Book review! My policeman

Listen, the book was awesome, a wonderful exploration of the queer expirence in 1950s England. However, as a fanfic connoisseur I would be lying if I said this didn’t read like a Larry stylinson Angst AU fic. The character descriptions and the mannerisms are literally how those two are described in fics. It was nice because it made the movie casting that much more perfect. But I digress, it’s a nice calm read, good for a lazy Sunday.
