison is back!!! The shot where she’s walking and the two cars explode in the background was 🔥🔥 She was a pretty good bad guy, especially going after Eli and Derek because she was ruthless about it which reminded me of how Chris argent was at the start of the series when it came to Scott and Derek since he was pretty ruthless with them too. it was so creepy the way the nogitsune used her especially by pretending to be her mom which made me GASP 😮. And it was super heartbreaking that she didn’t have her memories too. When Scott told her he was still in love with her 😍 the looks they gave each other right after he said that, threw me back to the earlier seasons, it was really cute.

JR bourne did such a good job with chris’ reaction regarding Allison being back. He’s had such great character growth throughout the series and he’s just even more badass in the movie. Also when he was swearing 😏🔥 wish we got to see more of him and Melissa, I’m assuming they’re still together since there was a small hug between them after everything was over but it’s not enough for me lol I need more, I loved them in the show. Another person on tumblr (can’t remember their username sorry!!) said they finally got Melissa a weapon!! and I had the exact same thought, she’s awesome.

Peter had the most Peter hale entrance to the movie and I loved it, I still think he’s an asshole tho lol. Also that scene when they were at the cliff and he’s on his hands and knees sniffing at the ground was really funny to me.

They could not have had mason and Liam further away from eachother throughout the entire movie like wtf, not even a little acknowledgement like a hug between them or anything. With mason being a deputy, I thought made sense because he had the brains and the whole problem solving thing similar to stiles so him being a cop and using his researching abilities etc to solve crimes and seeing him work with Parrish and the sheriff was cool to me since they weren’t really characters that interacted in the show… but if we’re being political I’m not sure if it makes sense since he’s young and black and I’m not sure if he’d buy into the whole “if you want to change the system, you have to be part of it” kind of thing, I don’t know if I’m reaching or reading too much into that but let me know what you guys think about it cos I’m not sure 😅

Lydia, oh Lydia. I love you. She’s a powerful woman, she’s got her own office, she’s all fancy, I love it I love it. Having to imagine her having nightmares of stiles being dead is horrible!! Like why couldn’t he just be on a special assignment some where as an fbi agent so he couldn’t be back to help them. Them not being together after everything is really sad and I’m just grateful they didn’t kill him offscreen. Anyway back to Lydia, when she screamed Allison it gave me chills and took me back to the earlier seasons too, glad to see they got a reunion hug between them. I love how she towed Jackson around with her and he still kept his attitude 😂 I laughed when he was talking about Ethan

Adrian harris, when he revealed himself I was genuinely shocked because I totally thought he died in the show so that was a pretty good plot twist to me, and the fact that he got dragged to eichen house!!! Lol you deserve it asshole.

I think the nogitsune was a good choice of villain to bring back, he’s creepy and manipulative and the fact that Scott’s bite managed to give him werewolf powers!!?? I didn’t see that coming at all!! I thought it was really cool like him turning into a werewolf was like the next level of him being a villian. Everytime the oni we’re on screen, the synchronicity between them had me on edge, watching the gang take them down was really cool, when Derek, Scott and Eli lined up to go after the nogitsune I cheered 😁 just seeing them together with all there different eye colours, I just thought it was really freaking cool.

Throughout the movie I was thinking that if they wanted to kill the nogitsune they’d have to kill Allison too since they’re like connected or Allison would sacrifice herself and die again and I’m glad that wasn’t the case. When Allison had to shoot Scott with the arrows I really thought they’d kill him off and Eli would end up being the next generation kind of thing which is sort of what happened only Derek ended up sacrificing himself instead of Scott dying 😫 if I am being honest with you I think I could make peace with Scott dying if it meant Derek being able to raise his son. The shot with Eli at the end really gives me hope for spin-offs in the future which I would definitely watch but I’m not sure others would be inclined to agree with me. I think the movie was kind of choppy and think that if it was made into limited/mini series like somewhere between 4-8 episodes then it would flow a lot better and would be a lot more appealing to most folks, characters would get better screen time between them, we could get flashbacks (I mean there’s a 15year time jump, stuff has happened!), proper funeral for Derek, I don’t know…I think they could’ve made it work for a tv show. Feel like it’s inappropriate to think about this since it was a eulogy/funeral scene, but omg everyone looked super hot in their outfits - Chris in a turtleneck, Allison in a suit and skirt, Noah in the black suit, Melissa and Lydia’s dresses, Peters suit was next level of course… just they looked really good ok 😫😍

Eli is a lacrosse player and it reminded me of Scott and stiles when they were first on the team 😊 it was hilarious when coach made Scott get back into the game even tho he’s and adult

Summary: How Melissa became a caregiver to two amazing boys. (And nap time)

Melissa was currently in an interesting situation to say the least. She was currently sat with Stiles laying in her lap gently sucking his thumb as he watched sensory videos on her phone; whilst Scott sat behind her, playing with her hair.

