Lake Kingdom
With the Broodals now gone new things have opened up. For one the stairs that had been broken from the entrance to the courtyard was now fixed so I don’t have to go all the away around. On the wall of the stairs halfway up was a sign with a Hint Art from what looks like Cascade Kingdom. I’ll have to check it out later. By the small pond where the picture frame was there was Lakita so I took control of it and went fishing. I then fished out a moon (#15 Lake Fishing). I then found a zipper in the water and opened it to find my last purple coins for the area. Yay! 50/50. I also found a seed in the passageway where the spiky floor was and took it over to the fish bowl ground floor where there was a resident beside a pot. I just have to wait for it to grow now. Outside the fish bowl I found a resident on the floating little island with a pool of water in the center. She wanted to see a Cheep Cheep up close. So I took control of one and jump up into the small pool of water and the resident gave me a moon (#16 I Met a Lake Cheep Cheep!).

Lake Kingdom
By the fish bowl area on the wall I saw a red door. I had to use a bouncy flower to get up to it. I was in a block challenge where I had to scoot on ledges and had to avoid the black fuzzy creatures. At the end was my moon (#24 Jump, Grab, Cling, and Climb). I couldn’t find any more moons to get so I went to the Courtyard area and went up the steps to the main platform where I confronted the Broodals again. I went up against the tall bunny guy in suspenders. I didn’t have any trouble with him, I just had to avoid his spiky hat. Once I knocked him out I got a Multi Moon (#1 Broodals Over the Lake).

Lake Kingdom
I was able to get to the other side of where I had began the kingdom called the Courtyard. There was a small pond up on a cliff and inside was a painting. I could already use it so I hopped in.
Sand Kingdom
I was back in the Sand Kingdom on a lone floating platform with a flag checkpoint and a moon which I grabbed (#62 Secret Path to Tostarena!). I then went back into the painting.
Lake Kingdom
I went back to the ship and turned in the moons I had and unlocked the other location to the Wooded Kingdom, but I wasn’t ready to leave yet. I was trying to save since I hadn’t yet. I went through an entire kingdom without saving. But going to the Odyssey didn’t do it. On the upside, I have now have collected 80 moons. I made my way back to the Courtyard area and near where the stairs were supposed to be, I found a zipper on the wall and opened it up to reveal an opening where I could walk across to a gated area where there was a moon waiting (#4 Hidden Passage). Back in the area with the fish bowl I was swimming around near the surface when I noticed there was an opening at the top of the fish bowl and could get to the 3rd floor. I then pressed the button at the back of the tube in the center to open the door and I could swim up the tube to get to the top where there was no water. I pressed the other button to lower the platform and I used the bouncy flower to get over to the glittering box. I broke it and revealed a moon (#5 What’s in the Box?).

Lake Kingdom
Continuing on my moon hunt, I went around the Underwater Entrance to collect moon shards. They were all easy to find around the area but there was one that I couldn’t find. I ended up finding it on top of a house inside a fish bowl on the left. With the way it was shaped it was warped enough the I couldn’t see it. But once I got all 5 I got the moon (#12 Moon Shards in the Lake). Inside the main fish bowl area was a pool with a deep underground tunnel. It was really deep and I ran out of air the first time I tried it. The second attempt I used ground pound in the water to fall down faster and I made it down to an underground fish bowl where I found Captain Toad. He was searching for power moons and he gave me the one he found (#18 Let’s Go Swimming, Captain Toad!). In hindsight, I could have used a Cheep Cheep to swim down...oh well. Moving on. On the lower level of the fish bowl there was a narrow passageway to the left with a door and I found a resident hiding there. She said not to tell anyone about the secret room and gave me a moon (#17 Our Secret Little Room).

Lake Kingdom
I was now in a new area where there was a lot more of the residents. On the surface there was a cliff to the left with a jumping flower and a pipe. Inside was where I could do another old-school Mario mural and in this one I had to collect music notes with in the time limit. It took me 2 tries because I fell off the elevator bar and it knocked me off tempo, but I got them all the second time and got a moon (#14 Taking Notes: In the Cliffside). The next moon I found was easy because it was on the back of the blue swimming dinosaur in a top hat, easy (#2 Dorrie-Back Rider). I then went into the fish bowl area where I didn’t have to worry about air as there was no water. The Cap Store was to the right and the counter at the left had a moon for 100 coins, score! (#19 Shopping in Lake Lamode). At the counter to the right I bought the outfit for this kingdom with purple coins. I had a full body bathing suit and an inner tube. So stylish! I then went to the second floor of the fish bowl and the resident to the right let me in the locked door. I found myself inside the display window where the Wedding Gown had been. I used Cappy on the mannequin and I got a moon out of it (#21 I Feel Underdressed).

