Dear people with ADHD,
I'm still new to this but I have a question.
Is it normal to not feel hunger when on medication?
I've always been on the heavier side and I enjoyed eating, sometimes even when I wasn't that hungry I could eat a pretty sizeable meal, but now I just don't get hungry almost at all or i get a little nauseous when eating, as if eating was something I HAVE to do now instead of something I can enjoy. I also eat way WAY less.
It's not that I forget to eat, though I sometimes still do, it's just that I don't feel like eating.
I mean, I'm not that bothered by it cause I have been trying to lose weight for years but it also kind of freaks me out a little cause I've lost 4 kilos in 3 weeks which isn't much now but I've had my good pair of awful fast weight losing periods that caused my body to shut down and those took me months and months to get better from.
If anyone could answer with their experience,it would mean a lot
