In 1986, Mattel Inc. launched a contest in which the first prize was a cameo appearance in the Masters of the Universe film. The lucky winner was young lad named Richard Szponder. Instead of just receiving a background roll, Richard was cast and credited as the minion character Pigboy, who is seen presenting Skeletor's staff to his master.
