What do I think? It's OBVIOUS-- the woman is either trolling or is mentally ill. Of course, Extreme Shippers are going to run with it and make something out of nothing. But, I'm surprised anyone in the SANE part of the fandom gave it a second thought. I certainly didn't. What is there to think about? REALITY CHECK: Sam Heughan is NOT married to anyone, including Caitriona Balfe. And he has no children. Caitriona Balfe is married to Tony McGill and they have one son. So, anyone, fan or not, saying otherwise is either an Extreme Shipper, a troll, or mentally ill...sometimes all three. IOW nothing to see here.

Because one of the Anons mentioned she'd looked up the woman on Facebook, I briefly looked at her account also. And it's clear she is mentally ill. Her posts are rambling, nonsensical stuff. And she talks about being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. So, sadly, she does have a mental illness. 👇

Leave it to Extreme Shippers though, to weaponize a fan's mental illness and delusions to try to revive their long dead SamCait ship. Shameless doesn't begin to describe ES and their manipulations. It's disgusting.

Plus, Sam at the zoo? Hahaha. That should have been the first give away this sighting was FALSE.

Be careful about how you set boundaries or talk to a dangerous, vindictive, mentally unwell person bc they get paranoid very easily and will take anything you say the wrong way, and if you genuinely word something off on accident an apology won’t suffice bc they will come after you and try to fuck your life up or rape you over it and extreme people like this have no innate morality or heart. Just full of paranoia and anger issues. Best to keep your words MINIMAL meaning just say “leave me be please!” Or “I don’t wanna be bothered, thank you.” MIN-A-MAL.

Even then they’ll find a reason to hurt you;

for an example I set a boundary with a person when I was younger and when I said I didn’t want to talk and was sitting in my history class waiting for my teacher to arrive (to save my ass) the girl gave me a dirty look and accused me of talking shit, when I emphasized I just didn’t wanna talk, she said I obviously hated her bc “everyone did” and I didn’t know how to respond to my intentions being interpreted and my boundaries being set. Toxic response of her, although I sympathized with where she was coming from I didn’t realize the malice intentions this kid actually had.

So when I say mentally unwell, toxic people…if you notice red flags, and they can be subtle, you MUST steer clear of them always, set boundaries as nice as you can, and run! And don’t try to feel bad for them bc that’s a mistake that’ll get you hurt, just LEAVE. Make up any excuse or lie you can if you want, but set HARD boundaries and say you’re simply not interested in talking.

If you feel in immediate danger, esp a man, give a fake phone number if they ask for one (you can have one ready on a fake number app that’s downloadable, and temporary number websites) and act enthusiastic about seeing them “later in the week” bc you’re busy and gotta go somewhere rn and try to stay with a group of friends or family members when going out. Keep mace on you always and even a recording device and dash cam on your car for police evidence.

Manage your expectations. The more you expect YOU from the narcissist, the more disappointed you’ll be. Expecting the narcissist to suddenly be normal, respectful, understanding and logical is a great way to be more and more disappointed. Let yourself be disappointed instead of gaslighting yourself into believing that they will one day “see the error in their ways” and holding your breath for however much time you think they need to see the light or whatever. (Tip: pour that energy and effort into yourself and your healing journey.) When you expect them to be exactly who they are, it’s a lot less shocking to observe them being exactly who they are. Instead of having expectations of other people (in general too, not just narcs), taking them at face value and trusting their behaviour over their words will save you an immense amount of stress. Holy crap, I just realized something.

Tyler defenders = the same types who would believe that James Potter was a reformed bully, when in reality, sometimes shitty, privileged people like James get breaks and age like the rest of us without changing their core personality (kind of like the author of that series herself 😑). People reading Potter couldn't fathom that a shitty 'kid' could father the hero of their story...but that's exactly what Harry struggled to understand in Book 5. James Potter did fight for the side of good and lost his life over it, but that never made him a great person (come on man, how many wife beaters and white nationalists did we have fighting our wars in the past). He's just a shit person who manipulated his way into the relationship that he had (with his bully and bully-enabling friends making excuses for it 20 years later)...

....just like how Tyler 'tried to convince' Wednesday that he was reformed, only for her to learn he was manipulating her the whole time and then tried to kill her in the end even though THAT WASN'T EVEN WITHIN HIS PURVIEW ("Laurel said you were dead..." which meant that she didn't have any commands for Tyler to kill Wednesday, as Laurel believed her business with Wednesday was complete. No "Oh by the way Tyler, if Wednesday somehow comes back to life, KILL HER FOR ME! 🥰" Nope, that ending was all Tyler.)

Xavier does have a strange Snape-like quality towards him. 👀 Except that he hasn't been completely embittered towards everyone and everything...yet.

All of it is just fucking Potter all over again...just on a different timeline and string of the multiverse.

I am so. So. SO, SO, SOOO tired of bullies and greedy, manipulative, mendacious bastards. I feel like I’ve endured a LIFETIME of craven cunts who would rather lie and cheat than admit their wrongdoings, and heaven forfend they recognise the common humanity of those they push around.

People are generally all right, is my experience. Most people choose to be, you know, not saints, but decent. Some of them are downright fucking splendid.

And then there’s the few who loom so large they block out the sun for the rest of us - selfish, entitled cysts on the perineum of society. Wastes of carbon. And all too many of them have resources the rest of us would DREAM to have. And they use those resources to hurt people, time and a-fucking-gain. Flapping sacks of spoiled and rotten spirit, bereft of even the merest crumb of empathy.

“Oh, I give to charity!” Do you? Do you, you putrid excrescence? Do you drip a drop of your vastness at those who are in that position because of the irredeemable selfishness of you and your shit-spackled ilk... and then claim it back on taxes? Do you make sure it only goes to the right kind of shiny organisations you approve of, bright and loud so everyone can say Well Done You?

Piss off. Piss all the way off into the sea. And then, when you’ve found an underwater volcano, get in it. And let it erupt, expelling you into the stratosphere from which you can rain down like a particularly malfeasant meteorite to bury the rest of your rancid legacy so we can plant something good in the blast crater.

Or change. Please. Please, fucking change. Actually invest in the world, you sorry Dickensian trope made flesh (and magnified beyond what he could ever have imagined). Plant a proper future for all of us, you fucked-up homunculus, before it’s too bastard late.
