(Spoilers for Lupin)

You know one thing that I just realized is just how completely fucked up it would be if the kidnapper would then turn to target Raoul and Claire in some way. Not necessarily a kidnapping maybe just because that's already happened to Raoul but something equally awful I'd say.

I think that Raoul's kidnapping in season one didn't really damage his relationship with Assane (though it was the beginning of the end I guess) because it was completely contextless to him. He didn't have the backdrop of Assane's past the way Claire did and his first reunion with him was literally his dad saving him. Everything he saw then was colored with relief and adrenaline. And afterwards too, he didn't really learn much, just that his dad was doing something dangerous. His first thoughts when he was in that trunk were "I hope papa will save me"

Now things are different, Assane faked his death, left him and his mom, and is wanted all across france. Although he doesn't believe his dad is dead, by thought, it's impossible that he hasn't had to process and consider the idea before reaching his conclusion. Something's going to happen and, when it does, he's going to be thinking "this is papa's fault,"

I NOTICED SOMETHING

Something that has always, always nagged me about this show is this specific episode:

What’s with the ‘quotes’?

And this specific moment:

What a weird line, right?! ‘Taking the title’? They don’t seem to be related, and I always assumed they were ex’s (🫣🤨). So what gives?

AND THEN WE GET THE SYNOPSIS FOR THE NEXT LUPIN ZERO EPISODE

We know that Part 4&5 and Lupin Zero are connected via director, sooo

Just watched Lupin the 3rd: The First

Gonna list my thots- spoilers btw

If for some reason you haven't seen any of the lupin movies, please do so. I watch lupin on a totally legal site that you can ask me about in the comments if you are so inclined. This is just ramblings from a fan riding the high of a good movie. Dont take me seriously.

Wanted to say this at the top: The ending dedication was so sweet. Rest in power Monkey Punch, your legacy will live in fans/simps like me- sorry in advance.

Lupin taking on the 3rd dimension is just- god its gorgeous. I watched it dubbed tho so the lip flaps were jank as hell. But overall- fucking beautiful

Is detective Zenengatta into redheads? If not- this movie supports my HC that he does.

Jigen is so fucking hot in 3d HOLY SHIT YALL. Jigen ships yall are eating GOOD

Goemon, babeygurl, I like you better in 2D. Not saying that 3D isn't your style, but you wear 2D better.

With that being said, I'm proud of him for being away from his emotional support item. BB V proud.
