continued from ❪ ཐི♥︎ཋྀ ❫ dear @lowskey ,
intimate thoughts he's been trying hard to suppress begin to resurface at her questioning. minseo weighs in his mind whether or not he should be completely honest about what happened between them. he knows he should , that way it's fair on everyone , but he's trying so hard to hold the blame in his own hands. whatever relationship gets ruined on his behalf , he doesn't wish the same for lizza. " no we just . . kissed. i don't really remember how much but it wasn't just like — " he breaks off. part of him yearns for her to remember it the way he did , there's a need to dig further , but the urging words die even as he thinks them. " what do you mean ? why wouldn't it be nothing ? " he thinks he knows what she means by that but he'd rather hear it leave her lips than his own slip with regret.
" what ? liz , no . . i can't just keep this from her. i feel fucking terrible enough as it is , if i don't tell her what happened . . " but there's a beat where he considers it. a split second where he realizes the consequences of her finding out. but , " n - no , okay , i have to tell her. " yet another point is brought to his attention and an anxious feeling sinks even deeper through his gut. not only minseo losing her , but lizza too if she hears of this. all fault would really lay in his palms then. but not the way he wants. " what if . . maybe i just don't tell her it was you. yeah ? i can — i can say i was out and it was someone else or something and she won't know , i . . —— fuck , which one is worse ? me kissing some random nobody or her best friend ? "

Escape the night s2 ranking
this is my ranking of the cast of s2 for ETN (besides Joey) and why. Im not doing s1 because I haven't watched it and don't plan to😋 also im ranking the characters and not the people themselves because some of these ppl aren't great (g*bbie hanna😒)
9. "the outlaw" (Jesse Wellens) Tbh I rewatcehd this season about a week ago and I already forgot about his character. Although he was killed early he just gave no personality and I felt like Destorm was acting more like an outlaw by creating drama and divinging people.
8. "the engineer" (Lauren Riihimaki) She seemed pretty sweet while also standing up for herself. Her comment about the salt was pretty funny but she was the firs out so there wasn't much to work with compared to other characters.
7. "the mystic" (Andrea Russett) Overall she was a really solid character, very smart. But idk she mostly stayed out of the way of conflict within the group and didn't have many comebacks so good but just a little boring for me.
6. "the saloon girl" (Tana Mongeau) Tana was SOO funny I loved her Bimbo energy. She was done so dirty, she brought a lot of personality without stirring drama and overall great.
5. "the vaudevillian" (G*bbie Hana) I don't like Gabbie but she was pretty funny in this season. I like how she became another antagonist along with Destorm. Iconic death as well as her outfit.
4. "the railroad tycoon" (Destorm Power) I hated his character yet at the same time loved it. He played up the antagonist role so well and I love when he would twist things and the camera would play back what actually happened. At some points tho i was like why are you sabotaging them you need to get out of here to💀.
3. "The Thespian" (Tyler Oakley) A lot of people though he was boring but I thought he was really funny. His interview portions always cracked me up not to mention his reactions to things. My favorite ep of the season was the gingerbread women bc him and Lizza are such a power duo.
2. "the novelist" (Alex Wassabi) He was such a charming addition to the cast. Him avenging Lauren was very sweet he reminds me of Disney's Hercules. He worked so hard for the group only to be one of the last killed HE DESERVED BETTER💔
"the explorer" (Lizza Kosey) She was MY GIRL. omg so funny she brought so much personality and one liners to the season. I was so mad when I found out she was supposed to live longer but had scheduling conflict I was so mad. SHE DESERVED TO WIN.

CLANG! (2021)
Alternatively: fuck around and find out.
Practice with dynamic posing. Lizza doing what she does best - kicking people taller than her (which given she's only 3 feet tall isn't too hard).
(If I've missed any tags, I sincerely apologise, and please let me know so I can correct it.)

Former President Donald Trump's media and technology company must turn over information about ex-Congressman Devin Nunes' employment as its chief executive officer, a federal judge ruled on Friday.
The ruling stems from a $75 million defamation lawsuit brought by Nunes, a former Republican U.S. Congressman from California, against Hearst Magazine Media Inc and journalist Ryan Lizza.
U.S. Magistrate Judge William Matthewman in West Palm Beach, Florida, ruled that Trump Media and Technology Group Corp has 10 days to comply with the defendants' subpoena and provide information regarding Nunes' employment as CEO. Trump Media owns Truth Social, Trump's social media startup.
Nunes is suing Hearst and Lizza in Iowa federal court over a 2018 Esquire magazine article, which Lizza wrote, that said the Nunes family dairy cow farm had moved from California to Iowa. The judge's ruling addressed Hearst's bid for information that the media defendants want to use to counter Nunes' claim that the article caused him to suffer reputational harm. Hearst and Lizza have denied Nunes' defamation claims.
Trump's company is not a plaintiff in the case. A lawyer for the company, Scott Allen of Lippes Mathias, did not immediately respond to messages on Monday seeking comment. A spokesperson for Trump's company did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment, and there was no immediate response from Nunes to a request for comment.
Nunes, who joined Trump's media company in January from the U.S. House of Representatives, had been the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee. A lawyer for Nunes, Steven Biss, did not immediately return a message seeking comment on Monday.
Hearst and Lizza, a former Esquire correspondent who was hired at Politico in 2019, are seeking information that includes Nunes' onboarding at Trump's media company and copies of any employment agreements and contracts. Lizza did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment, and a representative for Politico declined to comment.
Hearst's lawyers said they anticipate the subpoenaed documents will show Nunes "maintains a sterling reputation."
Trump's company argued the requested information was irrelevant to Nunes' defamation case and that complying with the demands would be burdensome.
The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals last year upheld the dismissal of Nunes' "express" defamation claims but revived allegations of "defamation by implication" based on a tweet Lizza sent in 2019 linking to the Esquire article.
Nathaniel Boyer, a Hearst legal department attorney who argued before Matthewman for Esquire and Lizza, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The case is Ryan Lizza and Hearst Magazine Media Inc v. Trump Media & Technology Group Corp, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, No. 9:22-mc-81070-DMM.
FOR PLAINTIFF: Deanna Shullman and Rachel Fugate of Shullman Fugate; Nathaniel Boyer of The Hearst Corporation
FOR DEFENDANT: Alessandro Apolito and Scott Allen of Lippes Mathias

despite her drunken words , lizza unfortunately meant every single bit of it —— and that includes her regret as well. utterly embarrassed she was the morning after and completely mortified she continues to be when facing the recipient of her text messages. ‘’ okay , look , you know i am literally incapable of avoiding things when there is obviously an elephant in the room , so ... ’’ and as she starts talking , those words being the first ones she speaks since meeting up with him , there is a nervous timber in her voice. there is nothing lizza hates more than confrontations and this one confrontation is the hardest , considering —— ‘’ why didn’t you reply ? ’’