Lake Kingdom
I was now in the Lake Kingdom and it’s so blue and pretty. It looked like everything was glittering. When I got there the residents of the kingdom were upset because Bowser and his minions had come and had stolen the Lochlady Dress. I found my first moon right by the ship in a glow-y spot on the floor (#6 On the Lakeshore). Inside the water before the entrance of the kingdom there was a music note and I had to gather all the music notes in the circle before time ran out to get the moon (#13 Taking Notes: Dive and Swim). I found one of those strange stones in the entrance part, they may come into play when I beat the game. I continued on and found a part of a wall that had a zipper that I had to unzip to reveal an opening, that was so cool! I then went into the tunnel and swim in and I went to the right where there were spikes on the floor and a treasure chest at the dead end. Inside was a moon (#8 Treasure in the Spiky Waterway). Now going left, I got to the Underground Entrance. I was able to take control of a Cheep Cheep, so cute! I didn’t have to worry about running out of air now. Right above where I came out of there was 6 openings and in the top middle one had a moon (#3 Cheep Cheep Crossing).

I found all the moons I could find in Sand Kingdom so it was time to move on. I got back in the ship and gave it the power moons and powered it up to get to the next kingdom. I now have found 69 moons. Yay! Progress. I wonder how many total there are... I could chose which one to go to, so I decided on the Lake Kingdom where they have a famous wedding gown.

It was a late night in New Donk City. Pauline loved her job; her position of mayor was fulfilling in a way she never expected it to be. She was born to lead. And yet, she felt as though she was missing something. Pauline always felt this way, but only when she made herself home to her penthouse suite. It was empty, with nobody there to make her cold home feel warm.
And then, lights flashed.
She ran to her balcony, not even bothering to put her jacket back on and looked to see a spaceship hovering right in front of her building. A blond woman stood there in a black leotard, a smirk on her face as she looked down at Pauline; something that she could do naturally even without the vantage point of her ship.
"Missed me?" Samus asked as she hopped onto the balcony and scooped up Pauline into a hug before sharing a passionate kiss under the moonlight once her ship vanished.
Their relationship wasn't always easy on either of them. At the drop of her hat, Samus could be away for weeks, even months, on another job across the universe. But when she was here, there was bliss.
With another huff, the cosmic bounty hunter carried Pauline back inside. They kissed, they talked, they kissed some more; a lot more. But before Pauline could leave bruises on her neck, Samus decided to leave some bruises on her ass and pulled the mayor across her lap, wanting her bottom to match her dress.
SMACK! SMACK!
Pauline felt she was in heaven. It worked almost too well; Samus loved to spank and Pauline liked to be spanked. And Samus was a strong woman; those muscles weren't for show. Every smack sent shivers up her spine and left Pauline panting.
"Is that...all you got?" Pauline managed to say through short breaths.
"Oh?" Samus asked, "am I not spanking hard enough?"
"Hardly." Pauline smirked, "Mario did a better job."
A little known fact about Samus Aran; she might've been the toughest woman you'd ever meet, but she was easily jealous. And bringing up her ex-boyfriend doing a better job at spanking? That was a button you should never push with her.
But Pauline loved to smash that button.
CRACK!
And thus, heavy smacks became much heavier. Pauline would be sleeping on her tummy tonight, but at least her apartment would be warm~

Sand Kingdom
On top of the Inverted Kingdom there was a moving bump in the floor and I had to hit it with Cappy to stun it and then ground pound it, I had to be quick and I got the moon (#23 The Lurker Under the Stone). Back in town, my final flower in the pot was done so I broke it open to get the moon (#27 Desert Gardening: Seed on the Cliff). I then went to the ruins again and found an alcove that I had missed by the quick sand. The moon was just waiting there for me (#6 Alcove in the Ruins). I went back into the Underground Temple in the hole under the inverted pyramid and in the part with the Bullet Bills I noticed that there was a platform on the other side of a wall to the right, so I used Bullet Bill to get over to it and found myself on top of the wall. At the end past a narrow walkway, I found a treasure chest with a moon (#47 Underground Treasure Chest). I then dropped down and went down to where I had fought the stone face boss and I had to keep killing the ghost things and I got a moon (#49 Under the Mummy’s Curse).

i love those Nintendo Direct moments that unify us all. Like, remember that one Mario Odyssey trailer that started off with just, like, a normal ass t-rex, and everyone's immediate reaction was "uhhh, Monster Hunter????" That was my first thought, that's how every reaction i watched went, hell, i'm sure even some actual Monster Hunter fans were duped!

