Is the kid at the end of episode 2 Mobius?

It would make perfect sense.

Mobius and Loki were literally just talking about finding Mobius's past hours ago.The foreshadowing all adds up. Plus, at some point they brought up that he would have a different name. His original name is not Mobius. What if it was Jack?

But anyway, if you look at how the kid is dressed-

(a tan overcoat, a striped tie, yellow? brown? clogs, and a white collared shirt)

-it seems a bit familiar..

The yellowish brown clogs, a white collared shirt, a brown suit, and tie.

Sure, we can take this as the TVA having their own dress code in hues of brown and suites-

But they all wear it differently.

B-15 wears black formal clothes with no blazer and a red tie. It's representative of being a hunter since they all wear black.

Loki wears the brown suits and all, but he constantly changes how he wears it. He pops the collar, takes off the blazer entirely, rolls up his sleeves, etc. Plus, he has a different tie than everyone else.

Casey never wears the blazer, so it's apparently not a strict requirement.

O.B. doesn't wear a suit at all due to the work he does.

Renslayer wears the suit and all, but it's different. She has a yellow undershirt, a colorfully patterned tie, she keeps it buttoned, etc.

The uniforms for McDonalds at the time were striped red and white, as seen in the episode. The kid chose to wear a tie of his own volition, it's his style.

THEN, Mobius is the only one where he a) keeps the blazer unbuttoned b) wears lighter, laceless shoes, and c) is that specific type of awkward when talking to someone.

When the kid was talking to Sylvie, he said: "Cool, cool." Repeating the same word, but softer. He does it without truly tripping over his words, more so repeating them. Pretending to be casual,but visibly nervous. It is Mobius's sort of mannerism.

The year is 1982. That means that in our present day, Mobius would be in his mid fifties just about. It would also suggest that he was taken by the TVA around now. Seeing as he has gray hair, this shows it could be accurate.

If this were to be true, it means a 2 things.

1. Mobius had a friendship of sorts with Sylvie when he was younger (could be why he is so interested in learning about Lokis in the TVA, they are familiar)

2. Sylvie chose this fast food place on purpose. It couldn't be random. To 'accidentally' find the same job that her variant's friend worked at as a teen. She is planning something.

Okay big-brain tinfoil-hat Marvel theory: Alpine is actually Kobik. Think about it. Alpine doesn't appear until *after* the whole Kobik saga, and then Kobik never appears again. Kobik's colours are blue and white, and Alpine is a white cat with blue eyes. What if Kobik either intentionally or unintentionally took the form of a cat and made her way back to Bucky?

Cause myopia and hypermetropia aren't infections, they're distortions in the shape of the eyeball, which causes the lens to either get thicker or thinner and changes the position inside our eyes where the image is formed.

OKAY SO - someone mentioned this idea for the Vengeance of Moon Knight, and while it may sound extremely bad—like I’m Mat-patting it up in here while comparing things that may not make sense—it’s Mackay, and he makes me go insane.

The idea was behind what was introduced in Issue 8 of MK 2021 — stories. (If you see this, op, PLEASE dm me or at least message on here so I can add credit <3)

More below! :)

Issue 8 was the first main issue for Hunters Moon. If you don’t remember, MK was facing imprisonment because of what was happening in Devils Reign, and Detective Flint needed help with an investigation surrounding Scarlet Fasinera.

As the issue goes on, Hunters Moon finds Scarlet, brings her down via Khonshu, and apologizes to Reese.

Overall, it’s a pretty cut and dry story! However, what really stood out about THIS issue and THIS issue alone is that it talks about how powerful stories are, and it’s never talked about again. Maybe that’s coincidence, but there are major parallels to how Scarlet survived through becoming a story, and what Moon Knight has done.

First: The wall paintings.

On the left is how Scarlet survived through becoming a story. People prayed to her. The second, well, Marc sums it up well in the first issue:

DO YOU SEE WHAT I MEAN?? Not to say that Moon Knight can PROBABLY come back as a story, but I’m saying that. He’s already set up to be with the paintings on the walls AND his death.

We do not see this EVER again in the run, so that’s why it’s very suspicious to me… I know Mackay loves stories that constantly have action, but as we've seen for the entire run, everything has a meaning and a place in the story. It'd be odd if this was just thrown to the wolves with no further exposition.

Second: her talk about stories.

IF Moon Knight comes back through those symbols, the story is crafted by those beliefs and prayers (AND it's not just Mackay's Moon Knight run we see this motif- even in the current Avengers run, also written by him, we hear that when Thor fights the horrifying biblically accurate angel).

However, what strikes out to me is the "A story changes in the telling, Hunters Moon, but never learns."

Do you know how we see this new Moon Knight portrayed? That's right. Bloody and ruthless are a few words I can name off the top of my head. We have not seen a cover yet, except for issue one and the variants, that is them not fighting someone.

