Loki Season 2 Finale Thoughts

Okay...well that a bit of a let down. I most of the episode. I love that they didn't waste time in Loki continually trying to get the loom fixed. I loved watching him go back even further when he realized that no matter what they were doomed to fail. I watching him, try and try again to stop Sylvie from killing He Who Remains. Seeing her constantly saying, "You want to stop me, you'll have to kill me" and he continually refusing to do so. I loved seeing him come to the conclusion that the only solution might be to actual kill her and then immediately go to talk to her about it. I loved that he would rather risk himself than to see kill her.

But...is this it? Is this the end of the show? I doubt it's the last we'll see of Loki, but what about Sylvie? She was so important to him and to the show, I would hate it if we never see her again. I was so hopeful going into this episode and even during it!

I mean, He Who Remains even called Loki "lover boy"! And Sylvie clearly cares about Loki. The fear on her face when he went out to the loom by himself was so real. And the header writer for this season, Eric Martin, even said their relationship was romantic...so this ending just feels so wrong for them.

Is Sylvie even going to try and find Loki? It just hurts thinking about this. If the show is renewed for a third season, if Sylvie isn't in it, I doubt I'll watch it. It just shelve her like that...no, thank you. I've posted a couple different times about how her living her life on the timeline isn't the happy ending she thinks it is. So to me, unless she ends up finding Loki, this isn't a happy ending for her. And even if the show isn't renewed for a third season, I seriously hope they bring her into other Marvel projects. Otherwise, I just feel like they wasted a perfectly good character and relationship.

OH!!! Absolutely. I very VERY rarely talk about anything outside of Johnlock/Sherlock on this blog, and when I do it's just me needing somewhere to put my theories and thoughts down (like I did with WandaVision and LOKI) or to gush about a new episode of a 30-year-old show (Red Dwarf). If it's a new or ongoing thing, I usually tag it "spoilers" or will put it under a read-more (which is what read-mores should be for), but yes, now that I know this (and thank you for letting me know), I will more than likely, if I see it, want to talk about Doctor Strange's role in it, so yes, I will put Spoilers in the header and under a read-more. I know read-mores don't always work on mobile (they don't for me), but better to do that than not, I suppose.

1- why did you choose your URL?

The Mandalorian gifted me an alternative to my man Mal Reynolds with zero ties to J*ss W*edon, played by Timothy Olyphant, no less, and then I had to tack on two S’s because somehow two people beat me to cobb-vanth AND cobb-vanths and I figured this was the next best thing.

2- Any side blogs? I used to have a Loki RP blog but good luck finding it

4- Do you have a queue tag? Not really, I don’t use my queue enough to merit one

5- Why did you start your blog in the first place? A Harry Potter ship/character that shall not be named

6- Why did you choose your icon/pfp? Originally I just wanted the Space Husbands and their kid but I couldn’t actually get my url namesake in there without making them all specs, but then in the process of cropping one photo that happened and I thought Grogu peeking out from the corner was the funniest thing so it stuck. Might switch it to that one pull-zoom of Cobb in the Mando episode.

1. Why did you choose your url?

For so long on the internet, I had stuck with another username, and I decided with this account I would make a new start. My name is Catherine irl so I kept with the C and I felt the name Cazzy was very snazzy (see what I did there) so I just randomly choose that, then I got imagines simply because I was going to write imagines

2. Any side blogs?

Yep, I recently created @cazzyreblogs and I really need to start using it more

3. How long have you been on tumblr?

Coming up to two months I think? I wasn't allowed to when I was younger or I would have heavily been in the superwholock fandom, so it was probably a good thing I was banned from it, but after I saw the 3rd episode of TFAWS I knew I wanted to write about Zemo, Quotev and Wattpad thing I wrote never really got any attention so I thought I would try Tumblr and I'm so glad I did

4. Do you have a queue tag?

Ngl Idk what this is, I'm assuming it's something about if I queue what I post? If it is then only one-shots, my one-shots always do better in the evenings so if I finish before them then I'll queue them to be released around 9PM or 10PM

It was originally my main comfort character Loki but I changed it to an avatar that looks like myself because I knew if I kept it as fictional characters I would be changing it all the time

I was looking through the picture section of my drive and found it, it used to be my screen saver for my Chromebook so I thought I would use it as Doctor who is my main comfort show and the 11th Doctor was my first comfort character/character I loved

A Freudian slip! Which is crazy as it was only the second thing I wrote on here and I was still trying to get used to writing in second person

I like spreading awareness of things, things that people need to know about but I don't like when posts are very demanding about it. Still, when I see important stuff about awareness coming up on my dash I try to repost it.

As for those 'repost or...' as a kid, I did because I was very superstitious but after golden Freddie didn't kill me when I didn't repost one I think I'm safe 😁👍

@therenlover they after all kick-started the Zemo/Daniel fandom with One last night in madripoor which inspired me to start writing Zemo content and I'm sure so many others, plus they are always putting out so many good fics!