Sand Kingdom
I went across the chasm from the ruins and found another scarecrow at the ruins there. I put Cappy on it and had to roll through the blocks and wall jump up to the top before the time ran out. I grabbed my moon at the top (#28 Sand Kingdom Timer Challenge 1). I got back to the Inverted Pyramid and called the Jaxi at the sign and rode it over to the empty spot, I was right saying it was the missing one as Jaxi said he remembered being there but he’s moved on from standing here. He gave me a moon (#39 Welcome Back, Jaxi!). I warped back to the town and the plant I had planted was ready so I broke it open and got my moon (#26 Desert Gardening: Ruins Seed). I went out to the desert and was wandering around and found another seed on a cliff, I immediately took it to town to plant it in the pot. Near where the Sphynx was I found a resident in a stone circle and he asked me to find his sheep. So I went around an herded the sheep to the circle, it was way too much run to fling them around when I hit them. I almost hit off a cliff, but got them all and got a moon for my trouble (#33 Herding Sheep in the Dunes). I remembered about the glowing cactus that was near a cliff edge and used Jaxi to ram it and break it. Then I ground pounded the glowing spot and got the moon hidden inside (#36 Among the Five Cactuses).

Back at the ruins again, I found a Goomba in a red hat that would disappear when I got close. I took control of some Goomba and went close to it and it sprouted hearts and gave me a moon (#35 Love in the Heart of the Desert). I went back into the quick sand whirlpool in the ruins and ended up in a cave. I had to be careful to not slip too much on the ice, I wall jumped up some moving pillars and on top of one of them was a moon (#50 Ice Cave Treasure). I got to the top of the Inverted Pyramid again and found Glydon, a flying  lizard, that I could take control of and glide around. There were a few to get nearby. First was on the pillar nearby that I could see, I glided down to it and grabbed the moon floating there (#13 On the Lone Pillar). Back to the Inverted Pyramid and glided down to where the Jaxi Ruins and in one of the treasure chests was a moon (#24 The Treasure of Jaxi Ruins). When I jumped down I saw another glittery bird, I hit it and it dropped a moon (#22 Bird Traveling the Wastes). Nearby on the other side and I found a P switch and had to race to get the key on the blocks that appeared and get the moon (#29 Sand Kingdom Timer Challenge 2).

I found a Koopa out in the desert who had a game for me called Trace-Walking. I just had to walk in a circle and try to get as close to the line that had disappeared as I walked. I got 93 points out of the required 80 and got a moon (#45 Walking the Desert!) I went by the poison lake again and found a scarecrow and I had to race across the  blocks over the poison to get a moon. I cheated and used the Jaxi I had been riding and got the moon no problem (#30 Sand Kingdom Timer Challenge 3). I found a seed in a small opening so I took it all the way to the town and put it in the pot. I moved on and was running over a sand dune and my game started rumbling, so I ground pounded the center and found a moon (#17 Top of a Dune). I went back to the ruins and saw a moon in a cage. So I used Bullet Bill to get over to the other side of the broken wall and break the cage to get the moon (#19 Bullet Bill Breakthrough).

Back outside, it wasn’t night anymore and it was hot. I went to look for more moons instead of moving on. A seed I had planted in the town was grown and when I hit it a moon came out (#25 Desert Gardening: Plaza Seed).  The rocket that was encased in ice on top of a building. I had to leave Cappy behind on the scarecrow and go through moving buildings and try not to fall. I made it to the end and got the moon (#60 Strange Neighborhood). Next I went to the thawed out Oasis and took control of the Lakitu and fished in the (#34 Fishing in the Oasis).

I went into the hole where the inverted pyramid was and ended up in the Underground Temple. Going through the path and being careful of the moving parts I found a moon up high. I had to stack Goombas to reach it (#48 Goomba Tower Assembly). I moved on and went through the maze of pillars as Bullet Bill to the Deepest Underground where I had to fight a giant face statue who was angry about the ring being stolen. Once I won I got a Multi Moon, the same one that was in the ice outside (#4 The Hole in the Desert).

I found a Sphynx and I had to answer their riddle, it was easy. Once I got it right, it moved to reveal a door. Inside was a gold room with a treasure chest with a moon inside (#51 Sphynx’s Treasure Vault). I talked to the Sphynx again and I got to answer some more questions, when I got them all right I got another moon (#41 Sand Quiz: Wonderful!)

The power lines were back on in the town so I followed one and halfway to the ruins I saw a moon and jumped off so I was on an archway and grabbed the moon (#11 On Top of the Stone Archway). While I was on the archway, I saw a glowing bird and hit it and it dropped a moon (#21 Bird Traveling the Desert).
Metro Kingdom
I found the painting again on the pillar by the ruins and it had paint on it so I could go in. I ended up in Metro Kingdom and right there was a moon (#51 Secret to New Donk City).
Sand Kingdom
Back in Sand Kingdom, I was near where the taxi was by the ruins. There were cardboard boxes laying around and I hit them with Cappy and happened to find a moon inside (#18 Lost in the Luggage).