Do you know how Moon Knight is seen in a lot of peoples eyes? Bloody and ruthless. Do you know how stories are made? Through beliefs of other people. We even see this in issue #25!!

It's easier to be someone who everyone else knows. Not yourself. If no one knows who you are, truly, than your story—your new life—is not going to be yourself. Who you actually were, but it is you. To other people, you are the same.

Now, to end this all off... An excerpt from Badr:

Okay Loki S2 E5 Reaction/ Review Time

SPOILERS AHEAD BEWARE

"Science / Fiction"

OH MY GOD THAT TITLE

I cant believe I was right about all of them being scattered across different time line branches, Loki having to get his friends back and them not having memories of him :O

Also the fact that the fans predicted Casey to be a dangerous / criminal because he was always so gentle in the TVA and then we see him breaking out of freaking Alcatraz?! And the fish references too XD

B15 being a Doctor was so freaking wholesome, she really just wants to help people whetevee she is :D

OB being a Scifi Author and Scientist was just perfect XDDDD

AND WE FINALLY GOT MOBIUS ON A JETSKI THIS IS A WIN FOR THE FANDOM

And again, the fact that the fans immediately predicted that Mobius was a (single) dad in his life, because they spotted a couple toys in front of the house in the mid season trailer :D

(I could literally hear the fanfiction authors melt into a puddle at the potential of Loki x single dad Mobius XD)

And the fact that he isnt just a Dad, no he is a SINGLE FATHER of TWO SONS

The freaking parallel of Mobius' two sons and young Thor & Loki?!

One being a lil mischievous prankster and the other (most likely the older) one who has to keep him out of trouble?! And the fact that he said he loves snakes?!?! That is just straight up a Thor reference?!

No wonder Mobius knows how to deal with people like Loki XD

But as much as I like the parallel of the two sons, I also feel kinda weird about what it could imply for Mobius, like does that mean he is supposed to be a mirror or opposite of Odin? A version of a dad that didnt mess up with their parenting? That this is why Loki feels drawn to Mobius? Is that what we were supposed to conclude from that?

I know we joke about Loki liking older men, and of course Loki has his daddy issues, but if Mobius is an opposite of Odin then what does that mean for Lokius?

Now to some more lore related stuff:

Can I just say that the spaghettification effect is absolutely terrifying?!?! (as stupid as it may sound) Seeing people get spaghettified fills me with just as much dread as the Dusting from the Snap, but it is so much more horrifying because it looks so brutal compared to how "gentle" the Dusting effect is....

Then Loki & Sylvie's talk about being selfish, about their own wants & needs

"Whats wrong with wanting sth?" -  she asks Loki, but in reality, has Loki ever gotten anything he truly desired? (At least L1130 hasnt, man went straight from the Events of Thor 1, to Thanos to the New York attack, he was never able to mend his relationship with Thor or find friends...)

Now... Sylvie, she still frustrates me.... I do get that she wants a life, but you cant just stab or ignore your way out of everything... plus their world is still ending as a matter fact...

It literally took her fav lil branch getting wiped out, to realize that she was wrong, that Loki was right all along, and that was AFTER she had just convinced Loki to give up his quest... because "wanting his friends back" would make him just as "selfish" as her wanting a life... But the difference is, that while Sylvie would chose her life, instead of helping fix everything, ignoring the casualties it brings, Loki would be self sacrificial enough to give up his own needs, which he literally was about to do, until Sylvie got back because she finally wanted to help avoid the impending doom that threatened to destroy them all.

I think we all kinda knew Loki's drive wasnt necessarily saving the TVA, but wanting/ needing his friends back and wanting to keep them save, but Loki actually admitting that he "wants his friends back, that he doesnt want to be alone"

THAT BROKE ME

Especially with the motive of "no one deserves to be alone" but the Lokis only ever having themselves to find comfort, and if they tried to change that, the TVA showed up to prune them, loneliness was literally what drove Classic Loki out of his hiding and into the arms of the TVA.

And Loki saying "Without them (his friends), where do I belong?"

I didnt know it was possible, but that broke me even more... he just wants a place where he is wanted and safe...

Then the time slipping, Loki being able to Control it?! IS THAT HOW THE MCU INTRODUCES LOKI BEING A WORLD WALKER?!

Loki realizing "Its not about the when, where or why. Its about the Who" (god that part was so sweet, right in the FEELS, it was so over for me, my heart cant take much more of this)

And finally Loki chosing to rewrite "The Story"... actually "Play God" thats now full confirmation of Loki God of Stories right?! RIGHT?! I wanna see my boy, God of Stories Loki is one of my Fave Lokis :DDDD

Who is Ouroboros?

Ok, let's talk crazy theories.