Now she couldn't say she was exactly surprised. She knew her son was a regressor.

He had told her after a particularly hard day at school where nothing had gone right; he kept getting in trouble and he was being consistently named called. When he had got home he had sat on the sofa and just cried.

Melissa had came home and saw her son sitting in the couch. (in the same position he had been in when he first arrived home)

She had instantly wrapped him in a tight hug.

Scott ended up regressing that night, severely comforted by his mother. The next morning the two had sat down and spoke about what had happened, causing Melissa to become his caregiver.

Now Stiles was a different situation. Melissa wasnt 100% sure that Stiles was a regressor originally. However after speaking to Scott about his own regression certain things that Stiles did had started to make sense. And so Scott spoke to Stiles (and Melissa) and now that is how she ended up watching the two trouble makers.

Stiles yawned quietly as Melissas hand found its way to Stiles's hair, playing with it gently.

"You can take a nap sweetie." She said gently, looking at him.

"Mkay mama.." Stiles mumbled quietly.

She smiled at the name.

"You okay Scotty??" She turned her head slightly to look at the boy behind her.

"Im good!!"

"Okay hun, well its nap time now.."

"Oki mum!!!"

A smile broke out on Melissas face as Scott runs off into his bedroom; as she follows slowly behind him, holding Stiles carefully in her arms.

Scott lays down and reaches his arms out for his mum.

"Just let me put Stiles down and ill give you a hug sweetheart" she whispered as she put the sleeping boy down on one side of the bed.

She went to go over to Scott to give him a hug however was slightly shocked to see him already hugging Stiles.

Ohhhhh he wanted to hug Stiles.

She chickled quietly.

"Goodnight boys.." she said as Scott beginds to fall asleep.

Season 1 Teen Wolf character opinions on Seraph (My OC)

*Seraph posing as an interviewer and inhibiting his scent for supernatural purposes*

Okay, let us start with the process, shall we? What are your thoughts on Beacon Hills High's enigmatic ice king?

Scott: I don't think he's an icy person by default. He looks closed off, but he seems cool. Very intelligent though

Allison: Lydia says he's her rival? But I'm pretty sure there's more to him than looks

Stiles: Entitled, conceited, rich guy with his dark academia and bourgeoisie attitude. Literally, who names their child Seraph?

Seraph: *Lowkey bombastic side eye*

Lydia: My academic rival, though I respect his tenacity and intelligence

Seraph: *Secretly smirking*

Jackson: Why are you so interested? Asshole and an entitled tool who thinks Hondas are better than Porsche😑

Seraph: (Internally) They are, lacrosse fanatic

Isaac (in my fanfic he is in season 1): Ex-loyal friend and confidant. Until he thought he was better than me😒

Seraph: (Internally sighs with melancholy)

Danny: I have no problems with him. He's an enigma and I think people should respect his choices

Mr. Harris: One of my favorite students. In fact, him and Jackson are the top two.

Seraph: (Internally) Careful Harris, you start a war amongst your students. Then again why would you care?

Coach Finstock: If I could only teach one student for the next 4 years, it'd be Seraph

Seraph: (Internally) That’s horrific👀

Melissa: He doesn't look like an icy teenager to me. More like academically ambitious

Sheriff Stilinski: Hard to say he's an enigmatic ice king or whatever you called him when his father is Beacon Hills best politician. He seems nice

Request: Can you do a Scott mcall x reader where she a female Alpha and she comes to beacon Hill and he find outs the not only she is Alpha but a wolf mom AND Can you do Scott mcall x female where she is the first female Alpha and and a Werewitch and he falls in love with her and try to earned her and her pack trust.

