i'm a pandemic era student during my first two college years so i can't say much. it just kinda flew away with how isolated i've been during that time with my laptop as a companion so...

first two years of being an engineer sucks tbh. in my case as a computer engineering student, general subjects like physics? chemistry? are not utilized when i will make applications or websites, unless i will make a simple program out of them (e.g. make a simple calculator that computes the mass of an object given by the user blah blah) and the formula can be easily found in the internet

i remembered a professor of mine mentioned that the first two years are used to weed out those who can and cannot likely make it to the specialized subjects that are to be taken for the remaining years. so this case may be possible to u.

so my advice would be:

hang in there so bad if u really like the course u took

but shifting is always an option! (which i'm not that brave enough to do)

too much? take a break

work hard, play hard, rest hard

find a safe circle of friends/people who supports each other

always give time to urself

want to cry? u can cry it's normal (whoever says it's not, give me their names and i will bury them)

don't feel like doing something rn? it's okay as long as u can meet deadlines (or ask a professor about it politely if they can extend it and clearly explain to them the reason why. too shy? ask your class representative if they can do it in your stead.)

Trường hợp tại thời Điểm khai quyết toán lợi nhuận sau thuế còn lại sau khi trích lập các quỹ doanh nghiệp chưa có quyết định công bố kết quả xếp loại doanh nghiệp của chủ sở hữu thì việc xếp loại doanh nghiệp căn cứ vào báo cáo xếp loại doanh nghiệp của doanh nghiệp gửi cho chủ sở hữu. Trường hợp chưa có báo cáo xếp loại của doanh nghiệp gửi cho chủ sở hữu thì doanh nghiệp tạm đánh giá xếp loại doanh nghiệp để làm căn cứ trích lập các quỹ và xác định lợi nhuận sau thuế còn lại sau khi trích lập các quỹ phải nộp ngân sách nhà nước.

Sau khi có quyết định công bố kết quả xếp loại doanh nghiệp của chủ sở hữu nếu có sự thay đổi về xếp loại doanh nghiệp, doanh nghiệp xác định lại Khoản trích lập các quỹ và lợi nhuận sau thuế còn lại sau khi trích lập các quỹ phải nộp ngân sách nhà nước để kê khai Điều chỉnh quyết toán Khoản lợi nhuận sau thuế còn lại sau khi trích lập các quỹ và nộp số phải nộp tăng thêm (nếu có) vào ngân sách nhà nước theo quy định.

Trường hợp khi quyết toán năm hoặc khi có quyết định công bố xếp loại doanh nghiệp của chủ sở hữu, nếu phát sinh số lợi nhuận sau thuế còn lại sau khi trích lập các quỹ đã nộp vào ngân sách nhà nước lớn hơn số thực tế phải nộp thì doanh nghiệp được giảm trừ vào số phải nộp của kỳ tiếp theo.

c) Trường hợp doanh nghiệp thực hiện chia, tách, hợp nhất, sáp nhập, cổ phần hóa, chấm dứt hoạt động theo loại hình công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn một thành viên thì doanh nghiệp có trách nhiệm khai quyết toán lợi nhuận sau thuế còn lại sau khi trích lập các quỹ đến thời Điểm chia, tách, hợp nhất, sáp nhập, cổ phần hóa, chấm dứt hoạt động theo loại hình công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn một thành viên và nộp số lợi nhuận sau thuế còn lại sau khi trích lập các quỹ phải nộp vào ngân sách nhà nước chậm nhất vào ngày thứ 45 (bốn mươi lăm) kể từ ngày thực hiện chia, tách, hợp nhất, sáp nhập, cổ phần hóa, chấm dứt hoạt động theo loại hình công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn một thành viên theo quyết định của cơ quan có thẩm quyền.

2. Trách nhiệm nộp tờ khai lợi nhuận sau thuế còn lại sau khi trích lập các quỹ cho cơ quan thuế:

Doanh nghiệp thực hiện khai, nộp tờ khai lợi nhuận sau thuế còn lại sau khi trích lập các quỹ phải nộp ngân sách nhà nước cho cơ quan thuế quản lý trực tiếp theo hình thức điện tử.