Watched first episode of Loki. That shit was so intense. This season already set up an insane amount of potencial and I really REALLY hope it delivers.

So let's start with the theory that it is all a time loop and the person who prunes Loki in front of the elevator is his future self. Most popular theory suggest this goes down on the final episode, when the characters become aware of the loop and have to rush to complete it.

This would make the start and the finale of the season the same scenario. It would give a special meaning to the first episode being titled "ouroboros". (If this is true it would be very cool if the final episode is also titled that, we start the same way we ended)

The Ouroboros is a common symbol in myth, represented as a snake or sometimes a dragon eating its own tail. It's suppose to represent the cycle present on nature, the eternal birth and re-birth of things. Things that fall and then rise only to fall again. The beginning is the end and the end is the beginning.

In the show, Ouroboros is not just a concept here, is a chararacter.

Him. Is implied he is one of the founding members of the TVA, or at least one of it's first employees. He also seems to be one of the only people in the TVA who has never had his memory erased.

That, and his unique comprehension of the science of time, makes him very valuable, maybe even vital to the functioning of the TVA. Thematically it would make sense, that the "ouroboros" (aka the cycle itself) is what holds it all together.

And you know who is also an Ouroboros in norse mythology? Loki's son. The snake Jörmundgander.

Now here comes the REAL crazy theory I've seen: Ouroboros is Loki's "future" son in the show. (I say future with comas because the flow of time in this show is more complicated then that, but you know what I mean). That is why his color is green in contrast to the brown, yellow and orange of the rest to TVA.

And, Jörmundgander is also one of the monsters to bring the Ragnarök. Now, Ragnarök is something that already happened in the MCU. Or is it?

Maybe, the destruction of Asgard is not the actual Ragnarök, is just what the characters interpreted as when their world got destroyed. But what about an event that would sink it all in chaos and bring the complete destruction of the universe? Now that sounds more like a real Ragnarök.

The Ragnarök also has cyclical significance. It talks of a cosmovision where everything is destined to be destroyed in chaos, only to be re-born. That is also why Loki has been interpreted as a chaos deity. He is the one that unleashes the Ragnarok, the agent of chaos, his children are the monsters that destroy it all.

We know the war between timelines is the big treath that could destroy everything. Could this be our true Ragnarök? Is it a coincidence that a Loki variant, Sylvie, was the one to probably set it in motion when she killed He Who Remains?

Ever since Avengers: Secret Wars was announced, is been a common theory that in it, the MCU will be destroyed (or close to it) and then re-set. Would make sense if we take the Ragnarök analogy.

Taking the wild assumption that all this is true, could we be looking at a major player here? If Ouroboros represents Jörmundgander, could he be the key to destroy and maybe re-start eveything?

If they went with this rout it would be really cool, actually. I'm aware they probably won't and I'll have to make a fanfic about it but one can dream.

Hello MCU fandom, I'm really bored now and I'm also pissed at Marvel for not knowing shit about countries and their developments so in retaliation I've decided to make my own version of where Sokovia would be located as a fellow Slav.

I'm pretty sure it would have been somewhere around what we know as Vojvodina today, and Vojvodina is really diverse, it's a melting pot basically, so it does make sense. And the Cyrillic they used was Serbian as some people on Reddit pointed out.

It was a few days before the two of you were alone again, having to share tents with more people the last few nights, and being gracefully interrupted that other night by wyatt needing help with something yet again. but the moment you did get her alone, it took everything in you not to press your lips to hers, feeling the two of you needed to talk about where things were going before kissing again, because if you didn’t, you feared the addiction of her lips would become too much.

you were in a new country now, far far away from the church you last met in, but you revelled in the fact that you were still gazing at the same stars you always had. karli had pulled you into a small room- more like a closet- in the place you were staying; a couple were in favour of the movement and offered their house to support the flag smashers for a night or two, and you took full advantage of that.

there was a silence between you after those two words were exchanged, a silence more awkward than before, supposing all the possibilities that could be explored now the barrier is broken caused some tension between you two. you had not much seen this side of Karli, her usual self being confident- and hot- and calm…this was the opposite: her breath was heavy and shaky, her eyes darting between features on your face and anything else in the room, her mind too busy to focus on one thing, before you bring your hands to her face, cupping her checks and forcing her to look at you.

“hey” you start, knowing that the pair of you came in here to talk, and someone had to start or you’d be there for hours (not that you’d mind)

“breath, yeah?” you chuckled, and she let out a huff along with you, not realising she had stopped taking in air.

Once she had collected her breath she gestured for the two of you to sit, or try to, with the space given. There were unspoken words between the two, both knowing you needed to talk but neither wanting to start. ironic really; we were the only people each other could truly rely on to talk to, yet here we were, neither saying a word.

