If I want to tell you this is my last exercise of the day you’ve probably turn round and say famous last words. But then I don’t blame you. Anyway I’ve got to keep my health in good shape because tomorrow we’re having a post wedding tea party for people who couldn’t make it to my wedding or rather I couldn’t invite to my wedding. I realise after last week and doing a couple of hamstring Strengthening exercises with Nordic curls I realised I’ve got to practice more and build up more superior strength. Here I’m improvising with a chest so I can place my toes answer for support. This shows you that just because you don’t have exercise equipment to do a Nordic cow doesn’t mean to say that just give up. First day back in the gym after taking a week off to just give my body a break, as the sickness I developed a while back really did takes its toll on my ability to do much of anything.
