chapter 1/2 - The wind is quiet tonight.

They were currently in Wind’s hyrule, After a few days of sailing with Tetra they were finally dropped off on outset island, where most of the black-blooded monster reports had been coming from. 

Wind took a deep breath as he hopped off the ship, leading the others to his home by the shore, “Flora! Link! Aryll is gonna be so excited when she sees you!” He grinned brightly, skedaddling off to the direction where his house was located, a faint squeal sounding from his lips the entire time, he hadn't seen his family in so long! Honestly if he went one more day without seeing his sister he’d start screaming. 

“ Link ?” A little girl’s voice sounded as her head whipped around, attention off of the seashell in her hand and now fully on her brother’s voice, “Link! You’re back!” She squealed, spinning around to face her whole body towards him, her dress flowing gracefully as she discarded her shell and raced towards her brother, both tackling each other in a warm hug.

“Ah! I’ve missed you so so much!” Ayrll squeals, burying her face in her brother’s tunic with a grin brighter than the sun.

“Me too! I’m so glad I’m here now!” He smiled back, squeezing her one more time before letting her go.

The chain smiled at the brother and sister reunion, to be honest every time they left Wind’s era they’ve always felt a bit guilty of separating the two siblings. Knowing that both had some level of slight separation anxiety.

Aryll looked over her brother’s shoulder and let out an excited gasp, running over to Flora and Link.

“Hi mister! Who’re you? I haven’t seen you before, and you-” She pauses, before she starts jumping up and down, “Oh! Oh! Are you a lady link? Are you a girl hero? That’s so cool!” She comments.

Flora feels like she might just melt of happiness right then and there.
