Just to make a point, every time I finished a panel of this I would export it as a PNG on the perceptual setting and use it as a color reference for the next panel

EDIT: If you're still having problems, it might help to switch from "Save/Save as" to "Export (as a) Single Layer". Just. Make SURE the box labeled "Expression Color" is set to RGB. I've been messing with this all day, and it looks like this combination of settings will allow exported PNGs to maintain their colors perfectly. To you. So far both Discord and Toyhouse still only display desaturated images and I cannot for the life of me figure out why

Artist note: I’m so proud of this :))) I know it’s a lot of dialogue and reading, but dialogue is grueling work for me. I’m glad with the art and for the amount of pages I made in such a relatively short time span -w- page 5 was super fun to work on. A lot of blood, sweat, and hours here... :) The backgrounds were a big bore tbh, but I finished them! Yippie!

Name: Thuxoid

Species/Traits: A heavily praying mantis-like species adorned with solidified crystals as weapons made from their corroded melting-capable salivia. The majority having darker colors across their body while in unique cases; Are much more vibrant and lack obvious pupils. Even having almost antenna-like glowing bulbs across their body, collar of fur around their necks with wide ide eyes staring ahead blankly.

Abilities: Corrosion melting-inducing salivia, creating pods on walls to be used as environmental hazards, lunging certain distances, going into frenzies (which includes dealing attacks faster and stronger at the cost of defense).

Item/Area: A glowing ampule sitting on a table in a desolate laboratory amongst all the other healing ampules, you grab the one that seems to be abit more off than the rest in a hurry to not fall victim to these creatures. Using a syringe and injecting it into your skin. Your body slowly begins to feel itchy, only to get struck with the sensation of what feels like burning hell of endless pinpricks.

Description: Thuxoids are known to be extremely territorial and judgemental xenetics that can run into frenzies at any given momment, running along by a hivemind and only seeming to be friendly or accepting of those that are 'shiny' or 'vibrant'. Resulting in their symbiotic relationship with another species known as Crystiles or even becoming allies with humans that give them shiny trinkets. Despite their seemingly feral nature, they're perfectly sentient and communicate through chirps, trills, hisses and garbled gibberish. The sharp crystals, spikes and even scythes across their body and arms are made from their own salivia thats usually used as a weapon to inject and melt the insides of victims to either consume or infect, another way of attacking is the fact they're capable of lunging certain distances to capture victims. The scythe-like arms leaving a burning affect at higher temperatures. The species runs as a hivemind. The Carrier, the most vibrant, being the leader of the nest while the rest follow it's command. The Carrier is usually the most hostile or aggressive, resulting in lashing out at people that seem to look brighter than itself. Even having crystal-like horns sprout around it's eyes, giving it much better eyesight than lasser Thuxoids. Thuxoid's can even be seen dragging humans to their nests of pods that are located in much darker areas to infect them, resulting in the corrosive burning liquid being poured upon them to make sure the process goes well and make another Thuxoid. As the Hivemind acts almost lost without a leader, easily leaning on people that just hold flashlights without having a Carrier to guide them.