You needed to find somewhere safe for you children and Beacon Hills, it seemed that it was filled with magical creatures and that they could be safer there than anywhere else, it didn’t take long to get a house and move there and with your kids being so young you didn’t have to worry about them adjusting, they had always been good at that.

It had been a couple months in Beacon Hills before anyone got the sense that there was something different about you, you were at the park with your kids when a woman sat next to you, she didn’t seem like someone who had kids and it was confirmed with her next question. “What are you?” She asked you as you looked at her, it was then that the scent traveled on the wind alerting you to the fact that she wasn’t human herself. “Nothing that you need to worry about Werecoyote.” You answered as your eyes moved back to your two children when they called to you. “Mama!” They yelled “look what we found!” You walked over to them leaving the woman on the bench not caring the find out anymore about her, when you got to your two girls, you saw the young puppy that they were sitting with, he twisted his head at you inquisitively. “Can we keep him!?” “We have to take him to the vets first, he might have escaped from his home, someone might be missing him.” You explained, they both seemed to deflate as you said that but nodded all the same “but if he doesn’t have an owner then we can keep him.” You muttered a small incantaction under your breath making a harness and lead to put on the dog which turned out to be more of a task then it needed to be.

You all made it to the local vet, you let one of you little ones push the door open and walk in, you were surrounded by the scent of another Alpha as soon as you wee inside and your two kids moved closer to you through instinct more than anything as you walked towards the front desk “can I help you?” The man at the front asked, he had a kind face but you could tell that the scent was coming from him and the moment that your eyes met they flashed in recognition of what you were. “We uh… We found this little one in the park. They really wanted to take him home but I wanted to make sure that he didn’t belong to anyone else first.” You explained and he nodded, he walked around the back to grab a scanner, he quickly scanned the pup and smiled. “Doesn’t seem like he belongs to anyone.” He said “you could take him home if you wanted.” “Really?” You asked. “How much would it cost to get him checked over… If you guys have somewhere you can fit him in.” “I can check him now.” He smiled as he stood and walked towards a door and pushed it open for you. You brought the dog in and lifted him onto the table while telling the kids to go and sit on the chairs in the corner. “You're new around here?” He asked. “I’m just looking for somewhere that they can grow up safely.” You said as he checked over the pup. “Mmm.” He hummed. “My names Scott McCall, there are a few people around here that know what I am that can help you out, the Sheriff knows, I’ll let him know your names and stuff in case anything happens. My mum is a nurse, her name is Melissa, you can ask for her if something happens and you end up at the hospital.” “My name is (Y/N) (L/N).” You introduced yourself “they’re names are (F/C/N) and (S/C/N).” “Nice to meet you, the pup’s healthy, I’d say that he’s all good to go home with you.” He explained. “Thank you, how much do I owe you?” You asked. “Nothing in the house this time, since you're going to take this guy home.” Scott smiled as you put the pup back on the floor. “Well uh let me know if I can help you some time, I guess.” You mumbled with a shrug as you gestured for the kids to follow you. “How about you meet me here tomorrow and explain exactly what you are because you aren’t just a wolf.” He said and you looked at him and nodded. “Fine, after I drop them to school.” You said as you waved you off. “Thank Mister!” They both called as you ushered them out.

The next day you met up with Scott again, you were in a cafe, “alright let me just tell you what I am, to be honest I didn’t know that there was another Alpha here otherwise I would have asked permission to move into your territory.” You explained. “Well it’s not like we advertised it.” He shrugged and you looked at him and smiled as you continued. “I’m technically the first female alpha, my pack has since moved on or passed away. My mother was a witch and my father was an alpha werewolf, he never had any sons so when the time came, leadership was passed to me but before that I had learned how to control the magic given to me by my mother. My pack became something that people sort out, these days it still is but I didn’t want my kids to grow up not experiencing the world that they lived in, so I left the pack under the leadership of a close friend.” You explained. “You didn’t bring them with you?” He asked. “Well, some of them have lived there, it wouldn’t be fair on them or you.” You shrugged and he nodded. “Well if there are members that want to join you here, know that they are welcome.” Scott said as you nodded. “So you can do magic too.” Scott asked. “I can.” You nodded “there are limitations though.” “Well then I look forward to getting to know you and the members of your pack that join you.” He smiled. “Thank you.” You nodded, dropping your head in respect. “You don’t have to do that, we’re the same after all.” Scott said as he started asking more personal questions and getting to know you better.
