Help! I'm writing a fic for a fandom I like but only know about the certain series and game I'm writing about as a casual 'I know this and that because I watched scenes and read the wiki but have never seen all of the episodes/never played with the game' and I've written nine pages of very thought provoking dialogue in the past two days so far that probably wouldn't slide well with the fandom because it contradicts many things in the established canon but I don't care because the cycle of nature doesn't have a good and evil side, Carl, the cycle of nature just cycles, don't blame nature when the people are the ones who use it for good or bad because they were never taught HOW to properly use it and how to deal with emotions in a HEALTHY way, and I abso-fucking-lutely LOVE writing this!!!!!! (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
#will this post show up in the main tags if I write the fandom and characters inside a long ramble of tag or not?#let's tempt fate! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ︵ ┻━┻#I'm watching sw the old republic gameplays and you can say I became obsessed with darth marr and lana#because they are sith but they are not like the sith I'm used to like sidious or maul and I'm intrigued to say the least#then there's ezra and I know I never got to finish rebels and I'm still at the clone wars season 3 with my chorological rewatch#but I know a huge part of his story was his temtation by the dark side and maul and the whole 'ohmygod ezra will be a sith when he returns!#then there was the post I reblogged the other day about the light and dark side of the force#and that the force is not good or bad it's just a force of nature and it's a part of everyone and everything#and that yin and yang are not about good and evil it's just opposite things that are in balance#and the daughter is called the winged goddess in legends and morai is a little owl sitting on her shoulder on the painting and#is connected to ahsoka#and the son is called the fanged god in legends and he had loth-wolves by his feet on the earlier mentioned painting#and they are connected to ezra#and there's this whole theory that if anakin takes the father's place to keep the balance in the force and if ahsoka takes the place of the#daughter as the representation of the light side then ezra may take the place of the son as the representation of the dark side#but the thing is that doesn't have to mean that he becomes evil or something!#on the contrary!#and my mind just went 'BANG! I need to write this!!!'#so I am writing it :D#please don't show up in the main tags :'D

mm yeah, I'm definitely replacing onomatophobia to a different keyword for Ania to be more suitable and fitting.
onomatophobia does not really mesh in well with my oc's lore.

was thinking abt marrissey again and i realized one of the reasons i'm so fascinated with that relationship and everything that surrounded it is that it feels real. in every way. like... the trajectory of it, with its absence of closure which now seems impossible to achieve... the mundane tragedy of a close relationship fading away because of time, circumstances, changing of interpersonal values... because of life, essentially. ultimately, whether their relationship was romantic or just platonic doesn't really matter because, even though its breaking down was obviously amplified by the celebrity status of the people involved, it remains, at its heart, a bittersweet story of lifelong misunderstandings, a neverending mourning of what could've been, yet wasn't. and after all, isn't that what life is? for everyone?

omg i'd forgotten about the ask function until now and been racking my brain how to thank you for the tag and communicate to you that my listening habits were out of whack for the first 10 months of the year last year omg :( i was just listening to my Discover Weekly and Release Radar playlists and not paying attention to the artists, never mind albums. it was so boring :( but then in November, i had my Great Re-Awakening and plunged headfirst into my old faves' discogs and relistened to the entirety of Suede, the Smiths and Morrissey. i screeched at your inclusion of LDR. ok, hear me out, Lana and Morrissey... yeah? there's a literal Pitchfork article comparing them, their love for the bygone eras and bad boys. manifesting a collab!
I totally get it dw :), I don't have Spotify premium so most of Music I hear is songs I downloaded into my phone. However I am getting more used to listening to albums and discovering new artists and their discographies. Usually I just listen to songs on repeat until I have fatigue (but i'm changing!)
Look, I haven't seen that article but I already agree and it is a comparison I have thought about a lot. We're not the only ones either, once I saw some annoying meme saying the Smiths is LDR for men (ugh... WRONG!) When the open letter drama of last year happened I couldn't stop thinking "I bet Moz is listening to Lana while crying over Johnny now". I just know he listens to Lana while thinking of the men I'm his life. Someone please make an edit or moodboard of the Open Letter events with LDR songs please (bonus if they're from Ultraviolence.)
However while a collab between them would be wonderful, I can especially see them covering a classic standard, I would actually prefer or really want to see Lana collab with Johnny Marr instead. That is an idea that has been floating on my mind daily. I just know that he could easily come up with extremely beautiful music for her to sing and write lyrics over. Also, he loves collaborating with newer artists especially female ones. Obviously I hope she collabs with both of them (or The Smiths 👉👈) but for me personally a song (or songs...) with Johnny would be a match made in heaven.

13 & 27 for the player asks <3
This ask.
13. Which planet’s aesthetic/atmosphere do you enjoy the most?
Alderaan, no doubt. I just love spending my time there doing nothing but admiring the beauty of the planet. I hate doing the heroic there solo but I do it anyway because I love the plANET I MEAN LOOK AT THIS
Tumblr media
27. If you could make any current NPC a player companion, who would you pick?
If it's NPC that we never had any chance to become a companion it would be Orgus Din, yeah he's dead I know but still.
If it's an NPC that we had a chance to become a companion but not permanent then it would be Tau Idair (Buff women make me asfhajfkahfksjaf)

a bit of a rant about myself and writing woes.
i hate that my vocabulary knowledge vs memory sucks so much that I forgot a lot of words that i learnt after one day, then it eludes me the next day.
and then when my muses got an idea for my swtor characters and story event, i had to find a word to describe the situation.
i know im not cut out to be a writer and i often asked myself why do i write when i struggled to find the words? and being a perfectionist and had elitist roleplayers grammar fun policing me can put me down at times. (enough for me to stop associating or doing anything with mass effect for years).
ah, if only i had a perfect memory brain and not forgot 1000+ words that i needed to use in writing.
if i didnt write, i wouldn't had shared anything about my swtor verse after coming back from on/off hiatus. not bc i know not a lot of friends or followers were interested in my contents bc of the characters I'm hyperfixing on. it just mostly i struggled with writing vs grammars vs repetitive words/verbs vs tenses.

Oh, I forgot —
So I finished Set the Boy Free by Johnny Marr. It’s fantastic - very long on Kindle, so you may want to rent the book at the library. It was done by himself and is in first person. I thought it was really cool to see him go from just this little kid who knew nothing about anything to knowing he played in many bands that I have heard of or listened to in the past. Very inspiring read!
Now I’m reading Paint my Name in Black and Gold : The Rise of the Sisters of Mercy by Andrews Mark. (Is it Mark Andrews? I don’t know.) It is funny so far - learning things about not only Andrew Eldritch, but seeing connections between the two (Johnny and Andrew) and some of the locations they have been together (The Smiths opened for Sisters of Mercy before, did you know?)
I’ll let you know how this one goes!

I keep being taken aback by the fact that Fallen Empire came out in 2015.
I started playing this game in 2014. '14! I've played this game only o n e year before this abomination˟ came out?!
I've made a new legacy only two months after FE came out 😂 Just said "Fck this, I'm out" and started anew.
..and eight years later, I still hold a grudge against how they treated Darth Marr. tbh I don't just hold it, it is growing ever stronger.
