Robert Lotf Fanart

Woah, art for a background character?? Yep, I present some art of Robert from Lord of the Flies.

This is also for that one Robert fan out there (I don't remember your name but I remember seeing you somewhere 😭)

Robert's hair in my style looks a lot similar to Ralph, only difference is that it curls inwards and has a heart shaped edge. I also thought it'd be interesting to add a mole on him and drew him with a tooth gap in one of them :)

Bottom art of Rob is just his inner dialogue, ft Jack (who you can barely see) there are some mistakes but im too lazy to go back and fix it 😞

Story:

I've finally settled that this takes place between the late 1970's, and the early 1980's.

All our fun little doofus' are in the same school, and are (more or less) neighbors. Some are just better off neighbors, and some are... the Allebach-Sanchez's. Some are smart, some are stupid, and they get into sitcom shenanigans. >:]

ralph is a rugby/soccer player in my aus because i think that suits him really well

robert does baseball

samneric are also rugby/soccer players (whichever one ralph is, they usually are!)

i feel like ralph could fit into so many different sports that anytime anyone is like “oh he does this—“ i’m like YES SPEAK UR TRUTH

Lotftober, day 8 - The CHOIR™ has ARRIVED!!!!

Ok, this is super inspired by the 1963 movie, that's why they're black and white lol, but they deserved a funky background. Except for Rog and Maurice, I didn't have any hc about the others' appearances, so again, purely inspired by the film.

I had so much fun drawing this. All these boys recently traumatized and dying of heat, and hearing their leader bitching about being a C# sharp.

The majority of the times Robert’s name is mentioned in Lord of the Flies, Maurice is right there next to him, whether it be the two of them or them being next to each other in a list. They’re mentioned together probably around 18 times altogether! Usually it was them hunting or being/ being told to be horrid in some way, but I haven’t really thought about their dynamic that much. Of course, the way i portray them is more pure, but it’s fun to think they would be good friends.

I never realized how boring my color composition for Maurice was until it see it without a massive purple bow,,, but Maurice looks great with brown eyes, so it’s okay!

I also doodled Fem Robert in LycoReco Café’s uniform to go with my last post!
