I remember my death as I remember my birth. An early August morning the heat beating with fury. The sun came up with no conclusions - seas of eyes burning at the sight of it. The flowers all rise from slumber in their beds and the cities cemeteries humming centuries of poison.
I hear sirens in the street - they sing hymns of despaired discord. Centuries of writings all about the same thing. A pirate remembers the eerie sonnets from sirens of the sea; In parallel 21st century songs play from the sirens of the street.
I remember sirens in the street as a pirate poet remembers sirens of the sea.
One used to see the world with the eyes of a child now remains a character of broken demise. A sort of vibrant buoyancy cast away and smothered my eternal waves.

Grief is the only proof that I love and I love well. Love and grief are actually intertwined with each other and as "Akif Kichloo" once wrote, "the opposite of grief is not laughter or happiness or joy. It is love. It is love. It is love."

"You know, love doesn't mean "l never want you to change." But I don't think it means "I don't care if you change" either. So I suppose it might mean, "I believe that you'll always be the person I adore." A declaration of faith, perhaps."
