Thinking abt how Doc has a piece of jewelry to represent Rose, Yaz, and River (and probably had one for Donna but I think he gave it to Tenfour at one point) and then makes one to represent Celest ( @aitw-71’s oc) once the two r like besties 4 life …

Celest means a lot to Doc. The two aren’t at all in a qpr or anything, but they’re close friends. During the regeneration right before his current one, Doc was incredibly alone. She didn’t have a companion and was just dark and angry, and I think when she regenerated, he’d thought that’d happen again, but then Celest found them. Celest signifies a change in Doc’s life, for the better. So, Doc made something to represent that.
