“Rules For Being Human”
1. You will receive a body. You may like it or not, but it will be yours for the entire period round.
2. You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time, informal school called life. Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant and stupid.
3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial and error experimentation. The ‘failed’ experiments are as much part of the process as the experiment that ultimately works.
4. A lesson is repeated until it is learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it, then you can go on to the next lesson.
5. Learning lessons do not end. There is no part of life that does not contain lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned.
6. There is no better than “Here”. When your ‘there’ has become ‘here’ you simply obtain another ‘there’ that will, again, look better than ‘here’.
7. What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need, what you do with them is up to you. The choices are yours.
8. Others are merely mirrors of you. You can not love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.
9. The answer lies inside you. The answers to life’s questions lie inside you. All you need to do is look, listen and trust.

Healing Meditation with me
This article is for you to practice when you want to clean up or how to treat ''gentle and soft'' with the trauma in the past when it comes suddenly: be it memories, people, scenes, time,…and more focus on present (Note: this is a game that I came up with with the hope that it can help you soothe yourself, bad memories will not be lost, but in the present, the mind needs space to live with the seconds. minutes that I am standing on earth (earth), feeling (water), living with sharing love, warmth (fire), knowing my thoughts (air)
1. First, choose a quiet place where you feel comfortable to start. Posture: any position that makes your body, muscles stretch: lying, sitting on a pillow (You can burn more essential oils if you like)

2. Slowly close your eyes, slowly imagine the same large space in front of you, try to describe it: the surroundings, the colors, are you seeing yourself, you are floating in the air, in outer space with planets and stars, or under water, in the vast savanna, or in the windy desert, ….no matter what environment or terrain
3. Now, imagine in space you have a trash can (or something similar), then you encode what happened before into some symbol and then move it goes to that trash, for each thing when you put it in the trash, imagine an item, a prize that you receive
4. OK, focus on your breath, now I'll ask you to do one thing. Remember the memories, the people, the painful memories that you have experienced in the past: it can be things that happened when you were young, objects that remind you of those things, places where something happened…..I know it's not easy when the difficult emotions at that time, may have been healed or can't be aroused again.
5.Ok, done, now go back to the present
Note: Something I want to say: those memories won't go away and this game won't help those memories be completely erased, no matter what the feeling, it has meaning, trying to erase those memories can completely backfire, because it means you are avoiding it and the child inside you is still in pain, it needs to be empathized, loved, shared, treated heal, listen and protect. Come back and heal each of its wounds
You can forgive what happened, you can say to yourself ''They are human too, they hurt when they get hurt just like you, they also hurt when they fall,…- That's it. what I was taught by a wonderful teacher in my mindfulness meditation class. It helps me to empathize with others better
You can say no and choose to leave toxic relationships with you at any time. This game may help temporarily, but deeper healing will help you feel better with old wounds Actually, I also find it very difficult when I try to get over old memories, emotions re-emerge causing my emotions to go out of control, accepting those feelings, changing them can be difficult. It can take a long time or very fast, so please be patient and love them a lot
For those who have knowledge and understanding of soul healing can do it on their own, but for those of you who are inexperienced, I recommend you work with someone who is good at soul healing, or If you find it difficult, you can inbox me to share.
