💤 I wrote 1 for Mono because mono means singular, btw. I only explain this because it had to be explained to me and I don’t want none getting embarrassed haha

💤 Six and the chair are both kinda hanging off the page by more paper in an accordion fashion

💤 There’s an eye behind Six to symbolize the eyes that first gave her her hunger (based on the theory that LN2 is a prequel and it’s the first time her stomach growls in canon)

💤 The chair has a gaping mouth behind it because I think the signal tower acts as the throat of some kind of eldrich being, the one that consumed the city citizens, deformed the adults, and drives the greed of this world.

so i was thinking about how Low and Alone are the names of the new kids from Little Nightmares Three. But then I realized something.

The word "mono", like Mono, means alone. And the word six, like Six, is a low number. A LOW number.

The names of the kids from LN3 are practically synonyms of the names from the famously tragic characters from the previous games. I hope so bad they don't end up like Six and Mono.

Hello Little Nightmares enjoyer ! Here I am again, with a new theory ! Today's theory is about the staff of the Maw. To be precise, I think that the Janitor, and maybe even the Chefs, might come from the Pale City.

I thought that when I saw something that made me tilt. I was replaying Little Nightmares for the (count on his fingers)... I don't have enough fingers anymore... aniway, I was replaying, and I noticed something in one of the Janitor room :

And I didn't know why, but it reminded me of something. So I started to research, and I noticed that there was the same (well, almost the same) in LNII :

Not only that, but both of those places have a strong connection, both having a number of dolls or toy-like stuff.

What if the reason those rooms feels so connected is because they share the same occupant ? What if this workshop in the Pale City is the Janitor's workshop ?

Another evidence is that there is a TV in the workshop, and it seems that our favorite long-armed creeping adult has experienced with them... and looking at his official description, we learned that he came from "long forgotten places". That... well, can applies to almost every place in the LN world, but the Pale City seems to be rather appropriate. Another piece of evidence, but waaaay more arguable, is about him :

The Toddler. I've always though he lloks like the Janitor. One of my fisrt theories about the 2021 comics was about this character being the Janitor. Short, eyes hidden by some kind of bandages, both going in dark places...

In one of my previous post, I explained that the Signal Tower and the Pale City might be some kind of places were monster are created. The Thin man brings the kids in the Tower, they turn into adults and then they are placed in the City. And what happened to the toddler ? But.

If the Janitor did came from the Pale City, then how did he came to the Maw ?

Well, maybe the Lady came to the Pale city in order to hire her staff for the Maw. If the City is a place where monsters are created, then maybe the leaders of the different places in the world come to see the monsters and chose the ones they need.

We have at least one evidence of the Lady coming into the Pale City :

This room is kind of a Lady-fanboy's (or fangirl's) (or fanqueer's) room. The usual TV has been replaced by a picture of her. This room seems to indicate that the Lady did came to the City.

And if the Lady did hired her staff here, then maybe other leaders could come to take monsters for their own places. Maybe the Teacher or the Doctor are just here until someone somewhere needs them and come to take them.
