90g of baby spinach - 21 cal
85g of red meat - 181 cal
36g of fresh white cheese - 66 cal
1 large tomato - 33 cal
1 teaspoon of olive oil (for cooking and for seasoning) - 40 cal
lime juice from 1 lime - 20 cal aprox.
a pinch of oregano - 2 cal aprox.
a pinch of cayenne pepper - 1 cal aprox.
salt to taste - 0 cal
was full after eating 2/3 of this meal, but i'm still counting all the calories because i'm saving the rest for later tonight in case i get midnight cravings.
