Jason is... worried. Somewhat. There's a new group in Gotham.
The first indication of this when he'd encountered a towering man in armor, his face shrouded in shadows. The man had introduced himself as Fright Knight, proudly declaring to be the Royal Knight of the High Queen.
A group of royals? He asks.
The most powerful! The Knight replies.
A girl is seen flitting around Gotham, mischievous grin on her face. She calls Jason stinky.
A man lurks behind her, grumbling to himself. He calls Jason unimpressive.
A couple zoom the streets on a motorbike, followed by an unnaturally dark shadow.
A new soup kitchen opens up. The moving truck with it donates lunch boxes to the less fortunate.
---
Fright Knight strolls the streets, humming to himself about a job well done. The High Queen had been muttering about how the Prince and Princess may have been getting bored, so he'd taken the initiative to find something interesting for both of them.
Maleanora and Dila really said copy and paste to my son! Then there's mama Shroud whom I think Idia got his geekiness from.
LIKE MOTHER LIKE SON.
The Draconia genes are so strong!! I wonder what grandma Draconia looks like. They're so regal, like yes please, look down on me more.
Dila and Deuce! Their relationship is amazing. I can't believe that even though she's a single mom, she raised a wonderful son.
Mama Shroud and her children. Oh gosh, they're adorable too.
Also, Silver's Father and Dad. :'))
I can't believe that although Silver is orphaned, he got the best qualities from both his father and adoptive dad. He is the manifestation of the best from both worlds. A precious child.

I can't wait to see the parents from the rest of TWST cast. Because you know, they raised their children. It's interesting to know that somehow, some of them turned out that way.
So like I dont really have an au,,,, but maybe just this small au where Morpho takes care of Kirby from a young age,,, just parent Morpho heheh (Kirby probs called them mama 😭)
I find it deeply aesthetically pleasing, character-wise, that Arthur and Merlin are both very much like their mothers, which is especially meaningful in Arthur's case since he's never known his mother beyond a single painfully brief meeting in "Sins of the Father."
Not only does Arthur look like Ygraine (which adds several layers to the clusterfuck of his and Uther's relationship) but it's clear that he takes after her temperament, too. Yes, he sometimes shows his father's temper, and yes, he does stupid things when he's in a temper, but unlike Uther, who literally took his prejudices to his grave and beyond, Arthur never stays mad at people, and he's overall a far more caring and kind person than his father, which is an interesting case of nature vs nurture.
And then on the other hand, we have Hunith, who told a mounted, armed brigand to go fuck himself, later fought another (also armed) brigand with a twig broom, harboured fugitives on multiple occasions, and raised an illegal magic child out of wedlock, and Merlin "Fuck the Police" Ambrosius, who got in a fistfight, got thrown in jail for the fistfight, called the prince a bitch to his face in a public market square, got in a second, armed fight all within his first 48 hours in Camelot, and then committed treason on a daily basis for the next 10+ years, compared to Balinor, who became a weird antisocial hermit that lived in a cave for twenty years.
couldn't have said it better myself bestie
also, there's a reason hunith and ygraine never met in the show. their dynamic duo would outshine everyone, they'd be unstoppable, untouchable, I FEEL ROBBED
Mama Arc: You say you love my son, but I need to know she has a good woman by his side who will protect and help him.
Neo, signs: 'ooh I'm not a good woman, but I'll protect him.'
Mama Arc, frowns: What are you saying you're not a good person?
Neo: 'oh mother in law: You didn't really think this through? Good people are always limited by their morals to have boundaries that they can't cross'
Neo: 'Like, what do you think a good person would do if they saw on one side of the boat your son drowning, but on the other side, they saw a family of four drowning too and they only had one rope?'
Mama Arc remained quiet.
Neo: 'They would let your son drown because for good people, the morality dictates their actions'
Neo: 'You see a hero would sacrifice their love to save the world'
Neo, with a dreamy look on her face:
'I would happily burn it all to the ground, trample it beneath my feet and eat an ice cream with a smile on my face over everyone's graves and sleep like a baby...'
Neo with a smile on her face: 'As long as it meant that he would sleep next to me'.
