Is anyone else a little worried about all these 'if this post gets x notes' posts that are about really important health aspects?

Like the other day I saw one that was basically 'if this gets 5k notes I'll take care of myself' and I'm like no!! Take care of yourself anyway!!

And I got to thinking, should we even be supporting this? I can't help but to fear someone gets 5k and then decides the only way they will do anything else is to get another 10k notes. Even worse, what if someone doesn't get 2k like everyone else they see and decide that's the last straw and nobody cares about them?

I always thought about them as bonus. Like hey, here's this cool drawing because you guys have shown you all support/want it. Here's a giveaway because you guys spread the word. Here's this cool project I started now that I know people are interested.

i'm sure blue eyed samurai is a good show i havent watched it yet but idk, it might've been something that i resonated with or related to since im biracial (with a shitty white dad) but like the main character mizu falls in love with the guy who was racist to her?? and called her a dog n shit, s'fucked up, and i get her having blue eyes is supposed to communicate her being biracial and a visual thing to have people bully her for and something for her to hide but like ive read that like most biracial characters are usually written to hve blue or green eyes for obvious reasons which is annoying of course, though they chose to give her brown skin which is a nice change of pace but i dont think id check the show out

I like the majority of what the new Ahsoka trailer has laid out but I think the very basis of this show is flawed and the things that could save it in the execution are unlikely to happen. Based on Thrawn's costuming I reckon those chances are even lower now.

truly insane how most ppl on ffxiv in my experience are chill and nice but then there are those few that seem to use this positive appearance to be absolute condescending assholes. just ran a dungeon with a ~mentor~ who was like "[talks down to me like a child about a skill i misused bc i only got it recently] uwu just mentoring u" and ending with "good job" instead of gg when i used it correctly like im 3 years old

ahhhh im kinda sad... i tried to show some stuff from my hyperfixation to my (allistic) friend, just because i like to share with the people i love things that make me happy... and she just made fun of me because it isn't something they like or whatever

my autistic friends a lot of the times dont even know what the fuck im talking about but they love to hear about the stuff i like and even when they make fun of it, i know its not serious because before they do that they actually always show interest in what i have to say and i do the just same for them the best i can!

It's been about a week and a half later and I haven't heard ANYTHING
