the mariokart characters the batfamily play as (100% canon my words are gospel)

dick: waluigi. he doesn't even like him all that much, but he played him one time and has felt obliged to play him ever since. he's grown fond of him though. if they're matching and jason's playing as wario, they make a truce pact, tim hates it.

jason: i think he's partial to donkey kong, but he's a gremlin and doesn't play as one character consistently (literally the only person ever who does this). he'll flip between wario (matching with dick), bowser, dry bones, donkey kong etc. he has the tendency to play as characters which he 'connects to on a spiritual level'.

tim: baby peach, he thinks it's funny. especially when jason's playing as big old donkey kong and he gets flung off the map by. baby peach. he played regular peach once and hated it, it doesn't have the same feel to it.

damian: yoshi, he'll act like he doesn't care what character he plays as, but every. time. he grabs up yoshi as quick as he can. he just really likes him, no logistical explanation, which is refreshing.

So imagine with me king boo and Luigi are participating in a race

King who is in first place and he can see the finish line it’s the third and final lap. Him and Luigi have been on each other’s tail since the very beginning.

King boo thinks that he’s in the clear and that he’s about to win everything only to see Luigi turn un-invisible

that’s right,

he was using a boo’s power to pass king boo

And KB was absolutely flabbergasted I mean come on the absolute audacity AND YOU THINK THAT IT COULDN’T GET WORSE BUT NO you’d be wrong because then Luigi turns his vehicle around to look king boo directly in the eye with the biggest shit eating grin you have ever seen on the green Plummer

King boo starts to walk away and ignore his boyfriends attempts in calling him back. And Daisy comes up to Luigi to give him congratulations but after noticing his pout, she asks if everything‘s all right Luigi tells his best friend what his conversation with his boyfriend was and Daisy responds with laughter and after finally able to calm herself down, she asks “ Do you think he was serious?” enter that Luigi merely just shrugged his shoulders saying how king boo likes to be dramatic in the situation, but he also likes to cuddle so we’ll have to see which of his desires he wants to act on more being dramatic or cuddling

When Luigi went back to his mansion, that night he did, in fact, find all of the doors that lead to bedrooms locked, and when he woke up early in the afternoon the next day he found out his boyfriend curled up in his arms.

(Luigi would be upset if it wasn’t so adorable)
