After letting Doofenshmirtz in he tells them about what happened 15 years ago, Phineas asks how he knows all that if his memory was erased? Heinz responds by showing him the Memory Regivinator Ray that he whipped up the night before. Linda wants to know what happened to the animal agents, and Laurence wants to know what any of this has to do with them?

Heinz explains that they trained the agents again and then sent them undercover at their old families houses, like his brother, Perry Flecher.

After Monogram erased all the agents and families memories he burned all evidence that they ever excised, and then erased Heinz memories. There's a knock on the Flynn-Flechers door while Phineas' and Linda are in the middle of an argument about Phineas' future. She answers telling whoever's there that it's not a good time. Doofenshirtz who had been on the other side insists that its important.
