- 40g cucumber (5cals)
Total = 295cals
Such a comfort food for me, low in cals and it keeps me full.
You can add vegetable if you like to!

things to remind myself:
- losing lbs without a goal is endless torture, always have a special event/day (concert, party, anniversary, etc) to make as a goal
- fantasize outfits that will fit on ur ugw to wear on ur special day
- make sure ur special day is far away enough to give u time to get to ur gw, rushing is not good for ur body, and u want to be pretty and flawless on ur special day!!
- losing a little every week over a longer time period helps with loose skin
- small progress is still progress
- fasting 2-3 a week, no more than 24 hrs each
- have a hobby that u tend to zone out into so u can do that when u get hungry (right now for me its watching kdramas :))

Low carb tortilla with low fat cheddar cheese 
Dinner:
194 cal | 25.3 g protein | 15.6 g carbs | 4 g fats
Cauliflower rice with chicken and tomatoes. Fat free sugar free butterscotch pudding.
Net: 513 cal | 47 g protein | 47.3 g carbs | 20.4 g fats 
It was a pretty solid day, but I know I can do better. Work kicked my butt today so at least I got some extra steps in since I didn’t have time to make it to the gym. As much as I want to go to the gym I feel like I never have time. My schedule is always so jam packed :/

Honestly?
I'm so fucking tired of not losing weight. I burn 2700-3200 cals daily, always eat under that and I'm STILL a fat fuck. STILL. I exercise three times a week, my job is all running, all day. Still no progress.
Like, my meds are supposed to cause weight loss, so is CICO, so where is my fucking weight loss?
Ugh. This shit sucks.

Mmk so I couldn't allow myself to just gatekeep these AMAZING snackies ♡
They are Jelly B. Drinkable Konjac Jelly, they r Korean and they r sooooooo good
They r super refreshing and it fills u up and satisfies sweet cravings
They r gluten free (100% in Australia and for US it doesn't have a warning against it), dairy free, sugar free, fat free, cholesterol free, nut free, halal, low carb, contain a bunch of vitamin C and a little calcium, and best of all EXTREMELY LOW CAL
There r at least 7 flavors (watermelon, apple, blueberry, peach, lychee, mango, and grape [the grape isn't American artificial grape where it taste more purple than fruity]), they r fairly cheap (especially if there r deals at the market), u can find them at ur local Asian market (I got mine at HMart and I think I got them for like $21 or $28 USD for 14 pouches) or Amazon (def more pricey)
Some of them taste exactly like the fruit while others don't rly but they r still rly good
Make sure when u drink it u shake it up real good, maybe even massage it a bit so u get bits of jelly rather than drinking all the juice and struggling to get the jelly out (I mean ig u could drink the juice and cut it open and eat the jelly with a spoon?) and they r best cold
I rly rly hope all of u who want them can find them bc they r SO AMAZING

I decided to follow religiously what I eat and never eat more than 1k cals a day, if I eat more, I exercise it out (exception for my period, when I’m sick or big events)
I calculated and to go to 57kg in three months, I need to eat max 1000 cals a day, so that’s what we are doing here

Today I weighed around 140 lbs. I dropped about 3ish pounds in a day, which is very satisfying if you ask me. I had such a hard time sleeping last night and I believe it is from how little I ate and drastically dropping calories from eating a normal caloric count to like nothing (I looked it up and undereating has been linked to poor quality of sleep). I tried to up my intake a bit just to help me get some sleep tonight and to get me through my shift since I am exhausted. I am going to try my best to consume more calories one day and fewer calories another day. I think it will keep my body on my toes which may help me with weight loss as well as still help me feel okay at work. I worked tonight and I made hella tips and I was running around again so that was super awesome. However, I came back from work to find my pet fish very lethargic. I know it sounds dumb but this fish means a lot to me. I’m afraid he’s going to pass overnight, and I’m really struggling to process it.
