Hey there Jumblr, I've got a question for you again.
What do you do to make your matzah taste good? Like I know the classic matzah pizza, matzah brie, matzah bourekas, etc, but I need some quick and easy ideas.
So far I've just made a sandwich with some eggplant pepper spread and feta but I can't be eating this all week! I need ideas!!

Eating hardtack all my childhood prepared me to enjoy matzah straight up as an adult convert. My other Jewish friends all are like ???? at me with it lol
Look Matzah is amazing some people just don't know what they're talking about.

I just made matzot for like two hours and now my fingers are sore, especially my thumbs from using the rolling pin. And I've realised something - Me being autistic is just like being a matzah:
• I (the dough) am a bit weird to work with if you're not used to me and even when you are sometimes I act (fold and tear) unexpectedly
• I don't drink enough water yet somehow manage to get by
• I become cranky (not kosher) if I don't get enough attention but overwhelmed (stretched too thin to bake) if I get too much
• Seemingly arbitrary external forces like temperature or humidity can completely change how I behave
• I survived trauma (forceful hole making), but as a result of it I've become resilient to some harsh experiences (heat)
• Because I hate wetness, I only do laundry (wash the baking equipment) when I have to (every 18 minutes)
• I become burnt out if I don't pay close attention, and it can happen in an instant and without warning
• Children get a version of me that isn't the real me per se, but is close enough and still very enjoyable even if not functional
Here's a picture of one of the matzot I made. Happy Pesach to everyone!

Jumblr, important question.
Do you like matzah?
I know to the more sane ones among us the very notion that matzah is tasty or good may sound preposterous. And yet, somehow, such baffling humans, who enjoy burnt-tasting dried flour-water paste exist.
So yeah I was just wondering :)
I mean like, the regular kind. Not fancy egg matzah or whatever.

Jewish culture is being so excited for pesach so you can finally get Matzoh and share fried Matzoh with your goy partner. Except it has to be made by your father as no one makes it better than he does.
SOOOO TRUE !!!! I <3 sharing food and culture with my friends
