Welcome to Sunset Reflections! Debbie and Doc Heath here, your friendly Neighborhood NeuroMechanic!
One of the healthiest neuroscience-based training exercises is the identification of “targets for gratefulness” (TFG).
Once identified, we can utilize our mindfulness techniques (please join in and follow our Mindful Good Morning posts) to explore various aspects of our gratefulness in relation to a targeted event, situation, circumstance, person, object, thought, or realization. This can be in relation to ourselves, others, or the universe around us.
1) CHOOSE Target for Gratefulness (TFG)
2) EXPLORE overlooked aspects of TFG
3) BREATHE as you become mindful of these precious facets.
4) AGREE with yourself to continue being mindful of this gratitude focus as you prepare your evening meal, as you enjoy each bite of food, as you spend time with yourself or others significant to you.
5) REALIZE that gratitude, like oxygen, may be breathed in and out, sharing with others in our own personal orbit.
6) SHARE your TFG in the comments below. We can all benefit from one another’s experiences.

This harmonization is possible through Meditation as it aware you of every dense detail of your body.

you can love someone and still not end up together. you can build the perfect person in your head and they probably will not live up to that. you can give them all you have and still not receive all you need. you can communicate as much as you want and still not be understood. find your peace with these facts. find peace within yourself. all else will follow. peace radiates light - the light you shine on others will guide the right people towards you. do not wait for them. sit still, in your light.
Past Life Regression is a dynamic approach that helps in accessing and recalling the reflections of this life or past lives in order to have an appreciative and thoughtful understanding of some physical, and emotional disorders which are at times very unsolvable and very difficult to describe. Past life regression helps us to have an understanding of certain relationships that are intense and truly emotional but very troublesome at times.

Meditation has many methods among which the most popular is in which a person concentrates his mind on a particular object to focus on the activities and thoughts of the mind. Doing that helps a person analyze his thoughts and maintain balance in his mind. Thus, it helps in maintaining emotional and mental equilibrium in life which results in the holistic development of a person. The immense benefits of Meditation help you to keep calm and stay with you for a lifetime. It is very helpful if embraced in daily routine as it is a peaceful approach to the holistic development of a person.
