MOLLPEEK #3

Here's another sneak peak for episode 1!! Funny enough, this page was actually completed back in July. We currently have 30% of the comic done, with the number being 45% if you include WIP pages.

Working on Molly The Folly! is such an exciting experience for me not only because its my first ever "true" project, but also because I actually get to see my art style evolve over a long period of time.

Even for stuff that merely dates back to March (such as the style guide in img1), there's a clear difference in the way I drew things then and the way I drew things now.

And as I inch slowly closer and closer to the 1 year anniversary of the public release of the comic's "story bible", I can't help but wonder what happened between then and now.

I hope that in the longrun this blog would function not only as an insight into the webcomic production process, but also a timeline of my growth as an artist.

hate buying clothes online hate how every brand fits slightly differently hate clothing websites whose filters all suck hate walking into a department store to see a full city block's worth of nice dresses only to discover the Fat Corner of exactly three racks of plus-sized dresses compared to thousands of smaller ones hate Macy's would like to subject Macy's decision-makers to some Wile E. Coyote-levels of punishment

#Macy's was the worst of the 6 department stores I visited by a long shot #hope you stores like returns because that's your punishment for refusing to carry my very common size in person #lots of plus-sized options for like. parent-of-a-wedding-partner people. Far less for other styles or young people looking for fancy dresse