“Look i’m sorry about the other day i just got ahead of myself and- You know what, no. i’m not sorry” she finally started, “i have wanted to kiss you again ever since that night, and honestly, it’s taking a lot for me to not kiss you right now- that’s not the point, the point is, I really like you, and judging by the other night i think you like me too” that made you chuckle, “but i don’t want this to be some kind of fling or friends with benefits situation. If you don’t want a relationship, i respect that, and i want us to still be friends, because the only thing worse than you not being mine, is you not being in my life entirely-“

“would you shut up and ask me out already?” you were impatient to say the least

“okay okay i’m getting there…eh whatever, will you please please be my girlfriend? and if the answer is yes can i please kiss you again?” the fact that she had to ask astounded you, because in your mind you had always been hers, and always will be.

“yes and yes. pleasure doing business with you-“

“oh shut up” and with that she dragged you closer than humanly superhumanly possible, and pressed smiling lips to yours, etching to get out of this closet [cough] as soon as possible and brag to everyone that you were finally hers.

So the new photo of Jake got me thinking

I’m not even sure about all of that, probably just going crazy without moon knight

You see how one of his eye is bigger? So that reminded me of the scene where we all agree jake the one who’s in control

His eyes is very big. At first I thought it’s because he is sedated, buuuut here’s Marc clearly sedated and his eyes look more normal sized

Also we have Steven with normal size eyes

So I think in this scene its actually Jake, I think he let Marc know what there were talking about, but he took control because he is the protector of a body and all of what’s been going on brought pain

But I’m probably just imagining stuff cause I’m in love with Jake

on zoe and her line that went something like ”Kamala should wait to tell the world until she’s ready.”

possibly major spoilers for s2 ahead (and spoilers for the comics. and episode 6.)

In the comics, Zoe’s story went somewhat similarly to the show: she was a popular white girl who started out as kind of a bitch then ended up being one of Kamala’s biggest allies. However, Zoe’s character was also a lot more complex.

To understand what I’m about to say, you have to know what was happening in the comics at this time. Basically Kamala was fighting this AI sentient virus thing called doc.x, and it could see all of her information. It then used that to access her friend’s information, including Zoe’s.

When it saw Zoe’s things, it found love letters, written to none other than Zoe’s close friend Nakia. It told Kamala about this (she was incredibly supportive by the way, she’s a really good friend as is shown in the show) and told her that if she didn’t do something (i forget what) it would email Zoe’s letters to the entire school.

“Oh but Falcon, if Kamala was such a good friend, why didn’t she do the thing that the Doc.x virus wanted her to?” She couldn’t. If I remember right, Doc.x wanted her to give up, and she wasn’t going to do that.

So instead, she went to talk to Zoe, who completely understood, but obviously was also mortified that Kamala knew and terrified that soon, so would all of Coles Academic High School, including, of course, Nakia.

Being the good friend that she was, Zoe confessed everything to Nakia, who was very understanding but didn’t reciprocate Zoe’s feelings. However, the letters were still sent out and Zoe was outed as a lesbian against her will to the entire school.

When 19999 Zoe says that Kamala should be allowed to keep her identity private, and to Nakia nonetheless, that’s foreshadowing for what I’m sure will happen soon.

!!!ACROSS THE SPIDER VERSE SPOILERS AHEAD!!!

So I was re-watching atsv and I noticed that Pav doesn’t have a watch and I was a bit confused because (correct me if I’m wrong) he was referred to as part of the spider society which could be reinforced by the fact that he’s friends with Gwen and Hobie. So my first thought was that maybe he’s one of those “part timers” Gwen mentions. Another thing I noticed is that he doesn’t seem to know about the canon, when his event is happening we can see that instead of stepping back and letting it take place he tries to intervene.

So my theory is that all the spider people who are full time members of the spider society have had their canon events, they are the people that won’t interfere. People like Pav haven’t had their canon events yet so to make sure the canon events go ahead they are aloud to help out with low scale missions that won’t affect the canon and won’t let them know the canon events exist.

“what about earth 199 999 Peter?” I hear you asking, simple, Miguel doesn’t like him and that’s why he’s not a part of the spider society, same for Miles.

In conclusion of my theory in order for a spider person to be able to join the spider-society they have to have had at least one canon event, they have to have grown from that canon event and they have to be good at being a Spider-Person (obviously).

So with “Yellow Spandex Wolverine” showing up in Deadpool 3, the more I’m convinced that DP3 is going to be about Wade traveling the multiverse and ending up in the MCU. Maybe all the time traveling Wade did in DP2 fucked with his universe so much that he accidentally caused an incursion.

Two implications from that possibility:

1) The Fox X-Men universe would be wiped out due to Wade’s incursion (RIP)

2) Variants of the Fox X-Men characters could still show up due to the existence of “Yellow Spandex Wolverine”. So, it’s Marvel Studios using the Fox X-Men characters without actually using them.
