Does anyone know any book series or other stories where it takes the divide between witch and wizard and says “witches are more folk magic and wizards study at universities and that’s the only difference; there might be historical gender imbalances in each field but the terms themselves are gender neutral”?

I’m dying to see something like that. I could write it myself but I’d much rather just read it.
