They should hate each other's guts. Men in black should find out about ghosts and GIW and decide that GIW are idiots and their stupidity can cause interdimensional conflict. They should decide that creatures from other dimension are not that different from aliens and they can work with that. They should take over the GIW. They should have fights about jurisdiction with GIW.
