One of my coworkers is so just tender and soft and sincere with me that I just want to cry???

Like once they told me I didn't have to do anything in the [job] that is physically difficult for me (chronic illness reasons) and I don't have to feel bad about it and I almost crumbled.

They always reassure me I'm doing my best.

I will say today I was like leaning with my head down on the counter just being very overwhelmed and they kissed the top of my head which was certainly off and I am still processing it.
