I'm in a band??? #had practice this evening with the guitarist and drummer and holy shit my songs sound like songs??? #like actual genuine songs I would listen to??? #like these guys took my twee little acoustic recordings and gave them energy and grit and all I need to do #is just keep writing my silly little poems and singing my silly little melodies #it felt SO GOOD to belt those songs you have NO Idea #the guys just took off from that starting point and wrote in dynamics and interesting riffs and fills like it was nothing!!! #I just 😭💕 #guitarist is putting out feelers for a bass player and I'm so hype #like... ahhhhhhhhhhhhh #there's real momentum here and we're all just having fun with it and they like my sonnnnggggssss #my thoughts #my music
