I have arm fat…..like double chin arm fat and I’m so freaking disappointed. I let myself get away with eating saying “I’ll start tomorrow” “I’ll start fasting soon for sure” but no I keep eating as if I’m not having trouble breathing!! As if I can’t feel the fatness making my arms shake every time I try to lift something heavy!!!! It’s so pathetic! So embarrassing! So disgusting! What a sorry excuse of a person I am….
