But a bird that stalks down his narrow cage can seldom see through his bars of rage his wings are clipped and his feet are tied so he opens his throat to sing. As close as you *think* you may be to someone, trust me, you don't know everything about them. You may have been around them for a while, but you haven't been through everything they've experienced in life. Everyone is unique with personalised perceptions and responses. So, focus on appreciating your relationships because they’re finite, and remember that words can destroy relationships. Sure, people may forgive, but they may not forget, so “PEACE” is the word! She published seven autobiographies, three books of essays, several books of poetry, and is credited with a list of plays, movies, and television shows spanning over 50 years. She received dozens of awards and more than 50 honorary degrees.
